It was a good place and the ambience was pretty lively and I asked for a double espresso shot with chocolate milk and the employees were so kind to customize it ???? maybe they might have added that in the menu later or it is already on the menu "mocha"????

While always a decent coffee shop in what is pretty much a coffee wasteland, I think ownership has recently changed. Still great coffee, but the baked goods have certainly improved. Muffins were super moist and packed with berries. The peanut butter cookies were delicious too.

Great experience, Scott hung around even though we were late on our arrival. The treats we're great, they did not survive long enough for a photo. Glad to have the grinder on our camping trip as well. Thanks guys really appreciate it!

Just came in as we are visiting Midland. The aroma you are greeted with upon opening the door is comforting. Staff is super friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. The Oat latte, and mocha is absolutely delicious.

Great lattes and London fog teas. Only a four star as they moved from the main Street and the sitting area is awkward and open and not a lot of options to sit comfortably. Just looks like an open factory with a coffee stand and seats plopped in the middle.

New cafe in Midland. They serve hot/cold drinks, smoothies, pastries, and more. Great place to grab your daily caffeine, hang out with friends, or do some work. They have seats both inside and outside of the cafe. Drinks are a little pricy, but have great taste. They even have toys to keep your kids entertained while you’re enjoying your drink.

I can not even begin to explain how amazing this establishment is. The staff are so nice and good at their craft. My partner and I are from Toronto and we always buy their fresh coffee. Their beverages are so well made, especially their holiday menu. Best part is that they are queer and trans friendly, so I feel comfortable and at home. Thanks for the wonderful experiences.

This is a very low key, bare bones, in the best way coffee shop. The lattes are amazing. The treats are OUTSTANDING. I'd show a photo of delicious nutbar..... but I ate it ???? Take you coffee & treat across the road to enjoy the Midland harbour views.

Visited Midland for our son's Silverstick tournament and found Grounded Coffee searching for coffee shops on Google. Couldn't have been happier with our experience. Great coffee, great staff and great service. On top of that, Mitchell, one of the staff there took the time to expertly explain the art and science of the coffee roasting process while roasting some beans right in front of our eyes and noses. We bought some of the beans and are enjoying one of the best tasting coffees while writing this review. Thank you Mitchell! Highly recommend you check out this place if you love coffee!

If you're looking for a proper cup of coffee, go here! Coffee from fair trade sources, roasted on site. Baked goods fresh from their oven, light lunch items, and fresh fruit smoothies. Hard to leave this place if you sit for a cup. Great staff! A real gem in Midland.

Cute little up and coming coffee shop! They have butterfly pea tea which is a rare find and many other unique items not typically found. Organic banana bread was for sale there, however no gluten free options observed nore keto options. Would definitely recommend!

No matter how many times I've been there, they keep getting my order wrong and the staff (specifically the older lady with the braided hair) always has an air of arrogance and don't seem to care. Going elsewhere from now on. In response to the owner: I have worn a mask every time I've been in your establishment so it's actually the fact that you replied to my comment about your arrogance with EVEN more arrogance. Pls go cry into your overpriced coffee until next year when starbucks inevitably puts you out of business.

I ordered a small cappuccino there, which costed me just over $3. Disappointed is an understatement. The size for that price, was PATHETICALLY TINY!! More like espresso size than a typical cappuccino. And it tasted truly disgusting! Very bitter and not sweet. I couldn't finish it.

Got a really lovely London fog here. They are served in different colored mugs big enough to warm your hands on. Gluten free treats available and oh so delicious (try the apple brittle cookie, it's pure pleasure). There isn't really a view from the large windows covering one side of the shop. But the wood floors, quirky chairs and kids section make it a place worth visiting.

Came here for the first time, staff is extremely pleasant to talk to, they roast in-house, and their mocha with oat milk and latte with oat milk are absolutely phenomenal.
