Fatuma is the most kindest and sweetest person, her love that she carries is so present in the hospitality and food you will eat here. Everything she makes is with care and is absolutely incredible! She goes above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be, she even made us fresh Bread as a gift because we were so happy to be there! Her prices are very very affordable and her food is not only a beautiful colourful variety of textures and flavours but the portions are more then most people can eat... unless your a starving Marvin! Do yourself a favour and go! You will not be disappointed!

We drove 1 1/2hrs to try it and it was more than worth the trip. The young lady that served/cooked/hosted and entertained us was a pleasure to be around. As for the food...There are only 5 stars available and I only have 2 thumbs, all 5 stars and 2 thumbs UP!!!! We had the vegan platter, the multitude of flavors all on perfectly cooked rice with chickpeas to match was an explosion in my mouth. We will be back again and again. Highly recommended ????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delicious!! Vegan friendly, big portions, and very economical. Nice to support a family ran restaurant, who were extremely friendly. Pretty sure I've never had Ethiopian food before, but now I will be eating more!! So good!!

Great service, convenient location and prices that simply can NOT BE BEAT. It's not a formal restaurant, it's a low key, café-style environment with disposable plates. Plus an array of frozen, take out African and Jamaican-style meals.

We were driving by and needed something quick and healthy. As others have stated, the food was delicious, healthy, and served in large portions. The owner was so nice and kind and I wish her the very best with her business! Don't hesitate to give this restaurant a try!

I decided to try out Fatuma’s Ethiopian café and boy am I glad I did. If you want to try some healthy ethnic Ethiopian food downtown I highly, highly, highly encourage you to stop by here! The flavours are off the charts! And extremely great value for the price. I will be back!

Wow! Yesterday was my first time trying Fatuma's and my first time trying Ethiopian cuisine. I am totally impressed! You can tell that they use high quality ingredients, the food was fresh, and the flavors were amazing! From what I could tell it was take-out only. I got the '5 meals for $35' and happy that I did. So easy to freeze and have a great meal when you're pressed for time. The interior of the place is a bit run down but the food more than makes up for it. I'll be going back again and again! Highly recommend!
