Gorgeous cafe that is bright and spacious! I ordered the croque matin (croissant with ham, cheese, and egg) through the ritual app and they were speedy and friendly. My only criticism is that they barely put any ham in it and it wasn’t cheap either (5.30$).

This is one of the better (if not best coffee shop chains I found in Ottawa) it comes originally from Montreal but they only have two locations in the city and this is definitely the better one. I've been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience to always have a nice range of wraps and paninis and a large selection of salads as well and they also have daily hot dishes for lunch. I found the quality of this location in terms of cleanliness and service and selection to be superior than other Presse Cafe locations I visited in Montreal. It's definitely more pleasant and comfortable to sit in then other locations unfortunately though they only open Monday through Friday and they close very early at 4 p.m.

A handy place if you're nearby, but otherwise not worth it. The sandwiches are generally just ok but not great and the salads are ok if you're into very strange salads (or just stick to the Fatouch). The soups are almost always poor to totally inedible (I threw out my Italian Wedding Soup because it was just awful). The prepared hot meals are nice to have available, but every time I have one, I always regret it afterward for being consistently below expectations. All of the above would be marginally acceptable if the prices were more reasonable, but they aren't. Everything is priced at a steep premium even though the food is far from premium. Example: club sandwich (often with chewy chicken), a slice of banana bread (outsourced, so good), and a "meh" coffee = $14! I only eat here if I'm in a hurry or the weather is too awful to venture down the street for something cheaper and better.

Quaint and comfy cafe with clean and modern furniture. They usually have daily breakfast and lunch specials, so you can always try out their many options. Hey Everyone, I just want to put it out there that the Presse Cafe located on Queen Street is the best. We have eaten at a lot of restaurants in Ottawa and surrounding areas and the Presse Cafe at this location make the freshest salads we have ever had. There are a number of salad options and they also make fresh breakfast sandwiches, have a number of panini sandwiches, and homemade cookies. The staff are excellent, very friendly and provide fast service. This is your "One Stop Shop" for a very fresh and tasty meal. "You Gotta Eat Here" as they would say on the Televsion show on the Food Network. Me and my husband will definitely be back. Thanks for the great meals.

Started coming to this place as the pandemic started so I haven’t go to see it when the hustle & bustle of downtown business life is happening but nonetheless I am a big fan of this place for not only their food but also the friendly staff! Every time I’ve been here, I have always left with a smile and usually the croque-matin with a tropical mango smoothie! The croissants are among some of the best in town ????! Definitely worth a try instead of Tim’s/Starbucks, won’t be disappointed! I haven’t had their lunch sandwiches yet but will be trying one soon! Thank you!
