Beautiful decor and nice ambiance, but average food and poor service. A raspberry sorbet was included in my meal, but the waiter brought me a half melted vanilla soft ice cream and told me they were out of sorbet, didn't offer me any alternative, and basically told me "take it or leave it". Felt insulted. The other waiters/waitress seemed nice, maybe i got the bad one...

The greeting was eery. The host made us feel bad because we didn't reserve a table for two for breakfast and they lectured us. We went really early (8:00) so there was no crowd yet. Otherwise the food was excellent for the price. I doubt that we will go back on Sunday morning.

This is Levis' best spot. Rooftop terrace is pleasant this time of year. Staff is friendly and very professional. I only went there for drinks and snacks, but this week I took my family for a meal. Very pleasantly surprised. Impeccable presentation, quality ingredients, creative recipes. Bravo Delice!

Great restaurant. Food was good. Almost the entire staff walk around with their masks pulled down to their chins. I guess they do not realize their is a pandemic happening. Most customers are wearing their masks until they get seated. Quite scary ☹

The food, especially the breakfasts, are always outstanding. The service is prompt and courteous, the patio is out of this world, and the decor is beautiful. It's reasonably priced and portions are generous. I've been coming here everytime I'm in Levis.

Went with a party of 8, all enjoyed their food very much except I. Had the sunday special (général tao) and chicken was very dry. Had gone before and always liked the food so I'm guessing I just got a rare bad plate. This place is unique in the Québec region, must go! Decor is very interesting service is friendly, the place is HUGE can sit up to 900 people. Gotta try the terasse if you go there in the summer!

Ok first I have to say the food there is very good. Breakfasts are in an other league. Favorite place for those meal and it s the readon why I give 4 and not 3 stars. Went there today with my girlfriend for lunch. Food was great has usual but we were next to a wall were some decorations were placed and I could write my name un the dust... There was an upside down light that was normally white but now it was gray from all the dust cumulated on the top... Restrooms were very great a few years ago. Nice concept and all but now... they fall appart and need some serious love... It s ashame really. This place should really get its sh*** together and correct the shot before it s too late

Fast service and good quality of food; very much enjoyed the pizza and stead frites! I took off one star because the hand sanitizer broke at the front entrance, and no one is taking an action for it, there’s a big group of people coming in. A couple girls who work at the front don’t have their masks on. All the people who serve the food are doing a job during Covid

I had to come here for work out of province and when I arrived and asked the hotel what my options are for ordering in during covid, she immediately recommended this place. I can certainly understand why! I have never been disappointed ordering from here. It's delicious! Reasonable prices, HUGE portions, packaged excellently and very quick and courteous delivery. Thai soup was my favourite. I look forward to having the opportunity to dine here in person when it's safer. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to and the end of my work day. Merci!

I was coming to Délice with friends because I had heard it was a good place to eat some appetizers and drinks, take your time and get a little bit tipsy. The waitress was at our table every 5 minutes even though we told her we were enjoying our drinks for now. She clearly wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. The bathroom was incredibly gross (I know, huge red flag, I should've left then and there but I stayed against my better judgment). The fondue parmesan was cold in the middle... Maybe they need a new microwave! The pasta was overcooked... Maybe the need a new chef! My friend had onion rings and they were good. But that's the only positive thing I can think about. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back.

Fact: in the Quebec City region, you will find very nice dishes at unexpected place. Delice illustrates this well. Have a 5-course gourmet dinner, or just have pizza, they got you covered. And in the summer, climb to the terrace on the roof and enjoy the view, the sun, the band... What more do you want?
