The HOT CHOCOLATE is a must Try
Best. Real bread and coffe and food and gelatos. ????????????????
Delicious coffee drinks and pastries. Like this place much more than starbucks.
The best place to start your morning! Great service.
Excellent coffee and they also have good tea too!
We loved the place. There are good options for a snack, for a coffee. I’ve tried Smith’s croissant that comes with ham, cheese and veggies. My husband had a croque monsieur that was delicious as mine croissant. About coffee we had …
Delicious sweet treats! Stopped in during a food tour.
Awesome service with a smile. Great ambiance and wonderful location and of course amazing coffee and pastries.
Good place for coffee and dessert lovers.
Bought a set of six macarons before leaving Québec and driving back home. I quickly regretted not buying a lot more. They were absolutely delicious and were devoured during the drive. They were light, soft and the filling was amazing. I have had macarons before but it was the first time I enjoyed them so much. Will definitely stop by this place during my next visit in Québec !
I love this café!!!! It's cozy, and comfortable, and has an amazing array of coffee drinks and baked goods. I am a huge fan of iced coffees and the iced latte was delicious, miles better than any watery mix you'd find at a standard chain store. They also have an impressive selection of macarons. Free Wi-Fi, friendly people, you have everything you could want.
Great little coffee shop in the heart of Old Quebec.Direct in Place Royale..outside terrase great coffee and pastries reasonably priced. We go every year to Vieux Quebec.stop there every time...
Perfect cappuccinos, interesting decoration and great view of the Vieux-Quebec square. Coffee-table books and staff gave it a friendly vibe that kept me coming back!
Great variety of coffee and a remarkable location. Loved it Make sure you try the Canadiana coffee and the Maple syrup bread pudding
Very good coffee and good options, wonderful view in outside seating
I was met with excellent service and a amazing pineapple and peach smoothie in this cozy cafe.
Great drinks and a very nice view of Old Quebec
Good coffee and pastry, not too overpriced (everything is overpriced in that part of town), good variety, beautiful location.
Picture perfect cafe to sip delicious drinks and people watch.
Delicious croissants and coffee
Great little cafe. Wide assortment of treats to enjoy.
I really liked the decoration inside. It was bright and attractive. One downside is that the space for seating was not very big. I did not get to try their coffee but I heard the maple coffee is very good! Not too sweet
Tried their Latte , french espresso macaroons and croissant. Well I was impressed with the quality of freshly baked croissant and macaroons The coffee was the best brewed I’ve ever had. Bit pricy but worth your perfect breakfast in Quebec city. The baristas were super cooperative and sweet. The best part of this cafe is that they also have souvenirs which you can gift yourself or your loved who is coffee lover . I absolutely loved their latte and don’t forget to try their almond croissant and gonococci. Macaroons displayed was so tempting and flavourful .
Amazing macarons but the hot chocolate wasnt the best
reminds us of Europe. sitting in the sun doing our lattees (made with almond milk). great food coffee and service.
Cute and cozy cafe with free WiFi! Ordered a cappuccino and the maple syrup bread pudding is to die for. The barrista/cashier is also friendly.
Amazing desserts and breakfast food! Nicely nestled in the Notre Dame courtyard
Beautiful location. Not a lot of shaded seating in the morning, but you can find something nearby. Great iced coffee and chocolate twist.
Best cafe latte and croissant in town!
A busy place, but worth taking a break to appreciate good coffee and a creme brulee macaroons
Had an absolutely amazing Caramel Mocha and Pecan Croissant! Rosemary ham and cheese sandwich was also delicious. Extremely friendly service in perfectly quiant shop.
Had the veggie wrap and coffee. Both tasted so good. Coffee was so we'll made that it didn't need sugar or milk
Croissant was delicious and the view is beautiful!
Great place for sandwiches and coffee...
Cafe au Lait and so many other desserts and lunch offerings. Food was good, service was good, only it was a little chaotic ordering. I know it was a sunny, busy day, but had to have my order redone because they gave me the wrong drink. Love the seating outside where you can take in the ambiance of Old Quebec
Love the coffee and hot chocolate from here. The croissants were delicious too!
Good food and macaroons. Not the top for food but very good none the less.
A must stop during a walking tour of Old Quebec, experience great tasting ice cream.
Our little shelter when exploring the area in freezing weather. Try their MAPLE BREAD, and my husband swears by their hot chocolate, lovely customer service.
Great location. Good coffee. Great pastries.
It was great coffee We could listen out door music Great service
Red velvet cake is over priced and not fresh. The waiter is not very nice to non-French speaker. Coffee is only okay. Expensive but not good experience at all.
The location of this cafe is great. Notre dame de victoire - the beautiful church is right outside. Their iced latte and iced maple latte are both good. Their macaroon is yummy and with reasonable price. I strongly recommend their litchi …
I went to a couple places for macarons and this place was by far the best. Make sure to head there when in quebec city. Coffee was also great.
good coffee and its very quiet. wifi available
Always a good place to enjoy a break and a fabulous cappuccino, with an almond croissant!
Wonderful macaroons. Definitely coming back during my stay!
The food was good. The staff seemed pretty impatient with my French language skills.
Loved the citron tart and the ambience! It has a great location, right next to the Notre Dame church of victory.
Took my mother-in-law to Quebec City for the first time and this was our first meal here. Absolutely the best croissants, and the best Chai Latté I’ve ever had! Service is lovely, lots of variety, and a lovely spot to sit and watch people go by.
Great interior! You can charge your phone here and has restrooms as well :)... Yummy ice creams! Must try !.... Walk the shops and then get some ice cream... Next to Christmas tree ...
Very well located coffee shop/cafe. Right in the lovely Place Royal, a historic plaza in the center of Old Quebec City. Had a picture-perfect café au lait there. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I thought their menu was rather limited.
Great gelato!
Perfect place to grab a coffee and relax. They make very good macarons and the view is fantastic.
Fast service. Great outdoor seating on the cute notre dame square. Delicious almond croissant!
The most quaint, beautiful cafe I have ever had the pleasure of going to. A hidden gem in Notre Dame Square. We found it on a cold, windy afternoon exploring the Old City and we enjoyed our experience so much that we made it a point to go back again before our trip was over. The selection of both food and beverages is amazing. My father raved about the pecan pie and the Americano coffee and I enjoyed a wonderful chai tea and a hot chocolate with authentic cream on two separate occasions. It was a charming, cozy place so sit a spell and enjoy the old world beauty of Notre Dame Square. The people who worked there were genuinely friendly and always had smiles on their faces. I will absolutely be returning on my next visit to Quebec!
Loved the coffee. The croissant could be better when you are in Quebec but as we live in Toronto it was very nice for us!
SO GOOD. Every drink and pastry we had here was delicious, sit outside and enjoy the view.
Coozy place for coffee and great macarons
Okay coffee drinks. Patio seating to watch the flood of tourist traffic would have been very nice in better weather, somewhat chilly on a mid-October afternoon.
Great service, coffee and location. A nice place to pop while you're in the area.
Try the hot chocolate in the winter. Fantastic location.
We were recommended by a bartender if we wanted a good coffee, so glad we did, have to say the cappuccino was excellent, would highly recommend
Nice and cozy, specially if you sit outside. The chocolate croissant was fresh and quite big.
Great place for a quick bite, and for resting your feet. Good sandwiches, sweets, and drinks.
Great hot chocolate.
Took my mother-in-law to Quebec City for the first time and this was our first meal here. Absolutely the best croissants, and the best Chai Latté I’ve ever had! Service is lovely, lots of variety, and a lovely spot to sit and watch people go by.
Great view and location. Drinks and pastries were ok. Had better at other places in Quebec.
Obsessed with this café! Their food is divine!
Spectacular espresso drinks. Smooth lightly roasted and vegetal notes throughout. Check this place out the next you're in Quebec City.
Cute coffeeshop in an old building with nice treats and nicer staff.
Another neighborhood fave. It is on the pricey side, but I know they treat their staff incredibly well, so for me...I'm happy to support a small business that gives back to it's employees. My son's favorite too!
Great little coffee shop in the heart of Old Quebec.Direct in Place Royale..outside terrase great coffee and pastries reasonably priced. We go every year to Vieux Quebec.stop there every time...
Wonderful small cafe serving sandwiches, wraps and many wonderful desserts. The coffee was excellent and the service friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff. Great coffee. Awesome London Fog. Patio is pet friendly. Quiche was amazing. We were only in the area for two days and went both days.
Service was quick and friendly. The coffee and pastries were really good
B....e....a....u....t...i....f....u....l.... That's all I can say! Just amazing. Super Clean, very friendly staff!
Coffee is nothing exceptional, but it’s in a lovely location and a good vibe
Great coffee with incredible views of the church
A perfect toursity place to sit and have a coffee and take in the view of la place royale. They make a good oatmilk matcha latte in a bowl too. One thing to note: no washrooms.
Had a pretty great smoothie, the atmosphere and location are amazing as well
I loved here, such a beautiful place. Their hot chocolate is delicious. Can’t wait to be back.
A really nice and cozy place to enjoy the place royal view. The staff was really nice, friendly and cooperative. The coffee and snacks were great too. Price wise it looked bit at high end but that's what you get in downtown anywhere in the world.
Yummy quiche! And I can’t stop thinking about those macarons!
Service was very kind but the organization was sort of confusing. The chocolat chaud wasn't as hot as I expected and my ham and cheese on croissant even though I asked to be heated up was pretty cold.
Good latte. A coffee shop. Romantic mainly cause it's in old Québec. ????
A wonderful place to have ice cream and enjoy the view in the square. The maple ice cream was delicious. However don't expect a good French croissant. The plain croissant was dry and the almond croissant was disappointedly soggy.
The service was grait, the food was delicious and the prices weren't to high In general it was a very charming shop
Nice Pace, at an unique location. Very friendly staff, awesome Croque Monsseur and good Croissant. The cafe latte is delicious and the triple espresso was useful to start the day!
Good coffee, carrot cake and ambiance. Worth the stop!
Yummy food, busy time of year, staff very courteous.
Macarons are the best!! I couldn’t stop trying all different flavors. The coffee is real coffee and very good taste. Different sweet options.
Best dirty chai I have ever had
Lovely cafe in a great part of the old town. Very friendly service nice coffee and snacks. Worth coming here for a visit. Popular with the locals.
No washrooms No internet As a local, I often work in coffee shops. I feel like these are the basic requirements for a café... But these details aside, it's really good coffee and the staff is really friendly.
Came here around Christmas time. Loved every second of it! Very cozy with a stunning view of the Notre Dame church and square. Only had a chocolate croissant (thumbs up) so I can't attest to the rest of their offerings..but I'm willing to bet they're just as good!
La Maison Smith is a great place for espresso drink and a quick croissant, not as good as Paillard but still worth trying
Seems like the popular place. I think they would be successful even without a great location.
This place looks great, can’t wait to visit.
Amazing croissants! Came back just for those. Coffee is very well made, and the other treats were delish as well. But the croissants stole the show, for me at least
I love all the coffee... The canadiano is one of my favourite.. The staff was always great and very nice.. Very recommended.. ❤????
Nice cafe, tasty snacks and pre made sandwiches. The coffee was excellent as well. Also has a nice little patio and friendly staff.
Cozy cafe, good variety and friendly staff
Although it was crowded, service and food was still good! Obviously it was crowded because it is the Christmas season so we were prepared for the crowd. Nonetheless, you can wait for a while and seats will be available before you know it.
Cozy and welcoming little coffee shop with a great view of Place Royal. Staff were super nice. Perfect place to warm up on a cold day wandering the city.
Great place for coffee and treats! Highly recommend their maple latte.... sooooo good!
A nice stopping point in the Old City to get a quick snack or drink. We got iced tea and macarons. Both were delicious!
A must coffee stop in Québec city, what could be better than holding a cup of mochaccino in the cold cozy weather ❤️
TL;DR: Definitely stop by this place for a quick break, and just soak in the atmosphere that surrounds you. You won't be disappointed in the slightest. Located in the heart of it all, the cafe is a popular destination for both locals and travellers. It offers cozy outdoor and indoor seating with views of a small, bustling square. It might be a tad bit difficult to get here with all of the stairs you have to go down, so be wary if travelling with those who might find stairs challenging.
Baked goods not fresh, soggy and chewy- no layers. Tourist trap. Don’t go.
Hot chocolate is supre GOOD!!!^^*
Great coffee, very nice staff, and family environment!
I LOVE THIS PLACE:-)
Their coffee is really tasty and so are their pastries.
If you travel and enjoy coffee, get far away from this one lol. Maybe fine for non coffee fenetics.. maybe Too milky, capoccino especially. Foam is off, temperture was borderline, but overall taste not good
Yes, my favourite little place in old Quebec. Great coffee, cookies and baked goodies. The location and the ambiance enhances the charm of this place
Great location for rest n people watching
The location of this place was perfect for a stopover while we were exploring the lower town and offered a nice view of the Place-Royale. It has a good choice of reasonably priced cold soft drinks, which is nice, as well as coffee and ice cream. I tried ice cream and it was a mistake: it sort of coats your mouth with fat (maybe some people like too much cream in their ice-cream, but I didn't), plus the flavour was overwhelming, not natural at all - like eating an essence. I didn't try their coffee, but people next to me were saying it was good, so probably I should have opted for that.
The best cappuccino and the best service, super to start a good day in Quebec.
Great place to have a hearty lunch on a cold day: soup, sandwich, galette (giant cookie), coffee (best in town) for $14.
A good place to go. Tasty food and coffee
In such a fab location such adequate food. Must have had day old pasteries. Busy time but that’s when the best places shine. Pleasant company kept us there but food and coffee underwhelming.
Super lattes, sandwiches and other great food in a gorgeous setting of Vieux Quebec, with a super friendly and warm staff!
Nice coffee, you just have to put your tables and chairs back in place. Very poor customer service ????
The service was really good and the house brew coffee was a lifesaver on a cold winter day, but I would not recommend the croissant. It did not taste fresh and the texture was rubbery and tough. Nonetheless, the prices are very reasonable and a good place to stop for a quick bite before continuing your walk in the area.
Great coffee!!! Lovely place to stop for a quick continental breakfast.
Nice place! I like drink a cup good coffee at here.
Very good pastries and coffee. Such a cute seating area outside with a view of the Notre Dame church
Excellent latte, and amazing baking
Very busy cafe, in a very busy area of Quebec City, whole square full of tourists like ourselves, prices OK, hard to find a seat. Not a lot of alternatives...
Great coffee, and service .I tried several drinks their and all were very good
Sometimes it is really packed but if you get there on a quiet day it is a really nice cafe to spend some time in
Lemon tart was too sweet and tart. Not a fan. But the croissant was great and staff were amazing.
I visited this cafe to work during the day while my spouse was at work. We don't have internet where we were staying, so I worked here most of the day. Staff were so friendly and the atmosphere great. Great food and drinks. Highly recommend. Prices are very reasonable.
The staff are so nice..:)) and coffee and bread is good♥️ love this place. Hope the staff be happy ????
One of the best café/sandwich shop I've been to! 2 years ago went to newly opened in île D'Orlean during summer and had gelato and dessert. So happy location in Old Quebec! After an exhausting day at Valcartier winter park had some quick, delicious original sandwiches with fabulous desserts.
Coffee is not bad, but gelato is not good for the price. Coffee staffs are kind and smiley, but gelato staff is not so kind.
We had coffee and cake, coffee was warm. Nice place but kind of pricey.
Great hot chocolate, friendly staff
Good selection of coffees and desserts. Reasonable prices and great street views.
This place was so good that we made it our daily ritual to get lattes and croissants there each morning of our vacation, despite the fact that our hotel had a continental breakfast. And the location is perfect for people watching -- the Place Royale filled up with tourists of all stripes each day as we relaxed at our outdoor table.
We were lucky to find this Cafe as it was the only one open early in the morning. I originally came here just for a coffee... However the croissants were just massive and we had to try one. They were just so delicious we ended up coming back later on in the evening to buy more croissants to take home with us. The evening staff were super friendly and fun to joke around with. I would definitely recommend this place!
One of the best coffees served in Quebec City. The staff is very welcoming and is also a very nice place to sit down and read or have a chat if you want. Their Mocaccino is made with a chocolat so good, that it reminds me of the chocolate beverage my Colombian mother made me when I was little.
Loved this cafe chain in Quebec City. They have excellent coffee! We loved the orzo salad. Perfect for a snack in the heat. The ambiance of this particular location is magical, enjoying my coffee outside and looking onto Place Royale let me imagine all the people who occupied the space before me.
Great coffee and unique decor.
Nice place to stop for a latte and croissant. The coffees were made with an artistic flair and the croissants were flakey, buttery and quite large. Outside seating area is small and looks out onto a small square. Enjoyed!
Always friendly and welcomes you with a happy face. Good place for a brake to grab a coffee and a desert.
Good coffee, great place to wait out the thunder storm
Great fresh soup good hot chocolate
Customer service is good, coffee is amazing, highly recommended.
Good coffee and smart place, I have buy also some pretty cups :)
Really good coffee and impressive macaroons. Decaf is equally good.
Unless every single person in your party is eating and drinking, you will be asked to leave. We were three friends who sat down as one of our friends was hungry and wanted a latte. Two of us were told we were not allowed to continue to sit with our one friend eating in the cafe anymore unless we bought things as well. We were there for maybe 15 minutes when our friend was enjoying her drink in a ceramic mug. I found this extremely rude as it was not overly busy and we were not there for an excessive period of time. Unless yor entire group plans to eat and drink do not go here as you are not all permitted to sit inside.
Great ambience, great coffee, great cake selections. You enjoy a coffee while you enjoy the traffic of people.
Soggy croissant so so coffee. But good location.
The best coffee in Quebec
Good coffee (but not 5 stars worthy), friendly staff. Updated to respond to kind owner requesting feedback :) I didn't taste much coffee flavor in my cappuccino and it may been because they used a split spout porta filter to pour two cappuccinos at once so it ended up being a single shot in each. I'm used to shops pulling the entire shot (double) for one cappuccino.
Best coffee we found in the old town
Awesome ice cream, good coffee and delicious maccarons.
Pop in for a quick cuppocino and a bite if you're on the go ( which we did) or sit down and give your legs a rest. Friendly staff and fresh food awaits a tired tourist anytime here.
Their coffee is really tasty and so are their pastries.
Beautiful spot ???? amazing staff ???? yummy food ???? …
Average coffee in central location. Good desserts.
Service was amazing! Also, had a lot of different selection of drinks to choose from.
The staff is super friendly and the coffee is great too!
Best coffee in town, nice place to enjoy your coffee outside and watch the people passing by. The butter croissant is so delicious
Cool tourist friendly atmosphere. Prices are okay but the macroons are delicious.
Stopped in here to sit for a moment during our tour with Diago, he told us this was a wonderful place and he was right, great coffee and outstanding almond croissant! Besides being very crowded overall and busy this was a great place clean and excellent service. Highly recommend.
Good for a coffee stop and enjoy the moment.
Nice spot to get a good coffee and croissant. Perfect setting within Place Royale
Not too much available to eat for breakfast, but a nice place to grab a coffee and pastry and take a table outside of the cafe and enjoy the courtyard view.
Great experience super friendly staff and the pastries are to die for!
We went there in the evening so a lot of the items were gone. Great macarons and good coffee. It is a neat spot to chill and people watch.
I stumbled upon this cafe after stopping in the hockey store a few doors down, and I knew before I left Québec I would stop into this cafe. My best friend and I stopped in there to see what it was about, and it is just adorable in there. From the mason jar lighting to mini mugs on the wall, it is a warm inviting atmosphere. I was really excited about their large variety of flavors of macaroons. I was able to try a nice variety of them and it was very good. Their staff is very friendly and gives suggestions of their menu which was really nice (and they speak really well in English which is a plus because I do not speak French). I ordered a mocha and it was delicious - this is an establishment that I would go to again to try more of their menu options.
Very good cafe.
Great place for fast snack, takeout coffee. Line up can be ridiculous, yet they provide fast service. Courteous staff and great team work. …
At $2.25 the macarons are tiny and expensive but well worth it. The selection of coffee and sandwiches as well as the ambiance and decoration will not let you down.
They get one star for decent coffee, one for a decent sandwich. Other than that don't recommend unless you enjoy being ignored and talked down to. My new husband and I are in Quebec city, on our honeymoon. We stopped in for a coffee and …
Cool little place inside old quebec city lower.
Great little spot to rest and have gelato or a smoothie or a coffee. Have some lite fare too if you're hungry.
Atmosphere was very cozy and very nice hospitality. The Coffee and Hot Chocolate really hit the spot. And i will be frequenting this establishment.
The cappuccino was delicious and the macarons yummy - I tried creme brûlée, cherry, lime, chai latte. The creme brûlée macaron was the best! Hubby got the gelato which was also good. Perfect spot for a coffee and cookies. However, it can get quite busy as it’s in the heart of old Quebec.
Nice cafe to sit outside during summer time.
Latte and croissant is the best that I have ever <3
Great place to enjoy a hot drink before heading to next stop
Excellent croissant. Very good muffins.
The atmosphere is very nice and the city is beautiful.
I visited yesterday morning for breakfast. The location is fantastic in Old Quebec city, the cafe is inviting and everything on display looked great. The service at the counter was prompt and courteous. However, the almond croissant I had …
Great quality coffee, baking goods. Friendly service with a smile. We liked this location the best as the area is lovely. Bought a few wraps for the road trip and enjoyed them a lot. Everything we got there, we ate, and I can't say it about many places.
Great coffee and decor
I bought a Cappuccino here. It was nice. I would go back there again.
Very tasty croissants, great patio!
Great little spot to take a break in old Quebec City!
I would prefer La Maison Smith over Paillard. Althought, they both are good. At this particular location, its nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy a lite breakfast.
Very nice coffee shop with great tasting coffee & lattes as well as pastaries and sweets. If you've never been to this place you should definitely check it out as it's a welcome change from the other big coffee companies out there.
Excellent coffee - we ordered a dirty chai and shot in the dark. Their waffles are also very delicious!
Good coffee and food hard to get a seat.
Small place and coffee is excellent. Snow and wind outside...it feels good to rest inside.
We stopped in as tourists to have a snack, their gelato was amazing! But the better find was their chocolate Oatmeal cookie!! We went back for more later on!
Good house coffee. Can't comment on the fancy frilly things but the normal coffee is very good and reasonably priced.
A guy named Ben, so nice and kind. You will enjoy your time here. Have fun.
Bad experience. The staff decided to open the outside door even though it was cold out; I saw customers leaving, and even after asking for the door to be closed, the manager refused to close it. I don't know what they were trying to achieve by doing this, but it wasn't working. Moreover, their filter coffee tasted like water.
Historic place, had to watch again catch me if you can, where they shoot the scene.
Excellent coffee and croissants! My son especially liked the waffles. Friendly staff!
Nice place to take a break while wandering the old town. It can get busy/crowded.
Great coffee and latte, fantastic location
Fantastic coffee, great service.
Great place for a hot beverage and croissants in the morning in the old city. Food is very good and drinks are well crafted. The atmosphere is very nice and seating is ample inside and outside.
Always an excellent place for coffee and snacky snacks. The person who served on 9th october was super friendly.
Came by early in the morning and they were open. Peaceful place to have breakfast and coffee with a view. The croissant was delicious flaky and buttery. Highly recommend this place early in the morning The staff is very pleasant and speaks both French and English
Nice little dine-in and delivery place. The hot chocolate was great. …
Sweet baristas and tasty lattes I'd recommend the maple one with soy milk!
Good coffee orders. Nice upscale french feel. Reminds me of patios in France. Great location in the petite champlains/palace royal area. Great brochie. Clean. Heater for outside patio.
Cute little cafe with great drinks in a great location. We asked the server which was their most popular drink and she told us one for caffeinated and decaffeinated. The l’explorateur was very refreshing and we got it multiple times during our stay in Quebec City. The salted caramel cold drink was also very tasty.
Good latte with a great patio in a lovely square.
Excellent setting. Loved sitting in the patio enjoying coffee and the squarr
I stopped by around 10pm for hot mokacinno. The taste was good but it wasn't hot like Starbucks cappuccino hot. I would blame the cool outdoor temperature on July 13. Their chocolate dipped ice cream is good. My kids love it. I would come back again.
It's good coffee, slightly on the expensive side and they really don't have enough chairs for the number of tables inside. With all the tourists it is usually really crowded
not sure if the picture does a croissant that big and yummy justice. Food is crazy good and the maple latte you have to try, 2 locations in old Quebec that I found.
Delicious hot chocolate and almond croissant!! Beautiful location! Great place to sit and take in the atmosphere!
The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He even asked us, very rudely, to arrange the tables on the terrace as if we owed him something or as if he owned us. We don’t even work here. Do you really ask your customers to rearrange the furniture of your store?
Great place for a coffee, tea or cappuccino, delicious bread rolls, croissants and warm dishes like wraps or pizzas. I liked it though it was hard for me to communicate as the staff didn't speak English and my French isn't that good for remembering every word that was necessary.
It was a small cozy very French cafe with delicious food, fantastic coffee and great service)))))))
Great Latte and hot chocolate. Owner nice fellow.
Great cup of cappucino. Super service and friendly
A French Coffee and desert,Bakery items shop right in the middle of Place Royale and very near to Notre-Dame-des-Victorie and in the Square.Due to summer outside seating is good though small.Heavy rush of tourists for coffee,croissant,cake/pastry,ice creams etc.Good service but may take some time due to rush.Very good place and outside seating -sip a coffee and ponder over. Nice place.
The best cafè latte we've ever had, you should try here if you're looking for a cosy and deli place
Food & Drinks: Delicious freshly baked goods and tasty coffee & smoothies. Service: The woman who took my order was patient and spoke English. However, the barista was rude. I asked for a mug (not a paper cup) but they didn't have any clean ones. As she was starting my order, her colleague brought a large tray of clean mugs. When I asked for a mug, she replied 'I am not making it again' and poured the espresso into a mug (spilling down the edges) then placing the foam on top. The Batista's reaction was disappointing seeing that it was a reasonable request and the rest of the experience was beautiful.
Great coffee and pastries. Better than star$$
Good Latte, and the croque-monsieur was a nice treat. Great place if you’re short on time.
Great to get a quick lunch, cold drink or coffee/tea in lower Old Quebec.
Great place, staff couldn't be friendlier and the pastries were fantastic.
Amazing hot chocolate!
Great spot for coffee, treat and/ or a light lunch. Friendly service. It's become my go-to for a couple of years now every time I head in to Quebec City on business.
I went to cafe yesterday around 8 pm .. was hungry wanted to grab a coffee .. waited in line one of baristas was making coffee for a customer.. was in line patiently..a group of 6 people came after me ... the other barista who was wearing black top... took their order ... I asked her if I can order since I came before them.. she said “NO” coz she has 6 orders coming .... I don’t know what that means .. just charged my phone and left... no1 bothered to ask me again .. not happy
fantastic breakfast as you would expect, the space was cozy and the staff was amazing. finally I still can't got over the price of our meal I would go as far as to say it felt cheep but again the food was exceptional
Very good coffee, enjoyed it a lot. However, have to wait for around 15 mins to get my coffee. And feels like they do not serve coffee accordingly first come first serve rule. If they can improve customer service, will highly recommend them.
Croissant is really good, coffee is so so. It's a cool place to hang out!
Best cappuccino of our QC visit so far. Loved the music selection and variety. We will be back for pastries :)
Great place to grab coffee and great service. We tried the dirty chai and London fog and both were great. Loved the fall decor outside as well.
Enjoyed a croissant and cappuccino
Nice drink, just that the english menu not available
The best chai latte that I've had. Staff are very friendly and multilingual. Great ambience.
Loved this cafe chain in Quebec City. They have excellent coffee! We loved the orzo salad. Perfect for a snack in the heat. The ambiance of this particular location is magical, enjoying my coffee outside and looking onto Place Royale let me imagine all the people who occupied the space before me.
