What an awesome little place in the heart of Langley! The oatmilk Blue Lavender Latte was amazing (I was totally hesitant on the oatmilk at first... lol, but it was good!) We we also pleasantly surprised at how good the vegan broccoli& cheese soup was. And they absolutely elevated Avocado toast beyond what I could imagine ???? My veggie daughter was so thrilled that she could order anything off the menu!! Definitely a new favourite place to stop in when in Langley!

I visited this cafe when they first opened. I ordered the breakfast wrap as well as the mexi salad. Honestly... with the amount I paid for each item, I feel like they were extremely bland, small portion and something you could make at home for a fraction of the price. They both had the same flavor too. Just basically nothing special in the vegan/vegetarian scene and I was extremely excited for this opening and was quite disappointed. I might be back for the lattes as they are delicious and the spot is very “Instagram” but definitely don’t suggest the food.

I came in today and had a great time; terrific food! I had the Boujee Avocado Open Face toast, a side of Rosemary Potatoes, the Staycation Refresher and a S'Mores Cookie. Only strike was that it was a bit pricey, but I guess avocados are expensive! Either way, great little cafe; you can't go wrong.

The coffee was top-notch and the place has a refreshingly trendy and cozy modern decor. Unfortunately, I also found it quite crowded and a bit noisy given the size of venue. The ambient noise and music volume made it difficult to communicate my order while wearing a ppe mask.

Food quality is not that great. Service felt cold and rude. I didn’t really feel welcome with my 2 yr old son here which is disappointing considering the marketing the cafe has done as an inclusive space. I had the blue lavender latte and grilled cheese sandwich + tomato soup. I was standing on the side with my son because there was a line of people waiting. They called my order once and put it on the outside table, left it there and went inside. The unwrapped spoon and drink were just sitting there while I was waiting. A kind customer told me that it might be my order. Other people were going through the door passing the table and picking up orders from the table too. It was definitely not sanitary. Customer service needs a major improvement - especially towards all different types of communities that form their customer base.

The green and healthy vision is really complimented by real plants and fresh ingredients. They have options for everyone. I would definitely recommend.

LOVE this cafe! I have a lot of food allergies and it's so great to have a variety of delicious foods to choose from that I can actually eat! Personal favourites include Sweater Weather and the Grilled Veganeeze. The Oat Milk Lattes and Mocha are also my go-tos. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and an overall great experience!

Agree with others. Been here a few times and the girls that work here are so rude. Need a major attitude adjustment. Not sure what they are thinking... as the food is mediocre and over priced. theres just less competition in the area for this aesthetic, otherwise I don’t see this place doing as well. Many more vegan / cafe options around town than this who have better customer service, kind owners, and quality food and drink than this place.

If I'm going to Langley, then I'm definitely going to PINKAVO Cafe. It is the cutest cafe - the decor and ambiance makes you feel like you're in a little slice of LA. Everything is dialled in. The staff has always been nothing but quick, warm and friendly. And the food - oh my. I live for the grilled cheese and tomato soup, and the chorizo breaky wrap. The coffees and lattes are also delicious and beg to be photographed, as seen here.

Came here for lunch and had the Mexi Salad and Blue lavender latte. The salad was amazing! My new favorite item on the menu along with the Buddha Brat Bowl. The service was amazing and quick. Inside always looks beautiful and clean. Just waiting for everything to open up again so I can visit and dine in. Also they got great treats by the till, like locally made vegan chocolates.

Decor and style are top notch and the food was tasty, but too expensive for the small portions ($15 for one slice of toast with avo, minimal toppings, and an egg or $16 for a small bowl of rice, greens and a few pieces of smoked tofu). Delicious food, but be prepared to pay for the decor not the portions.

One of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had! Also the best tomato soup I've ever had. Salad was delicious, the lattes amazing! One of the best healthy options (and Instagram worthy) in Langley and lower mainland honestly. Worth the trip.

I think my friends and family are starting to get concerned at the frequency in which I visit Pinkavo but you know what... I'm obsessed and proud of it! Their Oatly milk lattes are my favourite way to keep my brain awake and don't even get me started on the Boujee Toast (I'm salivating just thinking of it). It's so refreshing to have a cafe that is so accommodating to my high maintenance food needs (I'm vegan, gluten and garlic free... yes I know I'm rolling my eyes too) with food that tastes SO GOOD. They also are such huge supporters of other local brands and stock them so you can take them home. And the staff... they're a dream team and always so friendly and smiley. So yeah, now you know why I go almost everyday....

I ordered a meal called the "The Basic" and it was quite yummy! However, I must say, from what I paid to when I opened the box and looked inside-- I was kind of disappointed. It seems to me that the meal could have used a bit more salad or bigger piece of toast? It just didn't seem like a lot of food for $14-$16. I would be willing to try again in the future because the food was otherwise delicious. I saw someone getting soup and those portions looked huge. But unfortunately my salad and toast wasn't enough! Update: I went back and had the soup as well as a the blue lavender tea. It was delicious!

This place is super cute, love the aesthetic. I had a blue lavender latte which was nice and the Pink Avo toast. As others have mentioned, the portions are small and the food is expensive - my avocado toast was $15 for one piece of bread with avocado and a side salad which is a bit crazy - it's not clear at all from the menu that you only get one piece of toast. Would definitely come back for drinks but never for food

Great spot! Good vibe, attentive staff and the chorizo breakfast wrap is excellent. I'm not a vegetarian, and the food pleasantly surprised me. Everyone needs to try the blue lavender latte... or the blue lavender lemonade if you're feeling something more refreshing. They seem to be adding new items regularly to the menu so I would go back for sure. There was five of us, including two kids (2 year old and 5 year old), and we were super comfortable the whole time we were there.

We had the bratwurst bowl and soup/sandwich combo. Tomato soup was delicious, grilled cheese could have been grilled more. Salad bowl had way too much dressing. It's weird because the food is served in to goaterials even though we ate in? In addition, all their stuff is compostable which is great but they have no bins to accommodate the compostable stuff so it just goes into the bin.

I went here for the first time last weekend (March 14th) after seeing them on Instagram (Good marketing, keep it up) and the latte I had with oat milk was good but the service was awful! I understand growing pains with new staff but two staffers were standing in front of me behind the counter and ignoring me while they tried to trouble shoot whatever they were having issues with on the point of sale system. No eye contact, no smile, no "sorry this will just be a moment", no "Can we get anything started for you while we are working on this?" Literally as if I was invisible. I dont know if I'll be back, I might check it out if they're still open months from now once they've sorted out training staff on the bare minimum of customer service but I regret to say my first experience was not a positive one.

How cute is this cafe! Good job ladies on the layout, I love the green wall with the fairy lights; super Instagram worthy. Had the blue lavender latte and wouldn’t get it again.. I felt like it was too watery. Will be coming back to try something else. 100% recommend visiting their bathroom, it’s SO cute! Always love a cafe with a cute bathroom, it’s just so unique!

The most instagram-worthy cafe I've been too in a long time! The interior is absolutely gorgeous, I couldnt stop taking pictures. For coming on a busy saturday afternoon, I was surprised to be seated immediately. Staff were decently friendly, atmosphere is rather loud. Happy to see a vegetarian menu and dairy-free milk alternatives! The coconut milk mocha was delicious, best mocha I've had in a long time. The food, however, felt quite overpriced. $15 for a mediocre grilled cheese and half a bowl of tomato soup.

Every time I’m in the neighborhood I come here for a bite to eat. Staff is always friendly and mindful of Covid procedures. Coffee is on par with places in Vancouver like Revolver and Timbertrain. Hopefully they open one in Vancouver!

Love coming here. Their dirty chai, chai tea latte with a shot of espresso, is wonderfully done, not too sweet or artificial tasting. They have an amazing dark chocolate cookie with vegan marsh-mellows that is delicious warmed up! The bathroom is also really clean and well-decorated. Wonderful coffee shop!

Weekday lunch at Pinakvo Cafe was perfect! Probably less crowded (then the overcrowding another reviewer mentioned) due to COVID. Absolutely delicious dressing and ingredients in the Buddha Brat Bowl, though I didn’t eat the big pieces of broccoli. If they were chopped tiny it’d be easier to chew and digest them comfortably. The grilled cheese (real cheese) and its side salad were delicious, as was the vegan Chocco Monkey smoothie. Thankful to have real milk available for a flat white. The ladies serving were cheerful and friendly, and quick to provide disinfectant wipes to clean off a seat and table outside for ourselves. Table and chairs for two of us outside in the shade on a hot day were perfect, though inside was just as pleasantly cool and would’ve been just as nice.

Great atmosphere, stylish decor, and the staff are amazing. Sarah provided me with all the information I needed for my first visit, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had the pinkavo and the pinkoro acai. Also the toast came with a side of greens or tomato soup. I was a bit struck by the combinations of flavor, the one improvement I would make is less is more. There was a bit too much lime on the crushed avocado and the watermelon radishes were very tasty. The smoothie hit home for me as I love coconut. The soup is a tad bit on the tarty side, but would have gone really well with a grilled cheese sandwich.

The food was over hyped. Wasn’t my thing. The food was over priced for what we got and portions were very small. would be appreciated to have more options ie.vegan snacks, muffins, cookies. Dirty dishes were placed right beside the food coming out, and hot drinks were regular glass cups. Too hot to hold and drink. Overall bad layout.

I LOVE this place. Consistently kind, friendly staff. Great coffee. Yummy and beautifully presented food. This has been a crazy time for all restauranteurs and even if I have to wait, sit outside or do what I have to do to adhere to the Covid guidelines I always get the sense that the staff are doing their best. Being in the hospitality industry myself I am super sensitive to the fact that my voice and smile are muffled behind the mask. More than ever this is a time to be patient and assume that there is kindness behind the mask and seek to understand or clarify when we are wondering if there is not. Huge appreciation to you folks behind the counter who work hard and feel the criticism hard because you DO care so friggin' much what people think and experience when they walk through the door.

Had high hopes for this cafe. It's gorgeous inside and out, but unfortunately the staff was rude, the hot chocolate tasted like cinnamon water without the chocolate, the blue lavendar latte was watery and even a simple flat white tasted off.

Food is pricey, and I don't mind spending money but the food wasn't even good. I had the bowl with beyond meat and it wasn't even creative, my wife had the 13 dollar avo toast which come on its a half an avocado on toast. They also couldn't make the choco smoothie, but had it on the menu. Unfortunately we won't ever go back!

First visit and felt the customer service was rude. Told where to stand, told I needed to give # for take out order. No friendly greeting. Definitely not treated how I would expect a local small business would treat customers. Starbucks unfortunately does this a lot better.

The worst customer service. There is a 14 person maximum due to Covid, which is completely understandable. But, they fail to tell you this until AFTER you order your coffee.. only to be told you cannot sit where you are sitting because there is a maximum. But totally okay for a staff member to take up 1 of 14 said seats. IF YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM.. REMOVE YOUR EXTRA SEATS PERIOD.

I’m sorry to say I really didn’t like the food! The chorizo breaky wrap was all rice. I didn’t see any black bean salsa, the chorizo & tofu was very dry and it had a weird aftertaste. Couldn’t eat it. 2 stars bc they carry To Live For bakery and the coconut lemon loaf is great. Won’t be back!

WOW WOW WOW! I got the Chorizo Breaky Wrap and Blue Lavender Latte to take out. Delicious! The cafe is gorgeous, looks and feels like you're downtown Vancouver. It was quite busy so if you're staying in be prepared for a bit of a wait to get a table but the wait will be well worth it. Will definitely be a frequent patron.

I was looking forward to trying out this place so much but was disappointed by the service. I ordered my food and they brought it out to a small table outside that was quite dirty. I ordered the grilled cheese tomato soup combo. The girl stacked all the food with a lose spoon and napkin on top. I tried to carry all the food back to my car with my drink, without a bag, my spoon and napkin blew away instantly. So I had to go back and ask for a new spoon and bag. They had bags I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just use them, they aren’t plastic bags so it’s not a matter of reducing plastic usage. When I went to eat the food there was so much cheese all over the packaged bag it was a mess and I had no napkins cause the one they gave me blew away ???? Anyways I was super excited to try this place out and I was so disappointed with the service and execution especially at their price point. Sorry :(

I visited for the second time last month since my husband and I were around the area and their vegan grilled cheese sandwich + tomato soup combo seemed like a good idea. We tried this combo during our first visit and thought it was an overall good meal so we wanted to try it again. However, our second visit was very disappointing. We waited 30 minutes for our food. No one came up to us to apologize for the delay or at least let us know the situation. I did go up and ask how much longer it would take since we’ve been waiting for almost 30 mins and the staff seemed annoyed at me for asking. When our food was ready, we were confused to why there was this tiny salad instead of our soup. The lady who handed us our food said that they didn’t have any soup that day, but no one, and not even the lady who took our order, didn’t tell us... Due to this experience, unfortunately, I don’t think I’m going to come back. Besides the cute decor, the price you’re paying for the food is not worth it if the service is lacking. Also, the food portions are tiny and it’s not anything to crave about.

The interior was cute It's an Instagram-worthy spot in Japan. I can't say anything because I ordered only drinks, but personally it's neither good nor bad. (Original) 私が行った頃はまだオープンしたてで店内は若い女性客で賑やかでした。有名な人(忘れました)がプロデュースしてる？だけあって、内装は可愛かったです 日本でいうインスタ映えスポットですね。ドリンクのみの注文だった為なんとも言えませんが、個人的には可もなく不可もなくです。

Holy smokes... First of all, I have had a few lattes in my time, and after the first sip of my Oat latte from Pinkavo, I knew I found my new go-to. Milk was steamed perfectly and really lovely espresso used. Secondly, my brat budha bowl??? Who needs anything that isn't vegan when food can be this yummy. Awesome portion and variation in ingredients in the bowl, and I am usually iffy on vegetarian sausages but this bratwurst has an awesome texture and flavor profile. I will be back many times and I can't wait to have more of the menu. Vegan or not, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for feeding me!!!

I’m super disappointed in my first time trying this place. Bad service, forgot my latte and sandwich was falling apart and gross and cheese was like rubber. Will not be ordering again

This place is a terrible and toxic environment for workers and customers the manager Brooke and staff treated my daughter with the uttermost disrespect and made her feel extremely uncomfortable and I can strongly say we will never be returning back again in our lives.

Super cute cafe! Great customer service. My first time in, i notified the barista and they walked me through the menu in a very relaxing way. They made great suggestions! I got the blue lavender latte, both warm and cold, it was amazing. Not too sweet, so you could taste the lavender! I also got the pinkavo toast with an egg, good portion size. Good covid protocols. The highlight was the amazing customer service. It is on the pricier side but when you are paying that price it’s great to see good customer service skills with it.

Mediocre food, high prices, bad service. Cute decor but unfortunately that's about it. Won't be back due to bad service and was treated like I was stupid. Ordered the grilled cheese that comes with the tomato soup. Sadly the soup never came. When I asked, the girls just bluntly said "you ordered the KIDS grilled cheese". Frankly I didn't understand what that meant because I didn't even see a "kids grilled cheese" on the menu at all. When I inquired further the girls seems annoyed and told me that I should have specifically ordered the grilled cheese PLUS soup, because the kids one is grilled cheese only. I said I'm still confused because I didn't order a "kids" grilled cheese and that the only grilled cheese on their menu says soup included. Then they finally admitted that they ran out of tomato soup. But I can wait for them to make more and charge me extra for it. If they ran out of soup, they should have told me when I ordered it. Nowhere on the menu do I see "kids grilled cheese." I ordered a grilled cheese and the girl taking my order just decided to punch in KIDS grilled cheese without telling me or letting me know tomato soup is sold out. Very disappointed with the experience and nothing about the food makes me want to return.
