I only gave this place 1 star, because I had no choice, I would rate this place a negative 5 stars, i wasn't able to sit with 4 other of my friends because only one of us wanted to order something, the lady that served us literally said that we could stand while our friend sat there and enjoyed her drink, this was my first time there and will be my last, and by the way there was noone here and no one using these seats, and we would have gotten up if there were other customers around.

We just moved and have literally nothing unpacked and available for breakfast. We stumbled upon Creekside and what a treat that was. I ordered their cold brew drip coffee and my partner ordered an iced Americano. Both were exactly what we needed. I ordered the cheese scone because it looked so awesome. It arrived warm and with butter. A few bites later I realised I needed to save this treat for later when I'm really hurting during unpacking. I also ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich and my partner ordered the breakfast bagel. Both were very filling and fresh. Well made, good ingredients and excellent coffee. Well done.

I wanted to write a great review and we were hoping we'd found a new spot to connect over coffee, but honestly we had such a strange experience. There was up-selling as I began to order. Confusion over ordering a bagel with just butter. Strange looks when I asked for peanut butter (and there wasn't any, but not a problem). Then confusion over requesting jam, so I ordered with cream cheese. $15 for two brew coffees and two bagels??? And then it came without cream cheese and there was a moment where the woman questioned what I ordered and when she brought the right one just placed it down and walked away. Annnddd... the butter came in packets, to DIY and there was a whiff of cream cheese on mine. Wow, just wow. The place is decorated wonderfully and I loved the bear, but such a strange disconnect with the service. And then there is the matter of electronic locks on the bathroom. Just glad it didn't go on the fritz while I was in there. Goodness knows how you'd get out. I thought perhaps it was because they'd just opened and were going through start-up glitches (I used to run restaurants, so I get it). But I come on here and no such excuse. And so many good reviews??? Feel like I'm in the twilight zone friends. Hopefully you'll have a better experience than we.

I find this coffee shop has decent coffee and a good selection of treats. Service is efficient and definitely adequate, but not super friendly. The giant bear is cute, although, well ... giant. In generally I really like the aesthetic they have going on, and I enjoy sitting in to drink my coffee.

What a lovely little coffee shop. The owners are so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I went in inquiring if they had any vegan baked goods and a day later they started bringing in a vegan muffin (!!!). The service is incredible and the coffee yummy!

Open early in the morning 7:30 a.m. like any real coffee place should be and you can sit down comfortably inside. Lots of seating. Bakery items are quote good however... I love dark coffee and drinking medium roast was... Meh, hence only 4 stars.

Very quaint country chic coffee cafe. Usual coffee, teas, and assortment of milks you can use. Teddy bears adorn the walls and there is also a big 4 foot tall teddy chilling at a table in the center. The service here is amazing. The staff are so very pleasant and cheery! I've only been here 3 times since it changes over to the name Creekside. But it's a great little place to grab coffee while shopping or waiting for a bus.

A quiet, cozy little corner for those shopping in Langley's Smart Centers strip mall. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and the interior was well decorated with multiple spaces for both those looking to work (with free wifi via Shaw GO and Telus WiFi) or socialize with individual tables and large spaces with lots of seating. My mocha frappuccino was delicious, and well worth the wait as well. Highly recommended for those in Langley looking for a place to snag a drink or quick bite.

I would consider this to be one of the better coffee shops in Langley and surrounding area. The new owners who took over this coffee shop location seem like they really care and it shows. The interior was remodeled and feels much more inviting. The coffee was really good and we'll be back to sample other items. Definitely worth checking out.

Ordered green tea and she assumed it's a to-go order (I didn't clarify and she didn't ask). She put it in a to-go cup but I wanted the experience of the Cafe and sit in. When I asked to get ceramic cup, the answer was "you can only use the cup its in, I already put it in the to-go disposable cup". First time ever I've been told to "just drink it" in the disposable cup.

Nice café. Seems like this location keeps changing hands and I would say it's at its best over the last couple years. The food and coffee are great, and the staff are friendly. I also really like what they did with the interior - it's opened up the place and made it much more pleasant. There's more seating now than before as well.

Amazing staff, friendly & knowledgeable. The croissant sandwich was delicious and so fresh. I’ve also had a latte and a London fog from here, both made fantastic with dairy free alternative of coconut milk. So happy with the ambiance and music here too!! My mom sister and I live nearby and go here quite a bit - not anymore though. I went and sat inside on my phone while I waited for my mom who was coming to grab a coffee with me and the owner I believe (the guy who always wears the hat) comes up to me and says order please? I say sorry? He says can I take your order please then I say no, I’m okay right now thank you. Then he tells me I can’t sit here and I say I can’t sit in here unless I order something right now? And he says yes u can’t sit in here. Usually they are pretty friendly so this was shocking and very rude, me and my family will not be coming back here.

By far the best coffee shop i've been to. The staff is so friendly ,like i'm not even exaggerating it. There is a lot of food selection as there are drinks and the ambience of the cafe is delightful and peaceful . I come here every other week or so to study, so if you need to get work done and have a nice snack or meal, this is a wonderful place to go. The decor is the cutest too, feels like you're in a Downtown Vancouver cafe. Much love for this cafe, keep up the great work (: P.s. the hot chocolate + lemon bar are is amazing.

I went to this coffee shop and I ordered a cheese scone, while the attendant was warming it up, I sat down in order to wait for it. I saw the Asian attendant taking an order to one table with some Asian people, he was very polite and attentive to them. As my order was taking a bit longer than what a snack usually takes to warm up, I asked the attendant, and he showed the facial expression that he forgot it and grabbed another one. It started to take long again, and when I saw the guy was grabbing one cheese scone that was left on the corner of the balcony, I mean the other attendant just left it there without even letting me know. If she did not want to take it to my table, at least she must let me know to pick it up at the balcony. I felt myself treated very poorly and I thought it was very rude! In addition, to my surprise, the attendant justified it saying that the place was not a restaurant, but a coffee shop, but they ask for tips (bizarre). If they are not a restaurant why do they ask for tips? If they "can't" take the orders to the table, why did they bought it for the other customers? Their attitude and politeness are selective? My conclusions are they either didn't take my order to my table because I didn't give a tip because I ordered it at the balcony or because I'm not a Asian person (both attendants were Asian people). Or maybe because of both reasons? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The mocha frappe is really good. The coffee shop has a calm environment, comfortable space and lots of seating with a variety of high chairs/low chair. Washroom was clean. I would love to give it a five star but the customer service was very poor. It was my first time visiting here and so I had some questions. The barista was impatient in answering my questions and sounded annoyed at everything. It was also hard to hear through a plastic barrier and masks so some patience would have been helpful.

Nice place and good drinks but the food was off. Between my wife and I we had the breakfast wrap and the turkey cranberry sandwich. The eggs and the spinach in the wrap tasted old and off. The turkey sandwich was really gooey and falling apart. I wouldnt have been to upset if the prices were a little lower. I will just stick to drinks here from now on.
