Watch out how many services plates you order guys!!!! Lol. According to Gabrielle the manager, her waiter was frustrated at us because of the amount of plates we ordered!!!! Thats why we had to wait longer to get new service plates!!! But overall Kim & Andrea were amazing. Food was crazy good. Will come back ????????

I have eaten here multiples times over the years and I had good service until today. I was out with a couple of friends and I am completely saddened over the service. The friendliness of the service has declined. I felt overall ignored. The cherry on top was that we were charged for a meal that we did not order and the bill was split incorrectly. My friend decided to tip less due to these issues and the server had the audacity to demand extra tips.

Took over hours to get food. Baked seafood pasta was big folded pasta without seafood. My father’s meal only came after everyone ate. So much more to tell, but the icing on the cake was when the waiter told us that they couldn’t get our food out in time (after 2 hours) because they had another large group in the restaurant. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Im writing this review as an employee who went there to work. The purpose of my review is to give an idea about what might be the treatment/or attitude towards anyone who goes there to eat or work. So , back to my story , I left the work on my very first day because I did not feel comfortable with the tasks I was given as they were a surprise to me. But the fact that one of the person called me back and literally abused me verbally is unacceptable. Again this review is not meant to prevent anyone from going as there will always be clients for a restaurent. However this place is very special for their rude conduct toward anyone. Other reviews on this place will justify my view.

We went to have a lunch at Pasta Andrea. My gf ordered quattro formaggi which costed $15. The plate came very quickly but the quantity of the pasta for $15 was very very small. Honestly, the plate looked half full only. I ordered a Margarita pizza (12$), good basil flavoured and I was happy with my order. I think overall Pasta Andrea has a good location (in front of canal) good service (quick service and always fill the glass of water), and good quality of food.

La jeune femme nous a apporté du pain et du beurre. Well, une vente de perdue pour le resto. La serveuse nous demande si nous voulons boire quelque chose, oui bien-sûr mais où est la carte? Food took 2 hours to arrive. We arrived at 6pm and had our plates at 8:20pm. Server apologized and offered to not charge the meal of someone who still did not have her plate and was given a salad at 8:35pm. We saw other clients who arrived after us and left before us. At least we got free bruschetta in the mean time to make us wait. Food was pretty good (especially the pizza) but don't expect prompt service. For me it was an issue because I had other people waiting for me elsewhere and I had to modify my schedule as a result.

Lorsqu’on sort dans un restaurant de ce genre, on s’attend à une certaine étiquette et connaissance du métier de service en restauration et un gérant ou maitre d’hôtel en confiance et en total maitrise de ses serveurs et de sa salle. Il ne suffit pas de prendre en note les commandes et d’apporter les plats lorsqu’ils sont prêts. Il y a beaucoup plus à ça et c’est une des majeures raisons pour lesquelles les clients sortent au restaurant. Il y a plusieurs petites attentions face aux clients qui font toute la différence qui vont de l’accueil, aux questions fréquentes comme « Tout est à votre goût? », etc etc jusqu’au paiement de la note. Sans cela, pourquoi sortir au resto? Pourquoi pas ne pas rester chez-soi? Pourquoi ne pas se sentir prit en charge et bien accueilli? Peut-être serait-il important de réviser avec vos employés les bases du service en restauration pour remettre tout le monde au même niveau. Ça assurerait peut-être la rapidité du service, éviterait les erreurs de communication et réglerait peut-être la source de plusieurs commentaires (avis). ????

Came here on a Saturday night, wasn't hard getting an exterior table. Started off well with bruschetta, fresh buns, a caesar salad and bloody caesar served shortly after. Unfortunately, 1 hour and 10 minutes later our (straightforward) mains finally showed up. Pizza was mushy, bland, undercooked, doughy. Putanesca linguini fared better, salty taste medley but was drowning in a pool of thinned-out sauce, and bits of anchovies weren't even visible (did they use paste?). Food wise, this place is no Bocci or Da Emma. Was not offered pepper or crushed chili when the plate arrived. Neither was there chili oil or flakes on the table. Cheese was the standard 'parmesan' dust, not grated reggiano or padano though at this price point that's expecting too much. Was not asked if I wanted another drink once-- (hint: I would have said yes). Prices are fairly decent and drinks have not been jacked up 40% like many other places seemingly trying to make up for lost revenues due to the pandemic. The majestic view adds 1 star alone. Owner or manager was quite observant of his staff enough for me to notice... don't know if that's a good thing.

I went to this restaurant for a baby shower on November 19th and the experience was terrible. They gave me a flimsy booster seat and offered me string to attach my 11 month old daughter to the chair they provided. When I inquired where I could change my daughter, I was told they didn't have any changing tables and they didn't bother or try to accommodate me. I ended up changing my daughter on a bathroom floor with her diaper mat. To make matters worse, I was called out by one of their waiters for breastfeeding my daughter in an empty section of their restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone and would highly recommend that people with infants/young children stay away.

I usually enjoy the food here, but on my last visit, the pasta with scallops, kale, and cherry tomatoes was a miss. It was totally bland, scallops were of the frozen, tiny variety, cherry tomatoes were in fact diced regular tomatoes with no sauce to speak of except for a vast amount of water (cooking liquid?) at the bottom of the plate. Make sure you don't get exploited! We ordered before the meal, an aperitif actually a Vermouth (Dubonnet) got a Martini & Rossi which taste very differently. We mentioned to the waiter and argued it came from bottle, forgot to mention that where out of Dubonnet (and actually poured the Dubonnet in a bottle of Martini & Rossi) we where taken for fouls. The pizza was so so, hey owner get your restaurant in order........

I had the pleasure of having dinner last night with good friends at Pasta Andrea! It was our first visit there and what an amazing experience from the time we sat down to the time we left. The quality of the food, the presentation of our plates, the wonderful service, was fantastico! Little touches like the plate of bruschetta upon our arrival, the delicious bread basket and the classy water bottle with their logo, very nice and much appreciated! We were also spoiled with a Frangelico digestif at the end of our dinner, how wonderful is that and what a classy gesture. We sat al fresco throughout the evening and we never felt rushed to leave since we were the last clients to go. I highly recommend this restaurant for all of the above and will gladly return! Hi there We started out by waiting over 20 minutes for our drinks, which arrived after our appetiser. You need more staff at the bar. Our cocktails were not tasty, in need of a more skilled bartender. Complementary bruschetta was a nice touch but soggy from tomato, it had been sitting too long. Breadrolls were also stale. Entrée tasted one dimensional. Main meal was not worth the money in quality and size both had Table D’hôte. Plates took 30 minutes to be cleared. Restaurant busy to begin with, but at the end of the night it was empty. We were there for two hours and the waiter didn’t check on us once. Dessert was crème caramel and the bottom had a skin on it making it tough. We had to raise our hand to the waiter to get the bill. A lot of improvements are needed.

On avait clairement l’impression de déranger. Pour finir, tarifs vraiment élevés pour ce que c’est (tu as des plats vraiment bons pour le même prix en plein centre de Montréal). Bref, c’est cool d’avoir un bel emplacement en face du canal, mais la base d’un bon resto c’est quand même la bouffe... non?

The service was good here. The staff were friendly and very patient with our big group. However, for the price, I was not happy with the food. A four course meal that was expensive and none of the food tasted good. I ordered seafood stuffed pasta and was expecting it to taste better than it did. It tasted ok. Was at your restaurant this past Saturday Night with 12 people to share a birthday. Service was terrible food was subpar. The appetizers did not arrive at the same time. From the time we received our appetizers to the main course it took 60 minutes.4 main courses had to be returned 2 people in our party did not eat as they got totally fed up. The owner never even came out to ask us how the meal was. The 2 people that did not eat ended up being charged for half the meal unacceptable. Terrible experience from beginning to end. This restaurant usually has a decent reputation but in this night totally dumbs now.

Par contre excellent service de la fille de table rapide, efficace et tres gentille et nos plats etaient tres bons. Petite suggestion : 1L de sangria dans une carafe a vin c pas l idee du siècle. Un pichet avec ben de la glace c dememe qu on le sert!
