I stopped here for a sandwich while biking around the canal as recommended by an Italian friend living nearby. Had the fried chicken sandwich which was really tasty and fresh. I then was offered icecream and had the mango sorbet which is by far the best gelato I've ever had in Montreal and I'm originally from Rome so I know a thing or two about that :)

Only been here twice but I already love this place. It's small but cozy. The sandwiches we got were way bigger than we expected. They were DELICIOUS, and they're reasonably affordable too. What a great find in Lachine! Great iced coffee and delicious sandwiches with tons of options and many pastries, gelato, pasta and sauce etc that I did not get to try after being so full from the chicken sandwich on a baguette with basil mayo, lettuce, tomato. I had just moved in down the street, looking for a quick bite and got lucky. It's really a lunch/ linner place with only outdoor seating and takeaway, but it's the food that really makes it standout. I wasn't really a panini fan but Nonnina has made me one. They are perfectly handcrafted. All the ingredients are harmoniously put together between two slices of bread heaven. ???? Not sure how they do it in what seems like a small establishment. They definitely punch above their weight. Nonnina periodically offers specials. Well worth it. I had the porchetta. Yum! Take your meal a few feet down the street and have a picnic by the Lachine Canal and St Lawrence River.

Excellent! A nice so to pick up a sandwich before heading to the waterside. The entire menu looked good but I went for the Lobster Roll special. It was fantastic! The lobster meat was very fresh and the mixture was flavourful but not so much it took away from the lobster. The roll was lightly grilled and delicious. I will definitely stop again for a sandwich.

I ordered from uber - panini chicken spicy, hot meal gnocchi & cannoli . I loved the cannoli, fresh & perfect, however I was not very happy with other two- the panini baguette was a bit hard for my taste & the taste was average & gnocchi was okay. I expected it to be exceptional going by the rating, but it was average. However I’d love to try their gelato & Viennoiserie as seen on the menu & going by the reviews, and I’d try it out in restaurant dine in.

Great discovery, tried it for the first time earlier today after being recommended b6 friends. I had the grilled chicken panini, it was amazing, juicy and flavourful. I also picked up some pastries for later, overall everything was good. The only possible downside is very limited seating, but you are just a short walk to the Lachine canal which has lots of seating and tables.

Fantastic sandwiches and very nice people running this place. Highly recommend. I had the prosciutto sandwich with sliced parmesan, and my girlfriend had the Italian meats sandwich. They even obligingly added marinated sliced aubergine for us. In addition to being delicious these sandwiches are huge and should satisfy even a large appetite. I will definitely be returning.

Finally tried Nonnina and it was worth it! After I ordered I was given a pager to wait outside and allow other customers to place their orders while mine is getting made and it was quick. The fish croquette were great fresh and not oily, the dipping sauce has to be homemade. Also tried the grilled vege panini, excellent big and thick slice of red pepper, zucchini and eggplant. Will be back for some gelato and desserts

Discovered this local gem on a friends Instagram page. The sandwiches and pastries she posted looked absolutely delicious. We had to try and I must say we weren't disappointed when we did. This little shop has become our go to every week. The staff and management are extremely friendly and courteous. I have said it before and will say it again but their customer service and products are exemplary. Shopping and encouraging local has never been so enjoyable.
