Truly a hidden gem. Had an amazing experience discussing and picking coffee with the staff based on my tastes and home equipment. I highly recommend going in during open hours or even contacting them outside of advertised hours (they may be open) to grab freshly roasted coffees or freshly brewed coffee-based drinks. They have an excellent model going on with canned specialty coffees to preserve freshness and make what would typically be a small-batch-limited-time roast available throughout the year.

Visiting Las Fincas Coffee Inc, I discovered that their coffee is from another galaxy. I discovered that I was not drinking coffee correctly and that making coffee is so much more than just putting some powder in a machine. Armando, Warren and Camilo were amazing hosts, with excellent customer service and a very happy spirit. I cannot go back to normal coffee now and it is thanks to Las Fincas.

I’ve been getting my coffee from Las Fincas for over a year now and I plan to continue. A few clicks on their web site, and a box lands on my doorstep. It doesn’t get better than that, especially during a pandemic! For my first purchase though, I opted to pick up my order from the facility on Halpern. Pandemic or not, you need to visit this place at least once. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but inside is like the hippest coffee shop and roaster worthy of the tour and tasting. And with the weather getting warmer, it’s almost time to check out their cold brew and coffee sodas.

This place should be one of the wonders of the world! The people working there really know coffee, it’s flavours, the farmers, it’s cultivated history, and the country its imported from. They truly want to give you the upmost experience while you are there. The taste of their signature coffee was really smooth, there was no acidic after tastes. I'm not a coffee drinker, but purchased Las Fincas Mach 1 for my husband as a Christmas gift last year. He loved it and that's the only coffee that he now wants to drink. I do however appreciate the beautiful aroma of the coffee. Great service and the owner is awesome!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Las Fincas. We were in town to bring our puppy to the animal hospital - an understandably stressful day. Deciding we needed coffee, we checked Google for a nearby spot while we waited. Pulling up and noting the motorcycle over the door and the limo parked in front we didn’t know what to expect. Warren greeted us with cheerful warmth and proceeding to show us the facility. From the roasting, to the canning, to the tasting area, to the cafe everything was explained in detail. Being self-professed coffee nerds, we soaked it all in. We sampled the Mach 3 espresso and the cold brew on tap. Both amazing!! We brought home a large selection of coffee beans from different regions recommended based on our preferences and spent much of the remainder of our day reflecting on the great time we had. Huge thank you to Warren for an incredible experience!

Had an amazing experience taste testing Las Fincas Coffee based cocktails.. The unusual pairing of locally sourced grapefruit flavoured gin and Las Fincas's subtle Mach 1 expresso was beyond sublime. Bravo! Can't wait to indulge in any of the other cocktails that are offered.
