My sister ordered from here for her son's birthday. She didn't receive her order and the owners refuse to refund her. So basically they have stolen her money. Update: after ignoring my sister for A YEAR they finally refunded her. The owner contacted her the same day I posted these negative reviews. The owner then tried to save face and embarrass me on one of my reviews by telling me that this problem was already being dealt with; which it hadn't been until the review. I originally omitted the length of time my sister had been attempting to receive a refund because my only goal was to help her get her money back. However, after she used my omission in attempts to embarrass I no longer feel any empathy for her. The owner is completely unprofessional and cares more about appearance than actual customer satisfaction.
