The Owner has so much respect for his customers that he has not even come to apologize for his mismanagement of his restaurant. I am giving 2 star just for the service of the waitress who was left alone to deal with our dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this place and will not stay there again unless I have to. A notre visite d’hier entre 4 hrs et 5 hrs, nous voulions du rigatoni et surprise totale ils en avaient plus (l'épicerie est à moins de 3 minutes). Le Proprio a tellement de respect pour ses clients qu’il n’est même pas venu s’excuser de sa mauvaise gestion de son restaurant. Je donnes 2 étoile juste pour le service de la serveuse qui a été laissée seule pour faire face a notre mécontentement. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit et n’y retournerai plus à moins d’y être contraint.

Elles ont repris tout de suite mon assiette afin de la retourner en cuisine. Par contre, mes collègues ont tous eu le temps de terminer leur repas avant que je commence. Bref, peut-être que je vais réfléchir à convoiter les autres restaurants environnants la prochaine fois...

Certain client ont une corbeil de pain, mais pas nous... demandé d'avoir les breuvages avec le repas principal...servi avant l'entrée. Reçu un verre d'eau à notre demande, aucun remplissage par la suite. Au.moment de commander le dessert, ma conjointe demande un café... Sur réception de dessert la serveuse nous demande..."un bon café avec ça..." NON merci...juste la facture ! Serveuse pas très souriante et aucune excuse pour l'attente.
