Avoid this place. No one greeted us when we arrived. We just sat ourselves at the outdoor patio and waited 15 mins before we were told we had to order drinks at the bar inside. What? Ordered our drinks and food and it took another 45ish mins. The pizza I got was under cooked and very doughy. I ended up the throwing most of it in the garbage. People were smoking directly outside the front door so the smell was awful. They were severely understaffed as one person was doing everything which explained the long wait times for everything, then they had troubles with their debit machines when trying to pay and leave. It ended up being an over 2 hr ordeal for dinner and a beer. Sorry but I will not return.

This is by far the best place in town to hang out and have a great meal. Staff are amazing and the food is spectacular. Would not hesitate to recommend.

The schedule looks like a special sign outside and the the schedule on the window by the door is so small and blends in with the rest of the stuff on the window. Yam fries don't have to be cooked as long as potato fries, getting an order of burnt/over cooked fries was unfortunate even more so when my table didn't get a follow up from the waitress yet tables around did. Gluten free meals are a plus ⭐ The physical environment is well set up for a sports bar it's neat. Its ⭐⭐ worthy. =⭐⭐⭐

The photos posted are outdated. This place is actually a sports bar popular with the locals. There's not a ton of seating in this place so it can fill-up quickly. Went on a Wing Wednesday evening and service was fine. Wings are great! Ask your server for the flavours not listed on the menu. Really liked the cajun wings. Paired well with local beer made in Terrace.

It was good. I had a taco pizza and a local beer. The crust on the pizza was super thick, but tasty. On Taco Tuesday make sure you clarify the special before ordering, I did not get what I thought I ordered.

Seen their deep fried pickles got all dressed up to go to this fancy place to be told they were closed for the night an hour before closing. They let us stand there in awkward silence before telling us they were closed ????

Nice place but the wait is really really long, no warning from the wait staff which was pretty frustrating. A simple warning that the wait would be over an hour would have been nice. Even though I would not have stayed that visit, I definitely would have come back another time. After waiting more than an hour and a half I wont be back.

Chicken strips are flavorful and moist. Pizza has a wonderful fresh taste. Cozy restaurant, with great atmosphere and fantastic food.

Placed an order tonight for pizzas and poutine. Placed the order at 7pm, I called at 810pm to check on the status and was told the driver is on the way. Called again 20 minutes later and they told me they will call the driver and tell him to come straight to my delivery. By 845pm still nothing, I called again and was told the driver tried calling me but no answer, meanwhile I had a few guys from work call and text me to make sure they could get through and they could just fine. Staff here weren’t helpful and flat out lied saying they tried calling me then I called them out on saying my foods going to be cold by now. Guy on the phone says it took an hour to make it and I said that’s funny because at 808pm I was advised it left 10 minutes ago and it’s approaching 9pm now. Seriously anyone coming into town for work avoid this place, go to Mr. Mikes or Pedro’s.

This place is horrible take out service. I called the first night 45 minutes before closing time they said that they were closed. Called the next night 3 hours before closing. I waited 1 hour 50 minutes called again, they forgot my order. They said it would be the first out the door. I waited another 45 minutes and called again they said it was on the way. 20 minutes later the worst Pizza that I have ever seen arrived. It was under cooked and tasted horrible. I threw it in the garbage and went to Tim Hortons...

Okay, I Love this place. Local color all the way. Never been disappointed with the food or the service. The fact that they have beer on tap from both Terrace and Prince Rupert makes them as well rooted in this region as anyone else, and they do a better job than most. They also bring in live bands, a very bold move for community like Kitimat, which has a horrific record of non-support for anything local. Just look at the number of local business fails. The hours are as good as it gets for a small community. Hopefully, with the continued support of the community (and visitors) they will continue to improve, perhaps becoming a reason to come and enjoy Kitimat.

Constant late deliveries, and the pizza's are too greasy. These guys can't hold a candle to Pizzarama. I get it, it's Kitimat, and you're 'busy'. Hire more staff to compensate.

Sorry but I am a none smoker with mild COPD from second hand smoke. the smoke pit is right out side the door and the door is kept open....and all you can smell is smoke I like the place but I will not come back unti the smoking policy change.....dont we have rules for this nowaday

The dough is raw to thick and the top of the cheese hasn't even melted properly this is the worse pizza in town. I thought I'd give them a try as I have everyone else . Very unsatisfied customer! Never again . My dog doesn't even like the crust that got to say something ????????????☹️????????????

Two hours and twenty minutes and after three phone calls ,wings are too bad but the pizza is cold and rock hard.Better luck playing frisbee than eating it. We won’t order again. Don’t take orders if you can’t keep up.

Literally the blandest most tasteless pizza I have had in my life They must have some kind of flavour extraction system installed in the kitchen to create a pizza with no flavour whatsoever. Have they not heard of oregano, basil, garlic, or any other spice? I had a Cajun pizza which I expected to have at least some flavour, but nada, nothing. I drowned it in Frank's Red Hot just to try to get some taste into it. The dough was thick and more like a dinner bun than a pizza crust. Seriously, this is one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Don't go there. Also, one of the young female servers was so inappropriately dressed as to be mind boggling. Skin tight spaghetti top and leotard would be much more appropriate at a stripper bar. Couldn't get any more naked without being naked.

Wings ...skin and bones. Seems like they sat for quite awhile before being served. Pizza could be better if the dough wasnt so thick, needs more sauce or sauce period. Try not dicing the veggies on the pizza...so bizarre. No value for the money here folks. Won't be coming back.

Easily top 3 of best burgers, pizza is awesome, wings are delicious. Try the blacksmith stout :) Takes a little time to get your order, but good food is worth it. This spot is a hidden gem, support local businesses!
