Show&Tell is a charming, cozy little shop in the heart of DTK! Their coconut-almond milk blend makes for some unique and delicious drinks, but the coconut flavour was a bit overpowering in my flat white! I look forward to returning and trying more items on their menu!

One of if not the best cafe ive ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff just ooze a passion for coffee and friendliness and provide the best customer service in the city bar none. In my opinion this is the crown jewel of DTK coffee. This cafe operates on a multi roaster model and is always bringing in something cutting edge and fresh so it is in your best interest to visit regularly and often. Do not be intimidated by their coffee expertise, Show and Tell are the masters of making specialty coffee accessible for everyone.

The only thing to dislike about this place is the long lines! Get there early, especially on weekends. Andrew and his staff are great people and while the coffee is on the premium side, it constantly delivers and there is usually something different / unique to try each week. They also have a great selection of home brew supplies. Best spot for neo-traditional coffee and espressos in DTK.

This is a hippie coffee shop with decorations/seats not placed for functionality, but just for being different. Not recommend for study or work. My coffee was cold, but it could be just an accident. I got a tart, which was great???? Limited selection of food. Only a few muffins and a tart.

Love this shop so much. Always feel right at home whenever we get there, and the owner and staff are always so friendly and helpful! Even if you aren't a coffee pro (like myself), the staff are so passionate about what they do and are so willing to help you find the perfect beverage to fit your needs! Without any doubt, this place serves the best coffee I have had in Canada. They are serving coffee beans from different famous roasteries in the world. They let you choose between different interesting coffee beans with different flavours. The baristas know their job. I have never had under-extracted or over-extracted and burnt coffee in this place. They also are very welcoming and help you to choose the flavour you like. More importantly, they change their coffee beans regularly. So, you can expect to taste different coffees when you visit. If you are a coffee lover, you are going to love this place!

These awesome people have single-handedly stepped up the coffee game in KW. This is a go-to spot for any coffee lover. Even if you’re not a coffee snob, you’ll be welcomed here, and it’s quite possible that by the time you walk out of the shop you may have embarked on a journey down the coffee rabbit hole. There are phenomenal baked goods and other snacks here which defy belief, because they are all vegan! Aesthetics and serving-ware are great, the feel of this place is thoughtful and authentic. The atmosphere is intimate and designed for people to hang out, but reading and studying here is also possible. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Hands down the best barista bevvies downtown, I just wish it was a bit more comfortable. The benches and boxes you sit on leave something to be desired. I absolutely love the alternative coffee-free lattes, in dazzling natural blue, pink, and yellow recipes. I can only handle a small amount of caffeine daily, so it's fabulous to be able to get something special to sip without the jitters. Ideally it would be more accessible, but there's not much that can be done about that considering the building they're in. I will definitely be back when I'm unencumbered by a stroller!

We agreed to hire this guy to have a coffee bar at our wedding. A month and a half before the wedding I try to contact him to confirm the time and place and it takes him more than a week to get back to me after multiple unanswered phone calls and emails. He finally gets back to me and I give him the benefit of the doubt and we agree to proceed with his services anyways. 3 weeks before the wedding he cancels on us because he is "too busy". Extremely poor communication and completely unprofessional.

My favourite in KW right now and I love their almond-coconut milk. Their pour overs are also done meticulously and with care to ensure that the full bright taste of the coffee is captured without sediment. Everyone who works here is pleasant and kind which is a welcome change from some other local establishments. My only suggestion: the natural climate control gets a thumbs up for the environment but it is honestly brutally hot in the cafe many summer days. For those of us who can't handle the heat a bit of AC might encourage us to linger longer.

My partner and I were well taken care of. She had a coffee, I wasn't sure, but then picked something different for me. Unfortunately an ingredient wasn't available for the drink. I sulked a bit, and I apologize for that. However my day was restored to goodness when the baristta brought me something she had whipped up. It was probably even better than what I originally wanted. It was an espresso with whipped coconut cream and I think nuts. Really good! Thank you.

There is a lot of effort put in by this coffee shop to source really tasty, artisanal coffee. It was kinda neat to have a selection of different kinds of espresso, each with their own notes and flavours. Whoever was providing me service was incredibly friendly and a great conversationalist. I finally made it to this coffee shop! There matcha was on point and delicious. The only drawback was that they don’t have a sign anywhere outside with there name, which is there concept is what was told to me when I asked them, but still not having a name sign outside causes confusion. It just says coffee shop so I didn’t know if I was going to some random coffee shop or to show n tell coffee.

I went here looking for Unity Bakery. Unfortunately the bakery now is online orders only and this place acts as a pick up location for orders but doesn't sell anything directly. The coffee shop is quite small and only has on small table for seating so isn't a good place to meet up with people. I am not a coffee drinker so I can't really speak to what is probably its greatest strength. The positive here was the barista, who was super friendly and willing to take time to answer the question of the person ahead of me's questions. I decided to try what I could and so ordered a Chai Latte and Boston Cream donut. The Latte was watery and lacked much spice or flavour. There was a generous amount of foam though. The barista had raved about the Boston Cream donut. They are not made in house but baked fresh daily and delivered from Cambridge. The Boston Cream was competently made but not amazing, existing somewhere between Tim Horton's and Lady Glaze on the donut scale.

I've been walking by this coffee shop for ages as I am a regular at The Adventurer's Guild next door, and I was always curious but hadn't gotten the chance to check this place out. The nondescript "Coffee Shop" sign was always pretty good for a giggle and definitely added to the intrigue. I finally got a chance to try them out the other week with my boyfriend and can I just say wow??? The chai tea latte was so good, it almost has a smoky undertone that suits it so well and it's not as sticky-sweet as some other big chain coffee shops (looking at you Starbucks, it's like 90% syrup please stop doing that). Still too sweet for my boyfriend, who however did LOVE his cappuccino and told me he had a nice chat with the staff while I waited for him outside so we didn't have too many bodies inside. A new favourite stop, perhaps?

Great coffee, great snacks, great service! These people take coffee seriously, but are never intimidating. They are more than happy to spend ages explaining all their different coffee options, and are equally happy to just hand you a cup of jo' when you're in a rush.

I've been coming to Show&Tell since they opened (1.5 years ago?) and I love the experience every time. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about everything coffee - and are always patient and willing to explain any questions I have about the process, beans, their decisions when creating the space, etc. The drinks are on the pricey side, but definitely worth it once you learn about how they sources materials, coffee, the equipment they use, etc. I appreciate their batch brew options for under $2 as well. I am really impressed at how they've remained consistent with the drink quality and customer service. You can tell the staff are well trained, and with so many roasters featured from around the world, A LOT of work goes into making sure each bean shines.

First time at show and tell and it will be my last time there. There was a customer in front of me and the two people working there were helping this lady. She ordered a coffee, she said the coffee was cold. The owner double cuped the coffee and said here you go. The customer said no my coffee is cold so the man working there said hey try this new one I made it 15 minutes ago, no I mean 5 minutes ago. I thought to my self is this going happen to me as well? I ordered an Americano and the man there made it and didn't ask me if it was for here or to go. He gave it to me in a mug so I guess I was staying there! I asked for cream and he said we only have cold milk lol I'm thinking I hope it's cold or it would go bad. I asked him for brown sugar and I was not hoping to get it at this point! He said no we have maple syrup lol Avoid this place!!!

Best new coffee shop downtown Kitchener. The lattes with the coconut & almond blend milk is amazing. They now have an oat milk and it's even more amazing, try it! Also I love that the matcha latte is traditional and not sweetened. Great atmosphere, friendly barristas and amazing coffee ????. Enjoy!

A bad americano and no wifi. I would have been fine without the wifi but when I asked, I got a shrug and a response "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't". When I pressed if it would be up soon or whether they could reboot the router, the response was another shrug and "sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't". Sloppy service and a sloppy attitude means I won't be back.

Picked up a latte and this shop has their coffee dialed in. You can tell they take so much care into ensuring that every cup SLAPS. They know their ratios, and can tell you everything that they're doing without missing a beat. I will definitely be coming back.

Love it! The coffee is fantastic! I've been looking for a place like this and I finally found it. Friendly knowledgeable staff, amazing coffee, slightly expensive (about 3$ for a cup) but well worth the price. They even steam the milk for you. It's my first stop nearly every morning. I got a golden eye coffee and it was quite good. I rarely ever order anything other than "coffee" but figured why not. I really like how friendly these guys are. We were welcomed warmly and they answered all questions about what's this or that. The sign outside simply says coffee shop so I was confused initially but you can ask them about that and they will explain.
