Would be great if they took the time to make their drinks properly. The cappuccino was meek because they were trying to make too many at a time. :( otherwise food is good

Always great coffee and helpful staff

Friendly staff and pretty good coffee, I like the Americano. I got some coffee beans to take home and the beans they recommended are really tasty and exactly what I was looking for. Prices are similar to other local coffee shops.

Best enjoyed tues-fri as it is always busy on market Saturdays. Free large coffee with purchase of a lb. of beans for home.

I’m very disappointed on this store owner and service I received it made me cry because it wasn’t fair of the owner try to escalate situation when a customer told you about your product that wasn’t as described. I ordered a chai tea the owner was very rude as she described her self as owner after . And when I was about to pay she told me with a very rude sound “No Tap” and I paid with a debit card but when I taste the tea it was like drinking a dust it has a very weird taste and very strange of course I wouldn’t expect the same quality as Tim Horton or Starbucks but this was an old tea bag that lost the flavour after time and I contacted her with a polite manner and explain the tea has a very strong odour and the taste was unbearable she gets very upset and she told “me what do you expect from chai tea that’s how should taste” I was still calm and ask her if she can exchange to other tea she refused and told me to damp it somewhere well at least she should have gave me another tea or refund I’m not a charity hopefully Kitchener market will respond. Just to educate her though she should treat customer nicely regardless race age.

Purchased their organic espresso roast. It was perfection. I couldn't make a bad cup of coffee with their beans. The owners are very nice if you take the time to talk to them. They explain how and why they roast their beans the way they do. I'm glad to support a local business. I'm also looking forward to their almond croissants. So tasty!!!

Lovely people working there. They recommended a blend for my french press. Delicious! Free coffee when you purchase a bag of coffee. Will be returning when I run out! Great experience!

Coffee is good but expensive. Paid over $10 for a small and medium latte. But it's the customer service why it only gets two stars. I get it, they are really busy with one long lineup, and employees are cramped in a small confined area, assembly style work, to be more efficient. But that doesn't excuse yelling at your customers in regards to what type of coffee it is, because the previous employee added a flavour that the next employee was not aware of. Aggressive and annoyed employees, that clearly don't make enough money to deal with customers expecting the product they ordered for the hefty price.
