I'm a truck driver and was hungry decided to pull over to get something to eat. I parked sideways so I'm not blocking the lot, did take up 4 parking spot in an empty parking lot. And still got reported on. I would never ever come back here.

Certainly better than many Tim Hortons I've seen. The place wasn't packed and my business partner and I got nice comfy chairs in front of the fireplace. Coffee and donuts and the meeting went very well. I also liked the employees' attitudes, very polite with a sincere smile in their faces. Definitely coming back. Edit: I am editing to say thanks to the owner for her-his-their reply. This is the new way of doing business, looking at it as if your customers were part of the family... because they are! Oh, and 1+ star.

Stopped at this location on our way to the cottage and were pleasantly surprised of the new look of Coffee Time. The shop was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We had the iced coffee and some donuts. The kids loved the boston cream and my husband really enjoyed his sandwich. Everything was made fresh and tasted great! Will be stopping here every time we head to our cottage.

This is the second day in a row I left the coffee shop with at least two other people because the lineup is almost halfway to the door there were seven of us in line and the little lady that works there was yapping too much. A gentleman made a comment on the way out the door to me said this place needs more help. The store has been renovated and looks great the donuts are good but if you can't sell them all that is worthless.

Dirty bathroom, very rude waitress, flies on the food and tables not clean. Floor never swept. Will never go back. Blond waitress was rude because we didn’t want to eat donuts that the flies were covering. One star is one to many

Sadly, I have to give this place a poor review. We ordered a simple apple fritter. It was of poor quality, and my 8 yr old son didn't want to eat it. I asked the counter staff if they could exchange it for a better fritter. Their answer was "sorry, all our donuts are made equally, we can't give you a different one." The last thing my son said as we left: "Daddy, this isn't a very good place at all"

My friend and I stopped yesterday on our way to my cottage. This is my usual stop for coffee on the way. We were disappointed with the watered down coffee and watered down flavorless potato soup. The only item that was ok was the bagel. I have stopped at this location previously but yesterday was disappointing

I think Coffee Time is underrated. Especially this location at Dufferin and Wilson. Great selection of breakfast sandwiches and the best coffee of all the doughnut shops and fast food places. (Sorry Tim's and McCafe but its true!!)

I like this Coffee Time better than the Coffee Time at Sheppard and Chesswood. I don't like those bathrooms so much at Sheppard and Chesswood. I also like the Coffee Time at Yonge and Cummer. Renovated as well but not the ceiling. It's still good. Now you get fresh sandwiches made to order while you wait.

Do not buy anything from here. I worked at this location for 7 days about 5 yrs ago. It was the worst experience of my life. It run by the owner William and his wife helps out in the back. Ex #1: I was washing my hands in the back before touching any food and I went to throw my paper towel in the garbage; just when I was about to do so, the owners wife yelled at me and told me next time to not throw away the paper towel because it's a waste of product. She then persisted to tell me that they use this paper to wipe down the cutting boards after along with knife's. Ex #2: in the display case out front they have sandwiches etc. They take out all the sandwiches after 3 or 4 days of sitting. They take the sandwiches to the back, throw away the bread, tomatoes lettuce etc and keep the meat. They trained me that they put the old meat on new bread with new lettuce etc. Ex #3: after lunch rush/time is over then take the soup that has been heated, and put it back in the freezer for next week. I have called heatlhy and safety on them. I don't know if they still get away with this. Just wanted to inform everyone.

They women who work here are friendly welcoming! I am happy they still allow you to bring your own reusable cup. Drip coffee is tasty and the service is about 10x faster than the Tim Hortons across the street

Roadside coffee shop attached to a Mac's convenience store. Could use some updating as well as infant change tables. There's a gas station close by so overall your average rest stop while passing through.

If you live in the area or are new to Georgina youll quickly learn that this hidden gem off hwy 48 far surpasses tim hortons in sutton. Its newly renovated, clean (no flies, or dirty bathroom as another previously stated), the food is great, specifically got the honey hams and swiss paninni and it was legit, the best paninni ive had in so long that i dont remember. As someone who commonly associates coffee time with dirty street corners in downtown toronto, this location is a lovely surprise that i will fiercly support.

I come to this specific location whenever I am in the area and always get a homemade sandwich on white bread. Nothing overly special about the food or the place, but they are friendly, consistent and the food is always fresh, even at night. Don't spend 30 minutes in the drive through lane at the nearby Tim's blocking traffic on Wilson, pull in here, grab a coffee and be back on the 401 in 60 seconds!

I only came to this location because somebody I was meeting insisted on meeting here. I haven't been in a coffee time in a few years. I can honestly say I was blown away. Their new atmosphere is really nice.the food selection is great. The donuts look like they're all twice the size of the competitors. I couldn't resist and got myself a walnut Cruller which I haven't seen in a few years. I also took an Apple Fritter home for later because it looks so huge. On top of all that the staff is very friendly. And they even took the time to adjust The Coffee Lid so that the seam was in the opening eliminating dripping. I'll definitely add coffee time back to my list for occasional meeting spots after this experience.

This here is an outstanding place to get a cup of joe & something to eat if you're driving through highway 48. The coffeeshop is owned by a very nice couple and they run an excellent business. The food is good & the bathrooms are squeeky clean. There's also a K-Mart next door which makes it doubly convenient.

Went there today. Staff was wonderful and friendly, bathrooms were clean. Coffee was also good! But PLEASE do not get the food. The buns were MOLDY, chicken that was supposed to be cold was hot and not in a good way. Food was clearly sitting out for a while and old stuff. Carrot cake was slimy and gross.

The BEST and CLEANEST Coffee Time in the city. The new owners are just as amazing (if not better) than the previous. They are so so friendly. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the prices are outstanding. You would think that with Tim Horton's right next to them, there'd be some competition but WRONG!!! Coffee Time is holding it down on their own and it shows. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming you with a smile even with as busy as it can get. I stop by EVERY morning before work and I couldn't be happier. Never messed up an order and I have to say it again...THE FOOD IS FRESH!!!!

This rating doesn't even deserve 1 star (except for the coffee & donut perhaps). Absolutely the worst Coffee Time location I've ever visited. I'm surprised 'Coffee Time' organization even allows their name to be displayed outside. From the minute you step into this place until one leaves, you wonder if you're on another planet. Filthy door handle upon entry, dirty windows, dirty floors, old old old everything. Both ladies & Gents washroom notice on doors clearly announce the lights don't work, the doors don't lock 'so please knock before entering'. REALLY? No kidding. Inside the ladies is a disaster area. Besides the lighting is almost non existent, there's hardly any water (a trickle) to wash your hands, the facilities are old and rusted, floors, walls are filthy - gosh the toilet looks clean but who can tell in a dark room?? At least the coffee and donut tasted good but who knows what the sanitary conditions are like behind the scenes. What a disgrace to Georgina ... wonder what the tourists think?? This place needs tearing down and now.

I used to come to this location beforehand. Very good coffee, customer service is great and food is excellent since the renovation the shop is clean, the muffins are really fresh and the donuts are big and fresh. I had a Cranbury chicken sandwich it was really good. The new owners are very serious on keeping the shop super clean. Do your self a favour and go there. The service is fast , I didn’t even wait 45 seconds , wow.

Recently found out there are new owners that just took over. Ever since they took over everything seems different. From rundown to actually running! Owner is there everyday and is very friendly along with his staff! The place is overall better as it is cleaner, faster, friendlier, as everything is baked fresh everyday!!! Would recommend especially if u want to sit down and enjoy urself in a decently sized sitting area

I was in this establishment yesterday, I seen the owner playing on her phone she didnt wash her hands when she made food for the other costumers, the floors are disgusting and needed to be cleaned not to mention the washrooms. I noticed that there was cobwebs on the lights, tables weren't cleaned either. I bought a coffee and a Boston cream it tasted like it was a few days old and as hard as a rock. I wouldent recommend this coffee time but rather Tim Horton's

This place is absolutely horrible. The old guy takes 10 minutes to make 2 bagels, the one lady takes the same amount of time. The only person who can actually do their job in that place is Nina.

I visited this location for the first time today & the lady working was so friendly and sweet! I took a few minutes deciding on what I was getting and she was so patient and gave me helpful suggestions despite being the only employee working and forming a line while I was waiting for food. I will definitely be making this one of my regular coffee stops!

Best coffee shop in all of Ontario hands down. The food is always fresh and the owners take extreme pride with this restaurant. The owner is usually there in the mornings on cash and is very efficient and super friendly. If there is a long line up he can easily process everyone in a timely manner and his wife makes all the food and takes great care when preparing the foods. They have renovated this location quite some time ago and I certainly hope they are here to stay for the long run as many other coffee times have closed down. Go and support this business and I assure you the service and food is second to none. You will always get treated with the utmost respect and they thank you for your business

Great coffee time , has had recent remodel so all is fresh and new. Only thing I don't like is breakfast is premade warmed up microwave meals, as farther south on 48 in Baldwin the coffee time there makes fresh hot bacon eggs home frys , nicer then premade warmed up.

I've been going to this location for years, has been recently renovated and looks much nicer! The new owners are extremely friendly and the service has improved greatly. Before, I used to have to wait in line for a while to get my coffee, but now the service is amazing and way faster!

My husband and i were in town for the day and desperately needed coffee. We are from Toronto, most coffee times are not that great. we decided to go into this location and the first thing i said was "wow this coffee time is so nice compared to the ones in Toronto". We ordered a cup of coffee, a doughnut, butter tarp and "worlds greatest carrot cake"- and they were not lying! The carrot cake was so delicious, we purchased another one to go! The coffee was also very good. Not only was the desserts and coffee satisfying the service was impeccable. I have never walked into a coffee shop - and im from Toronto, where we were greeted so kindly and inviting. The two wonderful ladies serving us were very kind and friendly. We often visit this town so we will definitely be back! Thank you for the excellent service and cake! cheers

New owner!! Completely different environment! This coffee time has turned around for the better. Before all the changes, the old employees were not that great.
