One of my favourite local businesses! We have done multiple escape rooms (both virtual and in-person) and they are so well thought out with the perfect amount of challenge. We have also purchased multiple boardgames - they have such a great selection. We even got them delivered to our home at no cost! (And we live on the East End!) This was awesome!! I came with a few friends for the whole experience- escape room, food, and games. I've done a lot of escape rooms (mostly by Improbable Escapes), but this was one of the best. So many interesting features, and great detail!! Love the decor throughout the escape room and the whole place. Good food, excellent staff, great place to hang out!

We had a WONDERFUL experience participating in the Seven Dwarfs: Mining Mission. The room was challenging but not so hard that we got stuck on any one puzzle for a long time. The staff was incredibly friendly and fun to interact with. I would most definitely recommend Wonderland Escapes to anyone looking for a fun experience!!! Love this place and the people! The staff took the time to teach my kids how to play one of the games that they really wanted to learn and were amazing!! We've also participated in one of their virtual trivia nights and had so much fun! Being in their space alone is an experience of it's own the games and amazing hot chocolate are an added bonus (I mean check out the smiles on these kids faces!) Can't wait to be able to go back in and support this small local business.

This place is great! Been twice now, one for an escape room and again for a few hours of snacks and board games. It's everything you've come to expect from improbable and more. The place is flawless, staff are friendly and attentive, the whole experience is really thoughtful. The Game connoisseurs are a really great help and fun to talk to. Great place for families and for a date.

From the outside and in the place looks great, there's lots of board game options and friendly staff but the real problem lies in behind the front of the store, the people look very miss managed and very inexperienced the wait times for just a simple drink is ridiculous, not to mention the food and prices are overpriced, mind you they are yummy it doesn't excuse a the cost of a hot chocolate at $8 . Until the prices come down and the management is taught how to run an establishment as such I wouldn't recommend going.

Just got home from an awesome little get away. Went to visit our amazing YOUNG friends Emma and Melissa and their team who did an absolutely phenomenal job with Wonderland Escape Rooms & Board Game Lounge. Everything was on point. Menu, all out decor in the cafe area, to party space, to hallways. 450 games to start and growing with awesome sign categories that also match theme. An amazing rating system and menu card. Food was on point and my oat milk cap was lights out. Their 7 dwarves escape game was pretty awesome too. We are proud of our escape room friends and over the cheshire smile for all that you've accomplished! Your Narcity article is nothing compared to what you will achieve. We were floored. Congrats and here's to more awesomeness and maybe a combined trip in 2020!!! Lotso love

Just finished up the high seas escape room and we are still raving about it. We've been to several escape rooms in a few different cities and this one blows them out of the water. The room construction was incredible and the games was extremely well thought out. The staff were friendly and they were following covid precautions very well. I don't review a lot, but this one deserves it!

Really cool place! Had such a good time, good food and drinks too. My only suggestion is to throw some dunkables in with your Ceasar. Stick of celery, a pickle, pickled beans!!! ;)

I had exhausted the escape rooms over at their Downtown location so I was pleased to hear they opened a second location. I played the Neverland room and the Seven Dwarves room during my latest visit. Overall I was happy. The Gamesmaster was very animated and lively and the rooms were of a good quality. The immersion was really good as I found the rooms to be well decorated and their props to be very appropriate for their themes. Both rooms also contained a lot of tech that pushed the puzzles above the basic combination lock solution. It wasn't a full 5-star experience due to a few minor problems with the props. For example, a key didn't fall through a hole because it got stuck somewhere along the way. The Gamesmaster had to come in and unlock the door for us. And similar problems like that happened 2 or 3 more times during my experience. I also found the difficulty to be a tad on the lower end for experienced players but I recognize they are in the minority. All in all not a big deal and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first stab at escape rooms, and I absolutely loved it !! Sam was our games master, and really made the experience top-notch...he was friendly, and very enthusiastic and helpful. While we didn't manage to escape, we had a blast. The games and rooms were all excellent quality!! If you haven't been here yet, you should go !!!!!

We did the 7 Dwarves it was a great room, the set up was excellent! The puzzles were challenging but doable however there are a lot of them so you have to work very quickly. Would definitely go back and do another room

Incredible little gem in the West end. The servers and a very helpful man (who may have been the owner) went above and beyond to make sure our large group felt welcome. Excellent selection of games, good food and drinks, and an incredible atmosphere. The decor was very creative. Loved the ability to purchase some of the more popular games at the store front. This place has something for everyone - family friendly to adult oriented games, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cafe specialty coffees and teas, and some really great snack options ordered via ipad. The prices were reasonable. We didn't get a chance to try the escape room, but we're looking forward to coming back.
