Gord's cafe offers healthy options. The calorie counts are on the board, which is terrific. You know what you are getting into if you choose a higher calorie item. It is set up for takeout re cups and takeout bags, but you are certainly able to sit at one of the tables. Seating is spaced out nicely so you don't feel cramped in the least. The padded chairs that go with each table are comfortable. The windows provide lots of natural light.
