This has been the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had, not only were the staff disrespectful and neglectful but they did not pan up to the fact that I waited over an hour for my order. I was handed a 2 dollar discount for my 50 dollar order, unbelievable

The bubble tea is good and not too expensive; the service, however, is pretty poor. Cash paying customers will get different treatment regarding taxes depending on whether or not they speak mandarin (which is a violation of tax policy under the CRA). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fast service. Quality bubble tea. Decent food. Tapioca pearls are always fresh and they’re marinated in honey too ! That’s why I (personally) gave 5 stars **newly renovated, comfortably accommodates maybe 6 or so at one table **added pool tables, small tight space and the ceilings are low NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE overall great place for a bubble tea and chit chat !

Had the best Shanghai Duck here today. The food is delicious and the drinks are tasty! Great place to spend an evening with friends. There are even pool tables at the back.

First time being back here in over 10 years and it's still delicious as ever! Ordered the panang chicken and padthai beef and both were simply perfect. The hot tea was amazing and filled my soul with the memories of a younger me. 100% recommend for anyone who loves pan Asian food! Interested to hear they are changing their menu a bit to add more dim sum options, just don't change your quality!!

Amazing bubble tea and sherbet drinks (like a milkshake but better IMO). Nowhere else in Kingston that I have tried compares to them for their drinks. I have been a customer for years and will continue too in the years to come.

The food is okay, but the portions are small and the service is very bad. While sitting in the restaurant, our server gave us drinks then went and sat and chatted with her friends at another table for over 10 minutes. I was just about to get up to get her and she came over to finally take our order.

They don't open on time....I've gone many times and it isn't open when it is supposed to be, according to the hours. Staff are rude. They don't keep stock, I've gone many times and they don't have stock to fulfil your order. DON'T GO HERE

Classics Tea Lounge has always been a favourite for my girlfriend and I thanks to the General Tao Chicken on their menu that we order using Skip the Dishes. We visited the actual restaurant about a month ago and the atmosphere was quite nice! As always, the chicken was very good ????.

I just spent $60 ordering food from this place to have it show up and basically be inedible. For the price you pay of the food I feel like it should be expected that the food not be frozen prior to cooking and considering the chicken was rubbery and I can barely even get it processed in my job it was definitely Frozen and not worth $12

This is the worst restaurant food I have ever eaten. Pad Thai with vegetables had zero vegetables, unless you count 2 bean sprouts and one piece of onion. Disgusting, overpriced gluey slop.

Wonderful experience. Food was great, but one of the items wasn't it the bag. I had called previously to inquire about indoor seating and the hostess must have recognized my voice, because she called to let me know. I had wanted to order another drink, and she immediately gave it for free, while throwing in an extra dish. Food tastes great, and both the milk teas and ice crush we selected were delicious.

I love their bubble tea, but the food options are such a let down. They lack a lot of vegetarian options, and what they do have is unclear. I order steam vegetable dumplings and almost everytime it looks like there is meat in it? You get a vegetable dumpling and expect vegetables not meat. I even specifically said "vegetables please" or "no meat" on multiple occasions. I ordered the kimchi ramen and got a broth with chicken in it, when it never stated there was meat in the order and again, I specifically said no meat please. A courtesy call would be nice next time,if you need to better explain your menu. I literally just spent 30 dollars on 1 bubble tea because I couldnt eat the rest of my order. This has happened to me before, and I will no longer order from here. Disappointing.

Ordered beef noodles and chicken rice noodles as takeout. Broth was watery and not so good. Also they only gave us spoons. No chopsticks for noodles. We got back to the hotel and realized that so currently not rly able to eat at all.

Best bubble tea anywhere. Any flavor will actually taste like that flavor. Also they have multiple options for the thickness of your smoothie and several jelly options if you don't like tapioca. They have half-sugar/no-sugar options as well. Food-wise it is good as well. I've only tried the steamed dumplings but they were amazing.
