Hey local peeps! Just had the great pleasure to visit this fine new restaurant in the heart of old East Kildonan, literally minutes away from my childhood home. To have that sad, tired old Bank of Montreal building transformed into a bright, spacious and welcoming eating establishment is a huge win for the neighborhood, and really does my heart good. Speaking of heart, that is possibly the best part of the story, as owners Susan and Doug (lovely, lovely folks!) have created a fabulously healthy and mouthwatering menu ranging from delicious wholesome smoothies to salads and wraps, bahn mi sandwiches, bubble tea, and healthy home made snacks like the Higher Power Bar. Actually, the absolutely best part is that the prices are incredibly reasonable. Stop by and see for yourself what a treasure this new local eatery is.

Great local spot for a healthy smoothie and bite to eat. On the corner of Kimberly and Watt st. They have a large menu with a wide variety of smoothies. They also have delicious wraps and sub sandwiches. I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese sub wish is always made fresh and is a great value. The avocadoholic smoothie is also a must try, my personal favorite! They also offer a wide variety of waffles and also have vietnamese coffees. The owners are also super friendly and welcoming. They offer take out as well as dine in options. Support local!!

Have picked up from this new neighbourhood restaurant a couple of times now. The decor is simple and very clean. You may not even notice the restaurant driving past the corner of Kimberly and Watt (S/W corner) because they have been waiting 3 months for approval from the City to put up their sign. Today, I picked up their beef barley soup and some shrimp rolls. The soup was outstanding and the shrimp rolls served with peanut sauce were really tasty and fresh, as well. They also make smoothies (as the name would suggest). On my first visit to the restaurant I tried a Berry smoothie - tasty! I hope they get their sign up soon and the neighbourhood supports them. Nice people, good fresh food.

This warm husband and wife team opened this smoothie and sub shop and their passion for serving the community shows. They balance warm hospitality with quick service. The husband is always willing to engage and the wife is always quick when to remind him to let the customer get on his way I especially like the smoothie with peanut butter. and their hours of operation are very generous.

I had a smoothie and their avocado wraps for the first time the other day, the smoothie was delicious and so were the wraps. The service was awesome, and it was a very clean establishment. I will definitely be back!

Beautifully and simply decorated space in a very unlikely location. Tried the strawberry Banana shake and avocado shake (sorry, don't remember the exact names) and loved them. As a resident of this neighbourhood, I think it's very important to support local small businesses such as this, especially when they have great smoothies! Also, the owners were absolutely wonderful in the few minutes that we spoke. I'll be back a lot and I hope I see a line of customers when I do!

Such a fantastic spot. The smoothies are outstanding. I personally love the Kalevator. I also highly recommend the Shrimp Rolls, and the Energy Bites. Both are delicious. Their Bahn Mi, however, could use a bit of improvement with better quality ingredients. The staff here are so kind and friendly though, that it makes up for any shortcomings. Already looking forward to my next visit.

This is one of the best places I have ever been! The owner is incredibly friendly and loves to get to know you; food and service is fast and fantastic! The food is super good with a healthy portion of shrimp (spring rolls/salad rolls) and the smoothies are delicious. The prices are unbelievable for the quality and make this an amazing place for a lunch time stop or if you are shopping in the neighborhood. I will definitely be going back! UPDATE: One Year later and this place is still hard to beat! Great salad rolls, my favorite in the city ???? She is the nicest lady and has the best energy!!!

Just found out about this place today and decided to check it out. The food was ready by the time we arrived, it was fresh and delicious. The smoothies were also a hit, Monkey in the Middle is my new favorite smoothie. The staff was also really nice and great to work with. I have been coming here since they opened and it is absolutely amazing. From the wide range of smoothies to the delicious food, there's something for everyone. Doug and Susan will make you feel like family, and are very friendly! The atmosphere is so nice and welcoming. They even made sure to make the graduating class of 2020's year special despite the pandemic, holding a special event for us to celebrate our achievements. I especially love the Iced fresh fruit tea, it's my go to! Definitely try it.

Visiting here is like being at a friend's house. Everything about this place is great, the restaurant is bright and cozy, the smoothies and food is also amazing, fresh and healthy. The owners are super friendly, they treat you like an old friend. They are very kid/family friendly. They have toys, books, and coloring to keep the kids entertained. This is one of our favorite places to go. It is right next to the YMCA it is a great place to stop for a post workout protein smoothie or healthy meal.

Love this place! I have only tried the smoothies so far and they are very very good. With the exception of the cranberry ones the cranberry juice is a too bit sour for my liking. But all the others ones I had were delicious. On top of that the staff is super friendly and very pleasant toward customers. I love that they are open early especially on Sunday. I will 100% go back. I can't wait to try there food.

I used to work down the street and would come in for lunch about once a week! I love their smoothies, puffed wheat squares, and shrimp rolls. Healthy, fresh and delicious food!!! The owners are really nice too! Sue is so sweet and always went out of her way to chat with me. I live so far I haven’t been back since I worked nearby! I wish they had a location in my end of the city. I miss going there for lunch!
