Pretty good food and nice place to eat in. Sometimes they only have one staff member working, and if they get orders that involve a lot of food or drink prep, the line gets bogged down. Sometimes even when there isn't anyone else waiting on food, I feel bad ordering the wrong thing because they aren't set up well to make certain things quickly. A 10 minute wait for a breakfast bagel isn't unusual.

I was really positive impressed by the fact that the "to go" cups are made from biodegradeable compostable material. The latte macchiato I had was wonderful. Full Aroma with Lots of delicious foam. The cinnamonbun was fresh, warm with very nice icing. Friendly staff and a nice comfy sorrounding make this Coffee House well worth a visit and as well a nice stay. Visit is recommended!

Good coffee, good food, large menu selection. Good value (portions are a decent size for the cost). This place is a bit of a hidden gem. Far less popular than the big name coffee place. Due to how busy they are they don't have a lot of staff on usually and so maybe not the best place to go if you are in a rush. Nice layer back atmosphere, the place is built in an old bank.

This place is such a gem. You would never know it from the sign on the outside how colourful and stylish the place is. (Black and White sign and you walk in for the first time with a "Wow" expression.) Staff are friendly and the owner is great definitely turned me into a lifetime customer. The wraps are delicious, the Americano is perfect, and the desserts are bakery level. Honestly a very welcome surprise in St.James.

The ambience was better than I expected. I didn't expect that I'll be walking into a spacious cafe that is quiet and relaxing. My hubby and I had lemon cranberry muffin and cinnamon buns with moccachino and cappuccino. We enjoyed our one hour time together looking out the big glass windows and the treats and drinks were scrumptious! We definitely recommend this place.

Probably the worst chicken ceaser salad I’ve ever had. A few cold chunks of chicken, not a single crouton and no cheese but too much dressing. Our lunch companions had mediocre sandwiches. No one asked how our meal was or removed our dirty plates.

The San Vito Coffee House is actually a pretty cool place to hang out. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, but the people I go with say their coffee is pretty decent. I’ve ordered the hot chocolate and it wasn’t great so I wouldn’t recommend it. Some of their baked goods are pretty good especially their muffins. There are couches and chairs to use, though the foam and padding are pretty worn and uncomfortable. But they also have wooden tables/chairs which I prefer and are really the better options for seating. This place is good for studying, catching up with friends, etc. Pretty chill vibe overall.

Stick with coffee. The food is weak. Breakfast bagel was missing bacon. Bagel very dry. Grilled cheese very dry and boring. Cinnamon bun dry and not much cinnamon whatsoever. Cheese biscuit also dry. Everything was very very bland. Banana bread was good however. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.

I didn't like anything about this place, not friendly, very cold and sour. I think the owners run this place and they don't seem very happy :( I've visited twice and I will not return, Tim Hortons is better and less expensive. Try being more nice and friendly to people :)

Cute little place, quiet to study at. Really kind and friendly staff, always feel taken care of and attended to quickly. As a barista, my standards for coffee are a little high, but this place has decent coffee, I'm in regularly. Perfect if you want a solid cup of coffee but aren't looking to be floored by it - nothing to scoff at but nothing to sing about. Haven't tried the food due to dietary reasons, but I have heard good things from friends who eat there.
