Just finished breakfast with my family. Service and staff was fast and friendly. Food was great. Good value with large portions! Kids breakfast was only $6.25! AND they have gluten free toast!! My hubby had the perogie breakfast and the farmer sausage was AMAZING! 10/10!!!

My daughter and I came here for breakfast. I had potato pancakes, they were delicious. My daughter had pancakes which she said were delicious. Would definitely dine here again.

The place was really relaxing. Getting a table was simple. We had to wait until the waitress cleaned the table first, we had to wear a mask inside only until you sit down. it was the first place I went into eat for awhile and we really liked it. They have a simple but full menu. We had a wonderful waitress. Mystquic ( not spelled right) was her name. Best service we have had since even before the virus started. Food was good. I would give it a 7 out of 10. I had mash potatoes and they were not real potatos, they were a box one and you could taste it. That was the only disappointing part. We didnt have any deserts, but they had a full counter filled with yummy looking goodies. We will come back again! It's in a great location as well, close to everything, right off the highway.

I ordered the Big Breakfast and it totally lived up to its name. The place was clean and the food was perfect! Grace was an awesome server!

Food was good, service was fantastic. They are short staffed, like most restaurants in this pandemic. However never did we feel a lack of attention. Our glasses were always full, the server would regularly come by to check in, and the food came out hot. Kudos to the server, she did a fantastic job running the room on her own and she had a smile on her face the entire time.

I placed order thru skip the dishes and 1 item was missing. That was a lemon pie. So I called the restaurant they refunded me and their manger by himself delivered 2 lemon pies to my door free of cost. I didn't not even ask them to refund and deliver the pie. Their food is so delicious. Staff is so polite. I would recommend try their food.

Service was great as always. Been here a few times and was always very happy with the food until our last visit. My friend and I each ordered the lunch special, Mushroom and Swiss Burger with Poutine. The burger was so greasy the bottom bun had soaked up the grease leaving the lettuce so wilted it looked like cooked spinach. The poutine looked great till we tasted it. Asked my friend if she tasted something wrong with the poutine and we both agreed it was the gravy. Only ate 1/4 of our poutine My sister ordered a cheeseburger and fries with gravy on the side. She said her burger was also greasy but the gravy was off. Thinking it was made out of a powdered mix or came from a can. Was expecting to at least get a discount…. But all we got was a sorry. Won’t be going back for a while. Want to support local businesses.. but this visit put a damper on our experience

Unfortunately both my husband and I could not finish our dinner as they tasted quite bad. We ordered the chicken and waffles/mushroom and spinach pasta. We wanted to support a local restaurant and get back to helping out the economy a bit after the Covid lockdowns, but were thoroughly disappointed. We frequent that area weekly to get groceries and unfortunately get grossed out just seeing the sign and thinking about the meals we had there. I feel kinda bad for the server as I know it wasn’t his fault, so we gave a decent tip. But basically spent $60 to feel disgusting.

Whether you have coffee or not with your breakfast the or breakfast the price is the same As I only had water so apparently they charge you for water In a glass

First time at R & R restaurant Regent. We had breakfast. It was very good. I commented on the bacon, and I was told they get theirs from Winkler Meats. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Coffee left in a carafe at the table along with a carafe of hot water for my tea. The service was great. The server was very friendly. It was a great experience , and we will be going back very soon. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

The breakfast special is quite an amazing deal as it includes a coffee. $7.75... in today's times saving where you can is quite important. The service is friendly and fast. I find this to be the case at either the Portage or Regent locations. Unfortunately, breakfast time is the only time I frequent RnR as I find the prices during any other part of the day a little on the high side, but it's sad to say it's expensive to eat out at any restaurant a person would frequent in Winnipeg these days...

Very disappointing! How it got 4/5 stars we have no idea. Prices too high for the quality of food, place smells like old grease and is dingy. Wanted to support local after pandemic but not worth it! No effort to enhance experience. One waffle was topped with syrupy strawberries for 2 dollars extra! Potato pancakes way too salty, one coffee and bill came to 30 dollars. Coffee lukewarm! Management Please do not respond with pat comment about giving you another try. Will not happen.

We ordered more than 5 dishes. None of the boxes were labeled so we had to figure out who ordered what. There was no cutleries included & we were missing some dishes. NEVER AGAIN

Very good breaky we got it through skip love tater tot for breaky nice portions my boyfriend got the pancakes they give u tons of topping for it the smoked farmer sausage was good and great bacon very good only problem is got Sunnyside eggs and when they go here for some reason they were flipped up side down and broken but other then take great breaky.

Go anywhere else. We went to RnR for the first time today and it was dismal. Service itself was fine, but the food was very slow to come out, and when it did......ugh. the mushrooms in my omlette were frozen and about a century old. The tomato slices were days old and liquified. My avocado was obviously not ripe, so they COOKED it to soften it up. My wife's grill cheese was fine, but her salad was old, wilted, and the strawberries were frozen from a bag, and just mush. Nobody bothered to ask how things were, so feedback is not something they seem to be looking for. We were being served by the "manager", so there's no excuse for such horrible food.

So this place is an R&R family restaurant now, and my girlfriend and I just stopped in because we wanted breakfast and waited for 10 minutes before no one came to the front to seat or help us. I called out hello only twice cause I didn't want to sound rude but still no one came, I could hear someone in the back doing dishes or something. Very displeased and probably won't come back

Went for the R&R poutine (battered, fried cheese curds). While the concept sounds amazing, the actual product was disappointing. I waited outside the restaurant for my curbside order, so I picked it up fresh out of the kitchen. Once I got home (5 minute drive) I noticed a lack of gravy sparsely drizzled. I expected to bite into a crunchy outside and ooey gooey center, but the outside was warm, and inside like warm and not at all stingy. The batter and gravy lack flavor to what could if been an amazing dish.

Bland, flavourless boomer chow. Had a regular old breakfast and that was so underwhelming I just cooked my own instead of finishing a breakfast so bland it can only be described as "beige"
