3 stars for service. Was excited to hear Panda Tea was opening up closer to the Maples but I’d have to say Pembina offers better service. Usually a hit or miss for me at the McPhillips location. Service is pretty slow for the amount of staff they have on the floor which is plenty. Wasn’t too happy when they ran out of bubbles and didn’t tell me while I placed my order. I would’ve ordered an alternative but instead got a bubbleless drink. Felt ripped off.

I usually get the regular milk tea. Consistently good bobas (best in the city), usually milk tea decent and not powdery (though they use powdered creamer afaik). The bobas here are made sweeter than other places, so you can get away with lower sugar levels, but I'd recommend a step up from 0% unless you don't like sweet things. Taro, coconut and strawberry slush is good as well. Panda has the most consistent regular milk tea and bobas in the city afaik. Pandemic pickups rn are unfriendly and sometimes inefficient, and the last milk tea I got was watered down tasting. :( Other places have orders out with the number written on them so no contact is required with the cashiere. Panda makes you wait and confirm your number to the cashier, who then hands you your drink. Chatime and other places were not doing this, was much more efficient and safe. Hopefully they change this.

Have had great bubble tea from this place, at a reasonable price. Also have had a couple terrible bubble teas. After I got home took a big sip and got a mouthful of undissolved powder and uncooked taro balls. Hit or miss. Would be 5 starts if consistency was on point.

Casher, who worked on may 18th around 8:45pm, was not friendly at all.. First, she was stacking cups while getting orders with mad atitude like she is having a bad day or something.. I was afraid to talk... Secondly, the customer couldn't see the 'sold out' sign and ordered that item and the cashier pointed the sign and yelled at the customer saying 'you see it's sold out!'. I was scared.. She had same atitude to all other customers include me... Last, it wasn't even busy..but my two drinks were already made and sitting on the counter for more than 10mins. She needs to be trained how to work in customer service or something.

This is my go to bubble tea place. The line is usually out the door but the service is always fast. Can get loud at some points but had comfy seating and up to date decor that makes this a great spot for dates. Large bubble tea are generously sized. Love how they have lots of options for customizing!!!

I've been going to Panda Tea for a long time since it was just the Pembina location open. I went there today and ordered 2 drinks with less ice, only to find on my way home that my drink was 60 to 75% full with ice. When I called I got a hold of the girl who I've seen a few times who has ZERO sense of customer service and is extremely rude to customers. i spoke to 1 other person and neither of the 2 decided to say sorry at all and instead said, thats how we make our drinks without even seeing how full it actually was with ice. If it had looked like i asked for regular ice I'd let it go but it looked like I asked for heavy ice with a sprinkle of milk tea? they asked for my drink back DURING this pandemic, I asked them if theyre sure they want my drink back as I had already drank it and there is covid going on, they let my friend place the already used cups and straw on their counter? I'm sorry but I dont think thats sanitary especially right now, I told them I will throw it out but they insisted in recieving the drinks back. The girl working had really bad customer service and I've seen her working their for awhile now and have no idea how she's lasted working their for a long time, i highly recommend the managing staff have a look into how their employees respond to customers. when I came up to the counter she did not greet me, only looked at me expecting to show her my number, gave me my order without saying thank you or have a goodnight... she should definitely reevaluate her actions or she will continue to drive customers away. when I explained the situation to my friends they knew exactly who I was talking about which says ALOT they simply had to apologize but instead they gave ALOT of attitude and they kept asking me to repeat myself when I'm sure they could clearly hear me. there is TONS of places to get milk tea. I highly recommend you skip the mcphillips location or prepare to be disappointed, recieve a wrong order or poor customer service.

I love the bubble teas from here, I’d say they have the best taro milk tea in town. It’s also difficult to find places that regularly offer the sago topping, I’m thankful this location does. The service is usually quick and friendly. The only thing is I wish they had some sort of a points or rewards system like other bubble tea places, but other than that I will continue to support this location.

We order from here once or twice a week. I usually get Oreo milk tea or green milk tea. I wish they had the musco milk in a large. Overall the quality is good and I like how they have displays to let you know that your order is ready instead of having to depend on a very soft spoken person to announce your order number.

They should really look in replacing the girl who works there at around 1:30pm. She is rude and consistently slow when making drinks, even when there aren’t many orders. She also called my number, then when she saw I was walking up, she stopped midway and put my drink on the back, then proceeded to take orders from other customers, even though my drink was already done. All while this was happening, 3 employees, a male and 2 females, were jusy chatting in te back. Total of 30 mins for 5 drinks. Unacceptable.

Went to their soft opening. I love their original location. This place is much bigger than the original location. However, the place still gets very busy. After ordering your drink a lot of people stand/form lines to get their drinks. To solve this more tables and seats in the seating areas would make this much better. Also, when picking up the drink you have to listen for your number, this can be hard when the place is packed and very loud. A TV screen with the order numbers would be perfect for this place. I tired the passion fruit tea, I could not taste the passion fruit at all. I found the tea was too strong and overpowered the flavor. This could be due to it being a soft opening and they haven't adjusted to making so many drinks at once. Will give this location another try.

This is the first and last time I’m visiting Panda Tea and will not suggest it to friends nor family, and won’t support any of their other locations because of my horrible experience. The girl was extremely rude when I asked for a tray for the drinks I had ordered. She displayed a big sigh and then slammed the tray on the counter. I thought she was having a bad day so I said have a good weekend, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Thank you for making my weekend horrible. The required 1 star will be for the decent drinks they offer.

Ordered a green bubble tea last night. Waited for a few minutes and was told that they ran out of green tea. I was rudely ask what would i want for replacement. Told the girl "anything without caffine". Gave me oolong black tea, didnt realize it until half way through the cup. Wide awake the whole night. Tired at work the next day. Not coming back.

This drink wasn't blended right. Huge ice chunks galore. Low GAF from the staff near closing. Aside from that, the area is spacious in comparison to the pembina location. Convinent for the northern dwellers. Main takeaway, near closing is when quality takes a serious drop off.

I always understand that they are busy because I work in a busy restaurant place as well but what I don’t understand is how poor their customer service is. Four girls were inside the booth and nobody even bothered to greet or even said hi/hello. No hate to this business because I love the drinks but just disappointed.

If you are the type who likes "Americanized bubble tea" that's just slush with a few bubbles, this is probably not the place for you. You can get that here, but their lack of flavor options, and them going way overboard with the bubbles to the point that it overpowers the whole drink, it's not really their forte. They also charge extra for the bubbles, which no other place does. So why 4 stars on such a negative sounding review? Because that's not their focus, they do really good quality on more traditional styles of Asian drinks, and three stars doesn't cut it for how good those are.

I had the worst experience here. Customer service was literally so rude. They claimed they were closed and yet people were still being served and my family and I stood there for 10-15 mins and no one told us they were closed. They just ignored us and told us that they were closed. They walked us out. My son literally said he just wanted a water because he was so thirsty and we couldn’t even get him that. I will probably never return and it’s a shame. This was our first visit to panda tea and my kids were looking forward to it. I’m just appalled by the way we were treated. Never again.

I've come to panda tea a hundred times and I'll go a thousand more. Panda tea by far, and I've tried maybe a dozen places around wpg, by faaaaar makes the best bubble tea. I've had their green tea milk tea, Oreo chip, taro, their fruit drinks and of course the gold standard milk tea. All of it is 10/10 Look at their menu, order what ever catches your eyes, and your gonna be in for a treat. This place is and always will be in my go-to destinations for a treat .
