I've been going to Panda Tea for a long time since it was just the Pembina location open. I went there today and ordered 2 drinks with less ice, only to find on my way home that my drink was 60 to 75% full with ice. When I called I got a hold of the girl who I've seen a few times who has ZERO sense of customer service and is extremely rude to customers. i spoke to 1 other person and neither of the 2 decided to say sorry at all and instead said, thats how we make our drinks without even seeing how full it actually was with ice. If it had looked like i asked for regular ice I'd let it go but it looked like I asked for heavy ice with a sprinkle of milk tea?
they asked for my drink back DURING this pandemic, I asked them if theyre sure they want my drink back as I had already drank it and there is covid going on, they let my friend place the already used cups and straw on their counter? I'm sorry but I dont think thats sanitary especially right now, I told them I will throw it out but they insisted in recieving the drinks back.
The girl working had really bad customer service and I've seen her working their for awhile now and have no idea how she's lasted working their for a long time, i highly recommend the managing staff have a look into how their employees respond to customers. when I came up to the counter she did not greet me, only looked at me expecting to show her my number, gave me my order without saying thank you or have a goodnight... she should definitely reevaluate her actions or she will continue to drive customers away. when I explained the situation to my friends they knew exactly who I was talking about which says ALOT
they simply had to apologize but instead they gave ALOT of attitude and they kept asking me to repeat myself when I'm sure they could clearly hear me. there is TONS of places to get milk tea. I highly recommend you skip the mcphillips location or prepare to be disappointed, recieve a wrong order or poor customer service.
