Cute coffee shop in South Osborne. The barista I was very nice and helpful. I ordered the bread but it was a little dry. Not like toasted drive but it felt more stale dry, like it had been left out. The butter was nice and helped infuse some moisture back into it. The lavender honey latte was very nice. I would return for that. I would like to go back and try more food items as I think they should be at a 5, but this one item ordered was on the disappointing side. For the price, not worth it. Parking is available in the back. It was kind of difficult getting out of when the lot is full and we had to avoid the trash cans

Great alternative to Starbucks if you don't like chain stores. Decent selection, but by no means extensive. Cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff, but it can get a bit noisy and busy on the weekends so not ideal if you're looking for a quiet place to chill. Nice place to take a short break, but not comfy enough seating to really hang out for longer ; most of the regulars seem to just pop in and out quickly by the look of it.

This coffee shop has been such a welcome addition to Osborne Village since it debuted. Instead of your usual Starbucks, Tim Hortons, or Second Cup you can get a cup of coffee from a local shop, and they do a much better job at it. I’d recommend the Americano here over anything else. Plus if they have any Oh Doughnuts in stock they are a must to start your morning. Don’t be afraid to try it out because you think it is more expensive, the quality is far above anything you’ll find at the other mentioned coffee shops and really it is not more than .40 cents more.

Little Sister Coffee always has great, friendly service, excellent flavourful & robust coffee, and great, chill environment for socializing or getting work done on your laptop/tablet. Seating is limited, and it can be a challenge to score an open table. In warm weather, there are chairs and tables on the sidewalk outside their front door. It's a friendly spot to spend time with friends or relax on your own. LOVE this place!

This place is definitely a go-to local coffee shop! It's such a nice and cozy little spot. It does have very limited seating, but if you get the chance to sit while you have your cup of coffee and croissant, it's a wonderful atmosphere. One criticism I would say is that the staff is alot less outgoing than other places I've been to in the city, but otherwise, the coffee is amazing.

Little sister is an amazing gem in Winnipeg. The staff and location are both AMAZING and I always enjoy the time I spend there. Oh, and the coffee is AMAZING as well! Obviously being a small cafe, seating is limited and can be (pre-covid) a little cramped. If you are looking for a comfy spot to catch up with friends or need a busy little shop to sit and write a few emails or reflect on life: highly recommend grabbing a latte and taking it all in.

Great location with good coffee. They have started using Dogwood coffee which is roasted in Winnipeg, although the parent company is in St. Paul, MN. One of the best things to get here is their ever-changing feature latte. Recently I had their honey-lavender latte and it was incredible! Generally, I am not a big fan of Dogwood coffee as I find it far to bright and acidic, but this latte was great. Little Sisters also sells some baked goods from another local bakery and some coffee gear for making your own brew at home! As mentioned by others, the place is quite small and seating is limited. The atmosphere is very bright and lively however.

This is my favourite café in Winnipeg! My boyfriend and I come pretty much every Sunday and have never had a bad experience. The drinks and baked goods are always of the best quality. Everyone is always so nice here. The cherry pie and lavender ice cream is a must.

Had soup of the day whoch was watery & lacking flavour and a slice of gingerbread cake which was on the dry side and nothing special about the flavour. The cappuccino was fine. The atmosphere & service were nothing special. I'm glad I gave it a try but not in any hurry to go back despite it being so close to home.

They make the BEST matcha latte in the city in my opinion (and I’m very particular about my matcha). I love the atmosphere and the baristas are always nice. I also love the chocolate chip cookies they sometimes carry! They must sell out fast because they’re so delicious!

Just stopped here for the first time to get a coffee and a latte. In the heart of Osborne village. Staff were great and very friendly. It is very clean looking inside and comfortable. They have great coffee, as well as beer on tap and done. I didn't have the food but it looked very yummy. They serve both sweet and savory foods. The pie looked so good! I will definately go back when I am back in Winnipeg.

A great cafe for QUALITY coffee & espresso. I ordered a Tonka bean latte, the barista told me it had 'notes of cherry, almond, and cinnamon'... at least I think that's what I was told. To my amazement, I could actually taste the cinnamon! IMO, this is an example of a skilled barista at work! I also purchased their Mixed Tape beans - wonderfully delicious!

I ordered the iced latte and my friend ordered the hot latte. We sipped our drinks outside on the very utilitarian cement pad (no table). We didn't care as we were happy to be outside. There are several coffee shops in my neighbourhood. This was the only one I hadn't visited but it was on my list. Upon my first sip, I noticed how real (and unique) the coffee tasted. "Real" doesn't do it justice, but it is the closest word to describe my reaction. I think they must take great care in choosing their coffee.

Beautiful interior, decent matcha and pastries, friendly staff. The filter coffee is often over-extracted and undrinkable though. It’s disappointing bc they feature some cool roasters. They’ve got good equipment, great grinders at least. They ground close to espresso grind when i asked for a bag to be ground for a Kalita for a dinner. I was embarrassed, but returned to pick up a new bag (which they were gracious about) but when i specifically asked for a medium-course grind, the barista did basically the same thing the first person had done. Not trying to be a jerk, it just felt like they didn’t take me seriously for whatever reason.

This is a nice place with great people. I've experienced helpful staff bring orders out to people on the sidewalk due to accessibility issues (not wheelchair accessible) which warms my heart. I wish there were more seats, but that's partly what makes this place so intimate.

Right when we came in, the workers greeted us with a smile! Such a cozy atmosphere and looks as if it came straight from the show ‘Bee and Puppycat’! The place is pretty popular so there are usually a lot people that chill here. There’s wi-fi and outlets on SOME of the seating areas. The drinks were so cute and tastes really good! Lots of plants, almost feels like chilling at a greenhouse cafe

Little Sister Coffee Maker is a fantastic third-wave coffee shop located in the lovely Osbourne neighborhood. Living in Minneapolis where third-wave coffee shops are abound, I was initially skeptical as to what Winnipeg what have to offer. Immediately upon entering, I fell in love. They have a lovely space with an exposed stone wall that balances the bright white subway tile throughout the long linear space. With Eames chairs, built in benches, and Blu Dot bar stools - Little Sister has what I could easily argue the best coffee shop vibe I've seen. They have a serious coffee program with a brand new La Marzocco espresso machine and knowledgeable baristas. When I visited they were using 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters and offered both Fetco-brewed and pour-over brewed coffee. Their coffee program is complemented by phenomenal pastries. I always remain dubious of chocolate almond pastries because most times bakers skimp out on adding enough chocolate to make the pastry enjoyable. Having said that, Little Sister served the best chocolate almond pastry I've had. With plenty of butter, the pastry was crisp and flaky with plenty of chocolate inside. The pastry paired well with the coffee I had. If I wasn't crunched for time, I would have stayed longer. I know that this undoubtedly would be a regular spot for me if I lived in Winnipeg and I can't wait to get back soon, visit Little Sister again, and other third-wave coffee shops throughout the city.

They have great coffee, as well as beer on tap and done. I didn't have the food but it looked very yummy. They serve both sweet and savory foods. The pie looked so good! I will definately go back when I am back in Winnipeg.
