Always a great experience at Colosimo! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their profession - great conversations every time we stop in. Coffee is hands down the best in the city! Great selection of direct trade coffee, delicious sandwiches and snacks, and you're supporting local! Highly recommend :)

*** MUST DRINK - BEST COFFEE IN WPG *** if you're a coffee connoisseur - this is the place for you! Strong bean flavor, rich & powerful kick! PROS • newest cafe in the st Boniface area! • this locations atmosphere is creative, lots of local art paintings on the wall, music playing is always jazz & definitely a great place to study at! • I had a pumpkin spice latte & the cortada from here and all I can I say is wow! CONS • parking will always be an issue around this area - you'll be parking on the main street or side streets. Will be coming here again to try the rest of the menu!

A MUST for coffer lovers. The level of thoughtfulness put into their coffee is inspiring. Talked to the owner for a while (Great Guy!) and felt his passion for delivering top quality coffee at very affordable prices. Each coffee we tried was unique, smooth as silk, full flavored and very easy on the palette, no strong lingering aftertaste. Check out their KETO snack options too!

If you like rich, flavorful coffee this is the place to go! Nice local shop that is always consistent. Staff are pleasant and courteous. The location on Provencher is super cozy! Their specialty coffees are very nice, and not overly sweet; it's always a coffee first. Their Pumpkin Spice Late is great, and the Cinnamon Roll Late is a nice rich cinnamon sugar taste. I will be a repeat customer!

Iced latte. It has a rich, strong flavour. I expected a refreshing drink. It does so, however, the roast reminds you that it is a coffee based drink first, refreshment second. Strong and bold, compared to the rest in the city.

Classic coffee shop with mainly espresso drinks. Great service. Roasts are also delicious. Recently tried the Quattro, a smooth dark roast, low acid. Definitely one of my favorite dark roasts in the city.

I should have reviewed this roastery (real word?) months ago! I am highly recommending their coffee subscription. I get a different large bag of beans every month, deliverer right to my door. The beans are always so impressive in diversity in taste and flavour notes. I thought I had a strict bold preference, but have learned that I also adore a lighter roast, and that it can also pack a nice flavour punch. THANK YOU, Colosimo.
