Dinner
Love me some chips and guac from here !
Good service, and awesome food. Lindsay is running a good show over there!
Great burrito spot! So tasty!
Meal type
Fresh great food local vibe combined with chain and excellent food
Fresh and fast. Go for the "Big A$$"
Friendly stuff great experience
Just another chain, gimmick. Save your hunger from this place
Very good food, loved the grilled chicken. The add-in ingredients were fresh. My husbands burrito was huge ‘bab’ lived up to its name lol. I would put 4.5 star, half a star away just because I thought all burrito places have ground beef so both my husband and I were a bit surprised there was no ground beef here. The tortilla chips were a bit over cooked kind of had a burnt smell. The server was very friendly and nice. Would return here again if ever in Kenora.
Good service, tasty food.
Mmmmmmmm burritos!! Fast and friendly service and fresh ingredients
Best place to eat Mexican food 10$ a plate but a nice filled plate wonderful young man starting out did a great job and the one training him did a great job and they have great personalities for the job setting they're in.10/10 recommend
Was ok
Pretty disappointed been there twice in 24 hours. First time waited for 13 minutes. Nobody served us, that was last night. Then when in today and was told no Spicy chicken. Pretty sad for a new restaurant...again was told no spicy chicken, thanks but certainly was no confusion
Horrible service and the food was tasteless.
Probably not even half the portion of any Chipotle, don’t know where these high reviews are coming from. Ordered a large burrito bowl, and the lady barely put any ingredients past the lip of the bowl. The extra $1 for guac looked like a teaspoon at best. A 5 year old would have still been hungry after that joke of a bowl.
Thank you very much for the terrific service given on Friday. I walked into Quesada for the first time, didn't know the menu or what to order and my glasses were so fogged up initially that I couldn't read the overhead menu signs. I had come in right after a food delivery driver whose order still required completion, and so I waited still trying to figure out what I might order. After a minute or two, other people started to come in including some patrons who correctly approached the section of window clearly marked 'Order Here' and engaged in greetings with the sole employee behind the counter. Oops. My bad. As more people filtered in, my thoughts turned to leaving and walking out, expecting that receiving the food would certainly a while since I wasn't even positioned in the now-forming line (I had walked in and stopped just ahead of where the driver waited so I could browse the menu, yet then determined it'd be handier for me to peruse the menu using my phone). In no time at all however, the employee used great customer service to survey the situation, and suddenly I was getting the most polite assistance I've had in a long time. And it certainly isn't hard to appreciate that with each ordered item requiring custom preparation, it can be very time consuming. Especially with the pandemic, on-line orders, and the various other challenges that businesses currently face. I love Mexican food and I'll be returning to sample more from your place for sure
Really good. Set up like subway where you get to make a lot of choices to customize your meal. Staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Food is good.
Very good burritos, the only thing I could hope for would be some local fare included in the menu. Fresh walleye tacos anyone?
Great fresh food and friendly quick service
Fantastic, great service.
Great fresh food, friendly staff, and an amazing place to work
Taco's an lime drink were perfect and delicious, an good service with a nice view of main Street.
Service
Cold ingredients for burrito
Was delicious. Clean place. Excellent service
Quesada, a little bit of home come to Kenora for me and a new experience for Kenora in general. My first time in line was the first week it opened. Did I wait a while? Yep. I expected to too. Why? Simply that it seemed all of Kenora wanted a taste and had know idea how a Quesada worked. No worries though. The new, mostly young staff knew the menu and took the time to help customers pick out the type of burrito, taco or quesadilla and guide them in topping and salsa choices. I however am not a newbie, when I placed my order the staff were supper friendly and managed my order property. There was a slight delay however. Seeing the Drunken Chicken was a new menu item I hadn't tried, I requested that as my meat of choice. So had alot of other people, a quick run to the kitchen was in order and in no time I was telling someone how much Salsa Roja I wanted. A fun fact that I didn't know until the Kenora Quesada was opened it that that Salsa Roja and Drunken Chicken are not packaged up and shipped here. Nope, they have ingredients sent here (some of them hard to come by) and each menu item is prepared in our Kenora Quesada location. With pretty great consistency too. While in line I had time to notice the Quesada App. Which I downloaded and had ready to go when I went to check out. That right, a lovely rewards program for the lovely burrito addicts like myself. It also comes with pre-order option. Add a gift card or credit card, place your order before your lunch break and you can walk in and out in no time. Did I mention the burrito addict thing? It's now been over a month since Quesada opened here and every time I go the service and wait time gets better. The side door accessibility to those with limited mobility. And did I mention they have beer? I seriously love this place, home away from home. You got this Quesada!
Absolutely great service. Quickly and effectively dealt with an entire soccer team (17 guys) over lunch. Food tasted dynamite as well.
love the thin grilled wraps. nice soft and crisp. variety of fillings, condiments and sauces. muy rico!! we shall return.
A tasty fresh quesadilla that just hit the spot with some green salsa and sour cream. Lots of veg/vegan options (can make anything bean/roasted veg). Had iced coffee and churros, both reasonable for cost and type of restaurant. Lives in the space between fast food and the uber-healthy-buddha-bowl-type places. Also $5 kids meals that incl juice and ice cream. Staff were very friendly too!
Great price, and do these people know how to roll a really full burrito! Yum
Great staff and great food. The burrito was amazing.
Have never been to a Quesada before. The selection of items to add to a burrito or quesadilla is extensive. Everything was fresh and the burrito was a a good size.
Had a Pork quesadilla. Hot and generous served with salsa and sour cream. I enjoyed it. Clean and bright, a fast food restaurant setting.
First and last time. Guy serving the food was nice and helpful but the food was tasteless and I could probably chew through my shoe faster than the stuff called “meat” in my burrito. Just threw it out before I threw it up. Not the stores fault, they are given what they are told to serve.
Great service and great food
I've eaten there twice now. The food was very good. I am a picky eater, so I like that you can pick your own fillings. The hot sauce is hot, and the spicy chicken is spicy. Mmmm
Great food great price. Best place to get quick healthy food in Kenora.
That worker chris is the best hes friendly and is very good at his job
2 stars. Will go 5 when place get ground beef.
The food is good pricing is fare and staff is fun
AVOID AT ALL COSTS (-5 stars) Detailed review below. Address wrong online, service was slow even though we were the only people in the restaurant. TINY portion sizes for the price. Extra dollar for guacamole, but only got a tiny smear on a large Burrito. No wonder Mucho Burrito and the rest of the competition are dominating. My wife ate her cold Veggie Burrito, because she doesn't mind cold food. Update -- Requested a refund because the meat was cold. I requested a refund for the chips and guacamole as well, and the owner (Lindsay) said there was nothing wrong with it. I explained I was ain't dissapointed with my experience, to which she said she was sorry but it wasn't her problem. I asked for her name and employee number and said I would email head office. She said go ahead because emails go straight to her and she wouldn't do anything about it. I asked if she spelled it "Lindsey" or "Lindsay" and she said it didn't matter. As the owner of a Franchise, this was the worst service I ever received. I would suggest she try her luck at a business not requiring interaction with the public. She was rude, condescending, all in all a terrible experience. And if you read my other reviews, you will see that I am very easy to please. Oh and after all that, she refused to refund me for the chips & guacamole and the drink. Which I told her I didn't want because my experience had been ruined by the cold food. She once again said, that wasn't her problem. RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY BELOW Lindsey --thank you for finally sharing the spelling of your name-- your response is simply too little too late. I understand I'm a "big guy" and my appearance can be a little intimidating. I will assume you felt "unsafe" because of your prejudices and not because of the way I look? Otherwise you're just digging yourself deeper. I clearly and politely explained I was disappointed with my experience and the food and because the burrito was terrible, I had no desire to eat the chips and guacamole. I never swore or raised my voice, because again, I am aware that my muscular appearance can be a bit intimidating. You were rude. Plain and simple. You are sorry now, because I made it your problem, even though you stated twice that my poor experience was not your problem. I'm a fair person. I didn't ask for a refund for my wife's burrito. You could have avoided all of this by simply refunding the food I did not eat. May I suggest some more training on customer interactions? Hopefully QUESADA can provide that for you. I took the liberty of correctiong your address, as it leads people to Main Street North, not South. You're welcome.
Chili lime fish taco salad was pretty fresh. I definitely recommend the habenero mayo or the cilantro mayo. Quick and good lunch meal when you're in a rush.
BAD! Went to Kenora location (2nd week open) and got something that I am sure I took off my auto.. some rubber thing. They called it a burrito. Like you open up, and you have two trainee's on the line that can barely rub there $@%. One starts the burrito.. steaming it .. putting rice on it.. then it sits there.. and sits there on the counter for 8 to 10 minutes while the chicken is cooking. And apparently ONLY the person doing the cashiering could take the chicken out of the oven... so then ahh chicken! lettace and toms.. then the second dude can not fold it.. why is that? No Training! It was cold and yucky... by the time got it home. But the Dog liked it I think.
Whenever we go through Kenora we always stop here for lunch or dinner. One of the best burritos I've had
Good please and nice
Nice alternative to the usual. Good promo for the week of Cinco de Mayo.
Experience was good and meal was worth the price. That being said i do recommend they change the name of their burrito size called big ass, not very family friendly with 6 year olds and such.
Take out
Great burrito Friendly staff Awesome service
First time at Quesada Burritos and Tacos tonight (Sunday). The restaurant was not just very clean but immaculate. Never been in a cleaner fast food restaurant before. Next...the young man behind the counter was excellent. He took time to describe everything noting which meats and sauces were spicy and which were better than others. We had regular sized burrito bowls and he packed them full of great food. I was a piggy and should have had more lettuce to break up my very dense but tasty burrito bowl. A very nice experience. And we drove down to the waterfront next door and parked to eat and watch the sun set.
Consistently delicious. Love being able to preorder with the app!
Great place and fast
Great service and the food was very good!
Its good.
Love their burritos. Excellent quick dirty. Fresh toppings and a reasonable price
Very good quesadilla
Friendly staff, tasty steak burrito. Fast service. I wish we had one in my home town.
Awesome food
Great food
(Translated) Delicious and very clean restaurant (Original) Délicieux et restaurant très propre
Good food!
Service
In person is great! Ordering online is absolutely horrible! I ordered one order for 5 people that took 1 hour to make. Like 15 people came in and ordered while they were making mine. So what's the point of ordering online then. Next time I'll just make all 5 orders. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
Good service, good food
Delicious!!!!!!!!
Very good burritos... can't believe how they can wrap all that deliciousness into a burrito. Lots of great fresh options at no charge (pickled onions, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, etc.)
Great food
I wish I could live at this place, amazing!!!!
They burnt the rice(it was crunchy), if you can't make rice im not sure what else to say. Could use some work on the flavors and the order that the toppings go in the bowl.
Good Food courteous service
Excellent food, no complaints!!
Tried their burritos, very simple and basic, yet full of flavor
We were super excited to try this place, but left wanting more. I ordered the flame grilled chicken burrito combo for just under $15.00 (guac is extra and there’s an upcharge for the churro’s). It was under seasoned and overpriced. The churro’s left a lot to be desired. Cold and hard. I also noticed non-patrons using the back entrance for the washrooms. The owner may want to consider installing the barrier free door opener at the main entrance instead, and a panic bar at the back, so people can get out, but can’t get in. It’s also a safety issue for staff coming out of the kitchen.
Good food but there was one case where I had the squirts after. Good food overall
Love this place. Great food and staff!
Great good and customer service
Awesome staff! Great fresh food
I gotta give props to the gentlemen working the store all by himself he got hit with a 10 person rush all while prepping and filling the counters He was extremely calm and friendly and the food was amazing I paid under 20 bucks for a burrito that was the size of my sons head Great food great place great environment
Great staff, very friendly. Quick and efficient!
Delicious, fresh, healthy and affordable with the option of a beer or cider if you like. That is tough to beat!
I love their food exept now that the quesada apps been updated it doesn't work on my phone anymore and I had a lot of points too.
I enjoyed the burrito very much, definitely coming back when in the town.
The app helps with accessibility! Went out on the ice road and for a walk on Coney; after I was craving a Quesada fix but didn't have my wallet on me. I was able to use my app with pre-loaded money to purchase my burrito with ease!
Good burritos, lots of toppings, decent service. Whatever happened to service with a smile though?
Enjoyed their delicious Drunken Chicken Burrito. Chips. Gaucamole.
Great food, good service, but very slow.
when we ordered they did not have much stuff prepared and what was prepared was uncovered and had flies crawling on it . my wife and I walked out. we will never go back there again if we are in Kenora.
The young girl at the front tonight was so polite and helpful. Well done
Food is always great here. Can't go wrong with a huge a** burrito (literally the name of the largest size they have for tortilla). One is enough to split between two ppl haha
Was not going to sell me a Kids Meal because the kids weren't present.
As a new restaurant in Kenora I had to give this place a shot. This is a fast food Mexican restaurant. But think more like subway then mcdonolds. You pick what kind of meal your want and then add veggies sauces and other fixings. Try a burrito or a quesadilla or tocos anda couple other options. I was given a chance to sample anything, and every different kind of neat is delicious. They include spicy chicken, pork, steak, grilled chicken and even chili lime fish. Each has way more flavor then you will ever find in a taco bell. Because of the fact that it is build your own style you can make something that is very spicy and intense or fairly Mild depending on your preferences. They have a lot of choices and options. I have to say this is a new favorite hope more open in the area.
My first visit...probably my last! Had 1 spicy chicken hard shell taco. Was not flavorful at all. Taco from a box wouldve been better. Had a little bit of spice. I had the mild salsa since I thot it would be spicy but i couldve got spicier sauce. Mainly tasted the rice. The churro was yummy! So much sugar. Will not be consuming anymore sugar today. I got a large chips and guacamole to go so I hope that's better than my taco.
Delightful. Try to beat the time to eat their biggest burrito! Fun stuff
Cheat day on diet, fresh food fast
great food
I stopped in on my way to Winnipeg! The service was fast and great. The food was really good.
Not much to say as it was closed. Google profile needs updating.
The burrito I had was very filling, but over all it was very messy to eat. A good place for lunch or dinner. This place doesn't have ground beef to put in the burritos though.
