My husband and myself came here a few days ago while the kids were visiting grandma and we surely weren't disappointed. He had ribs, I had the 12oz NY steak. I asked for my steak medium rare and for the love of all things tasty, it was actually cooked to perfection. I'm a chef myself, so when I chose to dine out I expect and hope for a great dining experience that surmounts or lives up to my standards. They definitely did. And we will definitely be going back. Sure, it was a tad pricey but given the service was excellent and so was our food, it really was the least of our concerns.

Went three times to North Bay Boston Pizza (thought maybe third times a charm...not so much!) and every single time the food was undercooked and disgusting! I would not even let my animal eat this horrible food! The service was terrible as well! To make a review I had to give it at least one star, but if I could've, I wouldn't have given it any stars!

I’ve always loved Boston Pizza. I just can’t get enough of their spicy perogy pizza. I’ve tried many other dishes though and I have yet to have something I didn’t find super tasty (wings, chorizo bacon Mac and cheese, pizza poutine, cactus cut potatoes, etc.). I also left my gift card there by accident and I really appreciated when the manager called me to let me know and make sure I got it back. :)

3 separate entrees, all looked appealing and everyone was really impressed. The vegetarian Mediterranean Pasta had lots of roasted peppers artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes; the beef dip sandwich was apparently great as was the chicken pasta. Tuesdays $12 instead of $17-$19 for their regular and baked pasta. Pizza is always good but pay a premium ( not for little kids birthdays unless you can afford season tickets to a pro sports team :)

Highly recommending this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and this restaurant is kids friendly as well. The food is amazing; we ordered chicken sandwich. The chicken was very tender. We also ordered pizza and it was very delicious. If you’re in Kenora, this is definitely a go to restaurant.

Pizza was actually very dry and over cooked. I should have complain to the manager at the restaurant during valentine's evening but I didn't. I orded a glass of white wine and it cost 16.95 dollar per class. Unreal cost!!! I just wanted to enjoy my evening with a friend and not complain. Not sure if I will ever come back to this restaurant again and have a meal. :( ???? horrible!!!!!

They were overcooked and cold as well as the discount was not on the bill. 75.00 for late, cold and overcooked pizza. Not gonna do that again. 18% tip included on the 75.00. I'm in town for work and I ordered from this Boston Pizza within 35 minutes of closing. Most places throw together a half effort dish that close to closing up. Not here! My food was delivered hot and delicious. The driver was delightful. The debit machine wasn't working so she left the food with me at the hotel and went back to get a new debit and returned shortly after. Very good service, very good food. I will definitely order when I'm back in town next. Keep it up.

Gross Lack of Service: With everything going on due to COVID, my father and I were completely okay with an hour wait time for it to be delievered. We ordered a single, large pizza on a Sunday night and the order arrived 35 minutes later than the expected one hour wait and arrived cold. We tried phoning the establishment back, but it was closed. After phoning the manager the next day, it took being on hold for 15 minutes to finally talk to him. The manager was blunt, offered us a free large pizza and then hung up on my dad. So the next day we call to collect our pizza and were told that we were given a free medium pizza coupon. Even in the current environment, we felt cheated on paying 30$ for a cold pizza and were lied to about the manager’s reimbursement for it.

We go in to watch the game, it takes 30 minutes to get a first round, the second round takes about another 40 minutes, then when the second round comes which is (1 shot, and two margaritas). They make excuses about it being busy, when other tables that just walk in got served before us. Never coming back here again.

My husband and I went in for a date night, had the cheese ravioli, pizza, tai chicken, fish tacos, the chocolate explosion cake, and the strawberry peach dessert. We loved the food it was great! The only suggestion would be that the peach strawberry dessert said it came with fresh cut strawberries and peaches, the manager made our dessert but forgot them, when the server went back the manager gave him canned peaches and says they couldn't find strawberries. Also the tai chicken says it comes on a bed of fresh lettuce but it came with some hard noodles, shaved carrot and green onions. The food was awesome though and honestly the best part (aside from my amazing chocolate cake) was our amazing service, never had such a great, attentive, friendly server before! So thank you Shawn from Boston Pizza in north bay for making our date night even better!

52 min wait for FIRST food. Boxed up last meal because everyone else was finished before it came. Got our own menues. Wrong fries. Cold burger. Only got response when we got up and went to them. It's always a great experience. I ordered one of my favorites the shrimp spaghetti, but about 5 min later they said they didn't have the ingredients to make it and apologized. The waitress asked me if i wanted anything else so I picked something else. I got my food and she apologized again and took she took the meal off the bill. Was not impressed today. I had a deluxe pizza. The crust was a bit cardboard like and tasteless. The toppings were good however. The waitress was not attentive and didn't seem too happy to be there. And the place was not very busy. The prices were very high for the food and service that we received. I've come to expect better from Boston Pizza from past experiences. Hoping this is not the new standard.

Apparently from what our waiter told us they are under new ownership after this being said I had begun to dive into my spaghetti with meatballs which I was enjoying until about 10 bites in when I spotted a large clump of long black hair strands in my spool of spaghetti and cheese me being a blonde was convinced this was not my doing and the manager was kind enough to make me a new plate of food and take the meal off of our bill but its safe to say I threw out that new serving of food and I will not be returning.

Was kind of shocked at the last meal we had here… the amount of cheese was about half that of the amount that is usually given. It really felt like they were rationing the cheese. Protecting that bottom line maybe? Overall it didn’t really seem like a pizza because the cheese was sparse. We tried to order a delivery. We live in Ontario and are long distance truck drivers. We were parked at the Canadian Tire. They wouldn't deliver to us because we were in a truck. Well unfortunately we have a hard time saying something good here. The last 2 times we have seen stuff on the floor like food or napkins and the staff won't bend to pick it up. Its insane. They just walk by it so the floors are basically dirty all the time. I think they only clean it at the end of shift. I have never seen that anywhere else. The food was ok but we won't be back . We didn't like what we saw.

Extremely bad customer service especially during nights. The night supervisor male with glasses is the most rudest person I’ve seen! My kids accidentally slipped a glass of pop and he didn’t even care when he saw. My son went up to him he never gave napkins. He said if this happens you can leave I’m not going to clean your mess the whole night and tomd me if anything happens again he’ll ask to leave and food will be canceled. WOW!!!!! Who treats kids and customers this way! Especially when it’s 10pm! My whole family and friends were starving till 12am!It was my birthday we had 5 other guests with us. Who treats kids like this? Terrible just disgusting! He should be suspended. I will never refer this place.

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday evening (9 Sept) as we were passing through town. We ordered wings and a couple of entrees. The wings were good. We waited a long time for our entrees and when they came, my side order wasn't ready. My burger was missing ingredients and the bun was so stale it was hard to bite through. I waited for our waiter to return to let him know. We didn't see him for at least 5 minutes so we asked another waitress to find him for us. He still didn't come. We asked the same waitress if we could speak to a manager. Another 5 mins passes, no manager. Finally our waiter returns with my side and a to go container....... he must have figured it had been a while. We paid full price for the wings and my wife's order and left. I do not recommend this BPs.

We were in town for a few nights camping at Anishnaabee campgrounds. Decided to go for a late night dinner around 10pm. We were super excited as we love boston pizza. We were seated by a woman. She asked us what we would like to drink, i asked for a water with lemon and my partner asked for a coffee. She then turned around and said "oh i dont have any coffee made" we said "ok". Then she said "no point making a full pot because you arent going to drink it to yourself". We couldnt believe her response. I would understand if you were out of coffee but that wasnt the case. At that point we were ready to walk out but we were starving. Then, i ordered the perogy pizza and she said oh no we have no bacon for the pizza. She didnt even offer me an alternative, i suggested if we can put beef instead and she had to think about it. After all that being said we were so dissatisfied and appalled. Never will return to boston pizza in Kenora, which is unfortunate.

Fantastic!!!!....something is going on here...new cooks??....new menu??.. the food was exceptional!!!....and our server Parker!!!!....Wow!!!...this young man is management material...such a personable young man....our whole meal our conversation was about him...his beaming personality....his humour....his attentiveness....few people these days leave an impact on you...this young man did....and we called him back over to our table before we left to acknowledge that to him....shared that his mom and grandmother raised him and I said " and they did a phenomenal job...you are an impressive young man"......so if you have a chance go to this Boston Pizza...food was incredible and maybe you will have the opportunity to meet this young man as well????

Always a good time, but starting to get a little pricey. They used to have a beer and wings deal that was amazing. My friends and I would go there often for the deal and just chat the night away. Still, the staff are friendly and the place is always clean. Excellent food too ;)

My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Pecan Salad for lunch today and shockingly they messed up the order like time and time again. You had 1 job, put the chicken on the pre made salad. The Boston Pizza in Kenora was the worst Boston Pizza I have ever been to. The service was very slow, the beer was warm and the order was incorrect. I did mention to the server that my beer was warm and she brought another one which was also warm. One of the members of our group asked for no onions and they put onions on her wrap. And the worst part was there was a mouse the ran across the floor halfway through our meal. We were there for a 50th birthday and the server said that they wouldn't do anything for us. Very disappointing.

Oh my gosh, we had our best eating experiences at this BP this summer! First, we went with a big party and everyone got their food and my husband and I had to wait 5 or more extra minutes. So, they gave the entrees to us for free! Compare this to Lake of the Woods Brewery where we waited almost an hour for 2 plates of routine at 230 pm. I went on my own to BP a second time at a busy time and had to wait 15 minutes for a drink as they were super busy at the bar and again they gave it to me for free. Love their service, I will be back!

My daughter and I are holding BP Celebrity Server night and I'm very impressed with how easy it is to put one together. We are holding one for the Let's Remember Adam STOP for the school BUS campaign, get a minimum of 10 reservations and 10% of all food sales from 5:00pm-8:00pm are donated to the charity of your choice! So easy and exciting! Party at any BP location!!!!!

My brother came by last week to order the new most valuable burger to go during lunch time with a gift card he got from Christmas. He had an okay visit up until on his way out, he took a bite out of his burger to find a sandwich skewer sitting inbetween the burger patty and lettuce. The manager on at the time showed 0 professionalism in dealing with the situation by speaking in a manner that downplayed the event as not being serious. Does a choking 18 year old not matter to Boston Pizza? Should we have $5 set aside for tips when we eat here, so that we don't find wooden, sharp, sticks in our food? I would stay as far away from this "restaurant" as humanly possible.

First off food, drinks, and variety are all good if you're looking for a good place to eat this could be your restaurant but if you're looking for a sports bar look else where. This is my third time coming for a sporting event. First time for world cup and it was OK except the 4 main TVs over the bar all have banners blocking parts of the view. The second time was for the NHL draft which they refused to put sound on for because they had other customers ( 6 of them ) that MIGHT not want to hear that so they play music instead... Its a sports bar and they chose music over sports? The third time we went for the world cup again and had to remind them that it was even on, then they spent forever finding the game and put the SD channel on when the HD version was one down. Left sound off for about 5 mins until someone asked.. Its really not that bad but there sports bar doesn't seem to really feel like a sports bar at heart. Its a good quick fix but there is better out there.

Have visited here three times and had awful service each time. Servers took a long time to bring out drinks, condiments, napkins and acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for things. On my last visit, the server never asked once how the food was. She came by our table only to get our order, give us our food, and give us our bill. Won't return back.

I will start by saying the food was really good and so was the service. Very prompt and correct in our order. No complaints there. Was not impressed with how loud the music was. We sat on the bar side and expected the music to be a little loud but not so loud you could not hold a conversation. We asked 3 times for them to turn it down. Our waitress did so but someone else would come and turn it even louder than before. Not impressed. We left without finishing out meals and took it home instead.

Kenora location is typical of the BP franchise. Service was good and the place was clean. Menu was standard and the food was prepared quickly and was tasty. Parking is out front on the street and is limited but so far never not found a spot. Restaurant location is close to the Kenora waterfront so really nice for a stroll after dinner along the docks.

We placed an order for delivery. I ordered Chicken Fingers & Cesar Salad they forgot to give me any dressing and the chicken fingers were not crispy at all they were soft and soggy. My husband had fries and they were also soft and soggy. The lady who delivered called me to tell me that she "could not find it on GPS" (which is impossible) then she drives right past 3 times before she found it (it's not that hard if you follow the instructions)
