Not far from where I work, I head there maybe once a week for a quick lunch. Staff is always incredibly friendly, and the food is great and very reasonably priced. Just came back with a chicken panini and bacon+potato soup, both of which are awesome.

Since the new ownership, I'm loving this place even more! An amazing selection of bubble teas, beautiful decor, friendly staff, and the most exquisite and truly artistic desserts in the downtown core. A lot of the fare is authentic Chinese, but there are also wraps and delicious breakfast croissants and other items to suit every taste.

Had a Canadiano coffee, wasn't anything to brag about. Wanted to order a espresso cocktail but they didn't serve them.(menu still in plain site). Prices are ok and location is good. Outdoor table was wobbly. Didn't have coffee mugs, just to-go cups.

One of my relatives really enjoys this place, and we have bought over $2,000 of gift cards here. Never once have they offered even one free coffee in return for our business. Not very friendly, and can barely mutter a thank you. Wish he didn't like it here so we could support better customer service, and nicer people.

I hold my monthly Student Cafe performance at O-Lake. The staff is so accommodating and set up the space so everyone can view the performers. Many people come early and eat dinner there before the show. Great food and drinks and super friendly staff! A wonderful business run by very nice people!! Highly recommended :)

Restaurant has a racial slur in one of their menu item names. "G*psy King". I addressed this with staff when visiting, and it has not changed. I will not be supporting a business which uses racial slurs as marketing with 0 accountability. Ignorantly using this word is already bad enough, but continuing to use it after addressing the implications of the word & knowing that it is harmful is much worse. Do better.

The girls behind the counter moved slower than molasses in January. There were no other people ahead of us. It took over 25 min to get two sandwiches and a smoothie. We had to remind them of what was needed to finish the order. My sandwich was gross. Avoid this place.

I saw many good reviews so I decided to visit them. what a disappointment. over priced, desserts are not fresh, and not much to choose. at least it was when I visited them. #2 thanks for your response. cakes look amazing and fresh but my cinnamon bun was so hard and dry. I liked custard tarts tho.
