Pretty disappointed. Bought two croissants and two cinnamon buns and they were all rock hard and stale. Definitely not fresh from the day. This is really too bad as I like to support small businesses, and for the price per item, this is not acceptable.

I stopped by Cafe XI yesterday and met Jessica & Isabelle. What such sweet people. I had the breakfast wrap and oh my! That was amazing, I could tell it was made with love using quality ingredients. Good job ladies! I will be back again ????

amazingggggg fatty coffee and sweet latte. this is the joint you wanna attend if you want great coffee and an amazing atmosphere. they have amazing breakfast wraps and sandwiches as well as sweet treats to go alongside their well crafted drinks.

Unfortunate experience at this cafe. Staff made us feel as if our presence was a burden. I understand not using syrups to not mask the flavour of the espresso, yet when I asked for a latte I was given a cappuccino. I feel as if this level of pretension needs to be equaled with an elite level of skill, which was not present.

Complete turnaround of the esters place it was a few weeks ago. After speaking with the staff it is under new ownership. Very good selection of treats and sandwiches. Dad and I each had a coffee, shared a treat and a sandwich each for $25. Nice ambience. Nice staff. I can actually tell that it is open now. Great job ! Will be a regular now.

Wife and I very much enjoyed their Oatmilk Cappuccino! Great breakfast wraps as well. Not to mention the owners(and their parents) are wonderful people. Fully support families opening new businesses in these times. Been twice in less than 24 hours and will return many times more this summer :)
