Terrible rude service over the phone when I called today for an order... I called around 2:11pm on October 19th and was treated Terrible! When I asked about prices she said I don't no, when I asked about sizes she guessed and gave me the wrong price as the website prices were different and proceeded to hangup on me! She was very rude! Wow... was looking to purchase $100 worth of coffee beans and never even had the chance... Don't answer the phone if you can't use common decency towards paying customers!

Coffee is delicious, smooth roasted and just as amazing when they branded as Canoe. Zucchini-chocolate muffin was fresh and equally delicious. COVID-19 protocol is not enforced at all. Employees all wear face masks, often disinfect touch surfaces and points however the signage to wear a face mask and use the front door liquid sanitizer is not upheld whatsoever and several customers (15 in 30 mins) all walked in during my 1 hour visit with no masks and were not asked by employees to uphold the signage mask at the front door. The place was at full capacity by 11:15am and I chose to leave due to no accountability of pandemic protocols of customer masks to be on when ordering at the front.

When we said no, they proceeded to tell us this place is vegan, vegetarian and gluten free friendly. Better than your average cafe, worth finding! What really makes them stand out is not their ultra trendy atmosphere, or the garage bay doors on two sides of their flat with minimalist decor. It's their attention to providing an exceptional experience that starts with the beans and teas. This is exemplified with flying colours by the fact that their roaster sits as a show piece in their cafe with ample bar seating to watch them as the magic happens. You even get a strong sense of their roots as a mom & pop startup when you pull up by their canoe trailer parked outside the front door. They've earned the spot as one of Kelowna's must visit cafes in my books. Great trendy hipster atmosphere, good coffee & tea options, and professional barista on staff.

The coffee is excellent and even though we had a newbie preparing it, he was well trained and except for not informing us that it was ready, he did a good job. The atmosphere is very laid back and fairly industrial but there is a nice sofa in one area for a group to enjoy the drinks and pastries together. Prices are pretty normal for a specialty place in this city. Worth a try if you are in the area.

A trail head up the moment is about a half a block away with lots of parking around on the weekend! Definitely my favourite spot for coffee in Kelowna. Delicious drink offerings, and a beautiful environment for work or for catching up with a friend. The expansion of Bright Jenny into the main cafe, outdoor area, and Bright Lab, creates three unique seating environments. As a grad school student I especially appreciate the Bright Lab space for working and reading. In addition to delicious drinks, there are lots of gluten free and vegan treat offerings for those with dietary restrictions or preferences, like myself. 10/10 would recommend to a friend/anyone on google.

We love coming here and it’s one of the only places in town to get a lavender latte. Other than that, the coffee selection is limited to simple lattes, expresso and coffee. The recent expansion is incredible and they did a fantastic job on the lab in the back. Only improvements going forward would be to maybe add other flavors to create more complex drinks; but I can understand did they want to keep it simple and remain an authentic coffee spot. And other than that, the service is VERY slow all the time waiting for drinks. Please bring back online ordering!!!! Pro tip to everyone-Kelownut donuts are incredible and they are available here on Saturday’s!! ..but they also available 6 days a week from the speciality bakery (farther drive out towards Vernon) where they are made.

However my single shot espresso that is served as part of my beverage I ordered had been sitting too long before it was served, as it lacked the creame on top and was not hot. I would try it again but I would wait at the bar for it.

This was our first experience that based on the high reviews we decided to try. It was clean and the coffee quality was good but here's how they served their popular Flat White for me. They didn't even bother to clean it for me! We also ordered Morning Glory, it wasn't fresh. It was stiff! Generally I had higher expections from a place with the rate of 4.8!

What a beautiful space!! At first, the building looks tiny, but there is a spacious courtyard and a gorgeous, industrial but warm building in thw back with ample seating all around. The environment is perfect for meetings, relaxing, studying and reading. The coffee menu is somewhat simple but very adequate. I tried their latte and it was delicious. This coffeeshop is very environmentally friendly as they strongly recommend glass/mugs and offer compostable cups and lids. I think I found my new favourite coffee shop!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this place. I was on a trip last weekend (Easter weekend) and tried to go on the Friday and they were closed. So we decided to come back on the day after. We called the place around 06PM to ask if they were opened and they said they would remain open until 7PM, so we got there around 06:45PM to grab a coffee and I was told they couldn't prepare any Pour Over Coffee and they didn't have any drip coffee as well. I could see the laziness of the barista because she could prepare a pour over coffee for sure. I am a barista and know that she could do it but she was more worried about going home on time than serving her customers. They should change the hours of operation or serve their customers accordingly.

Absolutely enjoyable experience, the coffee itself is delicious and they serve very unique & interesting variety of drinks. Their ‘mocktail’ menu includes a Cold Brew Sour, which was fantastic. I’ve also had the opportunity to try their espresso flight which was really an experience! If you’re a fan of coffee, at its core, you’ll enjoy Bright Jenny. If you’re not about the coffee, the atmosphere of the cafe itself is so cozy, fresh and totally unique. Plus there are tons of other options on the menu for non coffee lovers. I totally recommend this Bright Jenny!

This is a very pleasant coffee shop, spacious and with a calm atmosphere, and nice staff. Great coffee, too! It also has some backyard outdoor seating, for those who prefer an outside sit. Wifi and student/study friendly ... It's a little hard to find and off the beaten track, but I'd definitely go back.

We really enjoyed this coffee shop. We went out of our way to come here and we are glad we did, so many options to choose from. We ended up getting the shaken foam iced latte, from what I could tell what the do is make the latte like normal, and iced it then the shake it through filters with ice and it creates a bit of foam that is really cold. It was delicious and I can’t wait to return and try it again. Kinda wish I wasn’t so full from breakfast, it would have been nice to try one of the great looking baked goods. I love that there is more and more coffee roasters in BC now and it’s great to see them being supported by their community’s. I really like the bathroom signs, “doesn’t matter, just wash your hands” lol so clever. Great displays here with a good selection of coffee makers and grinders, some what pricey but I think from what I’ve seen at other places they are priced the same as the others. Remember good food and good coffee takes time, be patient and wait. And as always Support Local Buy Local! BC Rules!

I love coming here. The coffee is great and the staff are wonderful. However, the patrons are not any of these things. No one respects social distancing rules and I often come in to find five or six young folks crowded onto one couch. During the day on weekdays it’s a lot better but my advice would be to never come here on weekends. The place is incredibly loud and it’s hard to have a normal conversation whatsoever. But if you are looking for a place to work during weekdays it’s usually not so bad. There’s lots of different spaces to set up and everything is open and bright. It really is a beautiful space, I just wish less people knew about it. The lineups are often out the door onto the street. There is also only snack food available, no lunch meals or even sandwiches. Parking is often very challenging so if you can walk or bike it would be easier for you. It’s only 150 feet off of the rail trail.
