I asked for an espresso over ice, and the girl asked “oh you mean an Americano.” I said “sort of but I just don’t want water, just espresso over ice please.” And the other barista said “why would you want that” I said “ummmm Because I want it?” (I was shocked she would ask a question like that.) Then I said “I will go somewhere else.” I went down to the bikers cafe and I asked for the same thing and they gave it to me no problem :) Very rude and demeaning service at bean scene on Ellis st.

COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS ???? Small Business Location - Limited seating & service slow. Leave plenty of time to wait for your selection(s) to be created or/& heated...while waiting... Drink was respectably tastful just had no time to enjoy??

I loved my first flat white but when I went back the next day it was flavorless.. milk was over steamed..not consistent..I don't like taking stars away when overall a place is lovely.. I just want you to know what could be improved

If you are in the area stop by this cafe and get a coffee. Legitimately the best coffee I have had in a while! The espresso had chocolaty notes, (coffee fanatics will know what I mean) and the Columbian roast was a great mellow body blend (another coffee thing). The staff where polite, and patient, the layout of the cafe while cozy felt a little cramped if more than five people stood in line. I enjoyed a gluten free cookie with my coffee. I can happily recommend this cafe to friends.

Best coffee in town! Relaxing, artsy yet classy atmosphere. You can tell the owners are very passionate about their craft, and are hard working individuals! That adds a truly unique flavour to this Kelowna coffee gem. Looking forward to my next visit!

Vacationing in Kelowna for the first time, I couldn't find coffee shops open early enough, except this place. I am glad I found it as it has great coffee, is clean and has a nice feel.

I ordered the Nicaraguan coffee, medium roast, drip. Very tasty, smooth, delicious. Got the ginger molasses cookie, it was dense! Different style than I'm used to byt with the help.of my husband we polished it off???? Friendly staff. Nice open space. Ambience was often interrupted by sirens etc because it's located right across from Interior Health's building.

Came to town for a mini getaway, and was totally impressed with this unassuming strip mall restaurant.Read some reviews here and wanted to try for myself, I was greeted by the lady (I'm sure she is the Boss Lady) and she was the only server for the night, very friendly and professional, but most of all very efficient!

Nice little minimalist coffee shop. The book exchange has some interesting titles and I’ve taken and left many books. Drinks are simple but good. I would like to see some more interesting drinks once and a while. Staff are generally friendly and quick!

I love this little coffee shop. I originally would get coffee at the landmark location but I found that Jen makes the best coffee so when she opened this location I was pretty excited. She makes my favourite americano in Kelowna!

Jennifer and Sam make a wonderful team and and even better cappuccino. Their renovation brings new life into a previously dim space in the bottom of the Madison Building. It's definitely the best coffee joint in the Landmark area, if not all of Kelowna. Bean Scene has real baristas who are trained to manually measure, tamp, test, extract and pour. It's also a roastery. You can expect the coffee to always be fresh and the preparation quality to be high. The baristas are often not social and you may want to read the room before accidentally annoying them and creating awkwardness... Sometimes they are super cool, but they have to deal with a lot of weirdos and snobs ???? The vegetarian & vegan breakfast wraps and the black bean burrito are great too.

Great coffee & usually good gluten free snacks(not always) but coffees are over-priced like so many places that just "follow suit". Nobody else is giving their customers a break on refills so...we don't either. Has turned my coffee habit into a much more expensive one.
