Most of my visits to this coffee shop have always left me disappointed. They usually forgot what I ordered or got my order wrong which kept me waiting for a long time. Somehow even though I am the first in line, I will end up being the last person who get their drink/food.

Oct 27 Arrived approx 12.45pm. My first time. Was disappointed upon first sight. Tables are dirty, no chairs pushed in. There is more than enough staff where the priority should be cleanliness of tables & service area where guests are. Counted 10 people. Reminded me of a university cafeteria. Cold atmosphere. No thought went into colour of chairs, design or furniture. Food in fridge has no prices listed, you either guess or have to ask. I had a drip coffee & breakfast wrap. The medium strength coffee is very weak. Wrap tasted good. Served on plate with no cutlery or offer of cutlery. Expected to eat with hands. Service was just ok. However, guy who brought food to table, as I'm disabled was kind & friendly. More importantly I didn't have to ask for table service, it was common sense. Being in the food service industry & in retail, most of my life, the customer experience is EVERYTHING.

Fantastic atmosphere, super friendly staff. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Love going there to work or meet friends. It's not excessively noisy and there's a back room you can reserve or use if it's not already reserved.

Great place to get the most watery Americano you've ever had. Also, when my friend requested a long espresso shot, the barista refused to make his coffee that way. She gave him a mini lecture on coffee after giving him the short shot. My friend is a barista, so it was pretty condescending...

Every time I come here to get a Caramel Latte with whipped cream on top, and today the lady said whipped cream is not allowed on coffee anymore, only on hot chocolate. I've been coming here for over a year, getting this same drink. Why has it suddenly changed today?

They have a few vegan options Muffin brownie cookie Vegan breakfast wrap (doesn’t taste exquisite to be honest but it’s okay!) and oatmeal, granola that can be made with soy milk for an extra. They also have soup and sandwich, tons of cookie options and a wide coffee variety (latte cappuccino and stuff) Roibos herbal tea (happy!?) is also amazing!

Coffee & snacks taste good. Had an Americano and a chocolate muffin - both delicious. However, the acoustics of the large open area aren't good. It's very noisy inside and not a great place to study or work.

Pretty consistently low quality. Scones have chunks of baking soda in them and are very hard/lack flavour. Lattes are often burnt. Needs some serious quality control. A shame it is the closest option for Landmark folks as this means it stays busy even with bad products.

First time here, grabbed a 12 oz Latte that wasn't filled to the top which was okay. I drove home, sat down and the drink felt so light. I took the lid off and 1/3 of the cup is empty. And definitely not satisfied with the taste of the latte either. If you are charging a premium price for a drink you should be giving premium service.

Asked for a medium single shot latte No problem right? Wrong. The girls went into a tizzy. We only serve double shots of espresso we cant do single shots. I shook my head what are you talking about. They wanted me to pay for the double shot I said hell no just make my coffee what a joke

Beautiful place, great tea, good service. I was here to work remotely and required a decent WiFi connection. I don't know if it was my computer or the network here, but I could not log on. I tested my personal phone and no luck either. It may have been my equipment, but I have never ran into this issue before. Just want to give a heads up to other business folks out there. Also, the floors are concrete, which looks really cool, but also feels really cool on your feet when the weather is cold. I was just at the Pandosy location the day before, and did not have any of these issues listed. I will probably head back over there for the rest of the day.

Great spot to pop into if you work at Landmark, or are having a meeting there. The coconut tea is one of my favorites, paired with a bean scene bar. It can literally cure a case of the Mondays within minutes.

Very uncomfortable chairs. The most cramped metal chairs to sit on. I looked at there pictures and it shows wooden chairs in some pics, they don't have those in there anymore, just metal chairs, even the bar stools are all metal.

I am re writing my review which originally stated I had contacted the company about the disposition of a staff member. The response which comes six weeks plus later, talks about me being rude on the footage. Yet I was with my boyfriend who also had the same experience? My personality must have changed after being belittled when I didn’t know the drink size and when he was asked about his sandwich being warmed up. It was her attitude towards us that was the problem. I have worked in service for many years I would never ever talk down to someone for no reason if at all. I simply was shocked and embarrassed and walked away. Waiting till another staff member appeared and went up for a to go bag. She was rude period. We felt it as not being welcome at all. Period. My attitude changed because of that maybe ? but I was shocked and doubt very much I or my boyfriend who’s the nicest man in the world ever would be. Additionally, no thank you. I will never step foot in your store again. It wasn’t busy. Being loud and vibrant is no excuse for anything. I served in lounges for years those are loud. Putting this back onto us after an uncomfortable, terrible experience is comical. She was rude or trying to come across as very aloof as I mentioned in my email prior. That maybe she had a trendy personality. Either way lots of shops. I’ll support another one and ensure my gift cards come from a more welcoming environment. Also I even made a joke about me not knowing the cappuccino size saying it was late afternoon that should be strong enough. I wasn’t rude. Also inviting me in to see what you do ? To put a smile on my face.? Are you now implying I’m not smiley enough for you ? That’s comical. I don’t need to be belittled by serving staff, scolded on the Internet after rude service and invited back in too smile ? I made jokes. I ordered coffee we both thought she was rude and I waited to interact with different staff. End of story. I was uncomfortable and we weren’t treated well.

Very disappointed today. Group of 4 had coffee and sweet. we each talked about the coffee being warm rather than hot. A comment was made and the server stated she forgot to turn the burner on. Do you not think a free coffee should have been offered? Not even an apology. Will not return to Bean Scene on Dickson in Kelowna.

Ordered an iced americano and a glass of ice water (didn't receive). Upon receiving my drink the cup was half full asked for it to be topped with ice and barista advised they have none left and they only have so much ice for the day...i was a bit shocked by the service we stood there and waited as everyone before us and after us came and went. I just paid $5 for this beverage and it is not100% satistactory. I was not informed or anything. I let him know if I knew there was no ice I would have ordered something different...he just said sorry.. wasnt offered a remake of something else or anything just given this watered down espresso beverage half full take away glass. Very disappointed...

Good coffee. And I suppose if you’re a grass chewing vegan you might enjoy the food. If you can believe it, this coffee shop doesn’t sell bagels.... right?!? Bagels. Come on! But you could het some vegan sludge bar for sure. I got the sausage breakfast wrap and the egg was weird and cakey. Burnt on outside and rubbery in the middle. Good coffee, just don’t expect to enjoy the food.
