Best breakfast place in town by far. I spend my summers in bobcaygeon every year and this was by far the best service and best breakfast I've ever had there. Our waitress knew us and what we wanted after our first day there. All the servers are great but the one with the tattoos on her shoulders in phenomenal. Friendly, funny and fast. One day we were there and it was extremely busy and their dishwasher was a no show so they were swamped so she comped us half of our bill even though we were still happy with the service. I will be returning here every year.

Rude staff. Simple question of how long it will be, was replied with "your food has to be cooked". We waited over 45 minutes and still no food. Yet 3 tables that arrived after us have all been fed. Very disappointed.

I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. The breakfast wrap has always been a favourite for me. It is under new management now. Very nice establishment off the main strip in Bobcaygeon. Lovely staff and eclectic feel. Not usually very busy. I recommend this restaurant!

Their corned beef sandwich was amazing! Stacked high with plenty of cheese, it's then grilled to make a crisp, rich outside with a hot, melted inside. Just make sure you get extra napkins with it.

Not good at all not only are the prices they advertise incorrect bit double by the time you pick up your food the quality is not there asked for med rare steak and sent me an overcooked steak and charged us double. Lesson learned!

Great service, really good food and fair prices. Only problem is that they have a cash only policy which I wasn't aware of until after I ordered. They trusted me to leave my husband as collateral while I ran over the bridge to get cash. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the inconvenience.

Food is okay. Service is possibly the worst. My family and I really liked this restaurant the first couple of times we there, but the last time we were there the waitress was shockingly rude. I asked for a fork, then after 10 mins decided to go find one myself because the waitress was talking to a table full of people she knew and couldn't be bothered. She scolded me for poking around and had the audacity to tell me she said she would bring me a fork already.. she then ran food, then back to chatting...!! I went back to my table and used my fingers to have a bite or two of my cold breakfast. By then the rest of the family was done and I wanted out of the twilight zone of restaurants. Honestly, crazy. We were one of four tables. This should never be an issue.

2 of us for Sunday breakfast. 1st visit.Warm welcome by Meesh.Old diner setting. Place is full within minutes. 11am.Hungry for meat and eggs.asked for recommendations, meat lovers omelet suggested. Wife orders standard bacon, eggs over easy. Rye bread for both. Coffee is fresh, good. My omelet comes, looks outstanding. Tastes better! Loaded with corned beef, sausages, brisket, cheese, home fries. Perfect. Wife's standard breaky, delish. Service, awesome. 4 out of 5 stars, because of lack of fresh juice. Toooo bad, If they had, fresh juice, I could say, without a doubt the best restaurant breakfast I have EVER, eaten.

What an authentic setting to enjoy tasty food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and a welcoming atmosphere. This is the kind of place one hopes to find if one appreciates: 1)the opposite of cookie cutter franchises; 2) the opposite of elitist 'dining' establishments. This is the real deal for down-to-earth good food with a super friendly small town clientele. Remember that they close at 2 p.m.

Stopped here for breakfast with friends. The waitress brought us menus right away and coffee. We ordered and waited for over 30 minutes before complaining about the wait. We watched 3 other customers who arrived after us finish their meals before we were served. When we asked about our food we were told that it was just being plated and they didn’t have the bread we ordered. Part of one of the orders was forgotten and brought out later. The portion size was great, the food was good and the price was reasonable for the food but not the wait.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for any of the waitstaff to ask about drinks. Did not receive the tea I asked for until reminded about it 30 min later. Cancelled my son's and I orders after waiting 1 hr to find out they hadn't even begun to prepare our orders yet. I will not be back.

Great local diner. Excellent service, food socially distanced tables. Ordered a burger and fries for my daughter - nice fresh tomatoes and pickles on the side (as she had requested) and ordered the market Square for myself. Nice and crispy shredded hash browns with a tasty mix of scrambled eggs, cheese and vegetables. Strong hot coffee. Very affordable.

Like many others have mentioned, the female waiter with blonde hair is incredibly rude. Don't go here if you want to have a nice day. I wasn't surprised when I saw all the horror stories here. My family and I live in the area and were very excited to make this a regular patio now that things are open, but were treated terribly and had to leave. Masks also aren't being worn inside and the waiter is not engaging in social distancing. We won't be returning. New friendlier wait staff would be a great improvement.

Love this spot! Beautiful town and friendly folks. Lots of free street parking and easily accessible. You can dine-in or out back on the patio. It's has a retro vibe and old tunes, really nice cosy place. Washrooms were very clean. Great music and service was fantastic. Coffee was hot in nice big mugs. We ordered the market square and big breakfast. Portions are massive and the food is so flavourful!!! Highly recommend! After you eat, take a walk into town on Main and visit the local shops. Or take a walk along the water's edge. Note: it's CASH ONLY.

Great food in a friendly ambiance, however due to being cash only, more hand hygiene would be necessary. Customers pay cash, and whoever handles the cash should pay more attention to sanitizing their hands after each payment. We're in the middle of a pandemic after all and any precaution would be paying for itself. Thank you!

However we can state honestly this is hands down the best breakfast, burger joint we ever had in at least all of ON. Everything there made fresh, as you order, no frozen cheap tricks. In fact this place is so good, our kids insisted we eat there every day while we were on vacation. We have tried Big Breakfast, Steak and Eggs, Chocolate Chip pancakes, Apple Fritter French Toast (try this!!!), Breakfast Bowl, Peppercorn burger and bacon double cheese burger which puts Wendy's baconator to shame. I guarantee there will be something for anyone to try and love at this place, I'd be genuinely shocked if anyone couldn't stand it. It's clean with a 50s vibe to it. From the cooks to the waitresses, every staff is nice, professional, not in your face but also willing to chat if you are. Most importantly you can tell they passionately care about what they cook and how they serve it; you won't find a better place I swear it. Although I don't live there, for me I decided it's worth the 30 minute drive just to go back, so I can't wait to take my family again; thank you truly for the best experience I've seen in a long while. The only place to come close to this level of service and great food was a diner in New Brunswick.
