Gas is to expensive before the new owners gas prices were the cheapest in the area.... Not impressed if you want cheaper gas fenelon Ultramar is good and coboconk gas station is cheaper...

Nice gas station. The prices for gas are usually very good compared to other local gas stations. There is also a convienence store that is very useful for a quick snack or coffee. This is a nice gas station that I recommend using some time.

Superb customer service and very friendly staff. Gas is always priced better here, and they carry all the last minute essentials items! They also sell fishing Worms and is very close to rosedale marina!! Check it out if you're in town!

Boat launch 1 min away from Balsam Resort, great spot to get my truck and boat filled up for extra Esso points! Friendly staff and good customer service. Fishing Worms are available if needed too. Best gas station around!

It is so nice to have a gas station in Rosedale. The coffee is good. They also have a selction of items just in case you forgot to bring them when you come to the cottage

This station is price gouging. Regular gas is priced around the same as other stations in the area, however their 91 octane is priced at least 10 cents more per litre than their competitors. If you need premium gas, go to Ultramar in Fenelon Falls. Update July 5, 2020 Tried this has station again, and unfortunately they are still price gouging by 10 cents per litre on their 91 octane! Update October 11, 2021 Premium is now over 20 cents more than regular! Stay away from this station!
