Employees here are friendly and helpful here which is so refreshing, if stocking shelves or inventory was adjusted to suit customers needs and demands they would deserve five stars, but unfortunately that is not so. The ice cream machine and slushie machines are constantly out of order and not repaired. They are getting rid of the ice cream machine and not replacing it. Proper and regular maintenance would greatly improve this store.

The men working at the store are very rude to female customers. They also spend a great deal of time talking on their cell phones, and don’t put their phones down to wait on customers, and continue on their phones while waiting on customers and just take your money without saying how much you owe. They just expect you to read the register. And never say thank you, or have a good day/night. It’s the only store/gas station that’s open 24/7, so if we need something late at night, I go without and go elsewhere in the morning. Their daytime staff are better, which is why I gave it the one star rating. Seriously, if you like decent customer service, go elsewhere!!!

Every time I've been in the man who is either the owner or manager has always been incredibly friendly. I actually had a problem with a vaporizer that I purchased there and to my surprise they let me return it for a full refund. Not to many convenience stores would do that. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Was in today to buy lottery tickets. Had 3 scratch tickets now found to have won 21 dollars. Harpreet the lady at the counter told me that I had to purchase lottery tickets because someone came in before me and claimed some ticket money. And that she couldn't provide me with a cash payout. Told her don't think that these are the rules. Gave me a sarcastic "have a nice day" twice. When I said I'm taking my buisness else where and filing a complaint with the lottery commission.

Customer service is terrible, me and my friends have been accused of stealing on numerous occasions while we were waiting in line to pay, we have never done anything bad or disrespectful to the store or cashier, but we are still treated with disrespect for no reason other than the fact that the cashier has nothing better to do.

I wouldn’t even give the Parry Sound, Church Street Circle K even 1 star, I found the clerks to be rude, non-compliant and I feel corporate head office should take a hard look at these people, I have spoken to MANY people who have said the same thing & have been treated rather poorly there!

They always charge more than they advertise. I bought 2 packs of smokes at 15.10 per pack which after tax adds up to 34.13 and they charged me 35.50. When I bring it up every time they argue and I'm wrong.

Went in to grab $30 worth of scratch tickets. I recently turned 18 4 days ago. The dude told me (after i handed my id to him showing i was 18) that i wasn’t of age and that it was only 2003+. I’ve had many gas stations sell me tickets but for this guy it was a problem? extremely makes me mad, and clearly need to update ‘their system’.

They should be more concerned about the quality of the food in that store. I got food poisoning yesterday eating 1 hotdog from them. I dont usually eat circle k food, took the chance yesterday as we were on road and extremely busy just looking for something quick. Ended up in the hospital. Pay attention to the food you serve

Absolutely no customers wear masks in this store and it’s permitted by the Circle K staff and adjoining Subway and Toppers pizza. Be careful.

Paid for a 400 dollar visa card. Lost the receipt. Couldnt use it because it was an empty card. Wouldnt check their computers for payment. Showed payment.

Was my usual stop for milk, tickets, etc. New staff and had repeated occupancies where the milk was in date but sour. They would not even replace product. Don't use for any fresh product
