They charge super inflated prices because they know people in the hospital want food and drink and they just gouge every cent from you.

You can grab less expensive just as good coffee at Starbucks across the street. The food is good but the fact you pay top dollar for your wrap but they are too cheap to provide salsa or ketchup or mayo is horrible. Huge drawback. When you are stuck at the hospital, it just sucks.

Best coffee shop in kamloops. In a place where a flat white is a flat white. And a cup of tea doesn't cost you 5$ . Knowledgeable friendly staff. Traditional barista atmosphere. Just spent about a week in the hospital attached. And the tea selection was a life saver!

Fantastic food selection for breakfast/lunch/dinner. They have fresh wraps and sandwiches. Staff are well trained. Coffee beans are from JJ bean in Vancouver. Better to support Canadian companies than Starbucks down the street. Besides, the coffee tastes better here anyways.

Fantastic little cafe! Staff are polite & service is quick. My go to is the Chai latte. SO. GOOD! Prices are pretty standard & there are plenty of seats to enjoy a sit down. I love how open & bright it is. Really good fresh selections for breaky, lunch & supper or just a snack.

2 cooks and 5 induction burners preparing the most unique dishes. I had 1/2 quail w/ mushroom gravy...pork belly nap bun with pickled veggies ....beef tagliata ( steak marinated over night in 12 ingredients)...amazing dinnerI would categorize this place as quebecois food, not French. I think they charge too much for what it is. I would probably come back if there were more items and options and if the price was better.

7 at night and they already have their breakfast menu out. Makes no sense especially when that’s the only food available to buy at the Royal Inland Hospital hospital

Sandwiches and salads ate fabulous. Yes one could say pricey but one sandwich or salad makes two meals of one with some greens salad or cucumbers and tomatoe on the side ????

This is an incredible cafe! The quality of their food exceeds my expectations. Top items are their lemon cookies, yogurt parfait, and chirizo wraps. MMMM! The only downside is that if you want anything hot and you're in a rush, it might take 10 mins for your food to be ready. Also their prices are VERY high. Almost 20.00 will get you a cup of coffee, a sandwich, and a snack. But their taste backs up their prices. Not my top choice financially if you're on a budget. But when you can afford it you're in for a treat!
