We were arriving and were about to order when suddenly a large group of friends walked into the store. To begin with, several had NO MASKS despite the poster: "No mask, no service". Then, He cut us off in line (we let them do it so as not to create a conflict) and we quickly regretted it. At the checkout they started REQUIRING a 50% discount and they spent a LOT of TIME on this shouted and sacred. It was obvious that the cashier and the group of friends knew each other, but it was still not a pretty sight. After their order finally finished we were finally able to order ... The worst part is that the chocolate was good but the customer experience was really bad. Seriously, letting people come in without masks, give them discounts and sacred one after another, Just because they're friends? This is unacceptable. Nous étions arriver et nous allions commander quand soudain, un grand groupe d'amis est renter dans le magasin. Pour commencer, plusieurs n'avais AUCUN MASQUE malgré l'affiche : "Pas de masque pas de service". Ensuite, Il nous ont coupé en ligne (nous les avons laisser faire pour ne pas créé de comflict) et nous l'avons vite regrettée. A la caisse, ils ont commencer à EXIGER un rabais de 50% et ils on passer BEAUCOUP DE TEMPS a ce crié après et sacré. C'étais bien évident que la caissière et le groupe d'amis se connaissait mais c'étais quand même pas beau a regarder. Après leur commande finalement finis nous avons enfin pus commander... Le pire c'est que le chocolat étais bon mais l'expérience client elle, étais vraiment nul. Sérieusement, laisser des gens entrer sans masques, leur donner des rabais et sacrée l'un après l'autre, Juste parce qu'ils sont amies? C'est Inacceptable.
