Coffee was just Black water. Specialty coffee made with oat milk was good. Vege omelette was okay. I ordered eggs benny with a soft yolk and with smoked salmon. The eggs were medium hard. The female server sent them back to the kitchen to be prepared properly. Below average food, average service and expensive.

Best cheap food in Jasper! Quality for what you are paying, was like a Denny's but with more of a homemade touch. My only complaint is that the fruit salad has no variety, a heap of honeydue and rock melon and a grape is a bland sad fruit salad. Besides this, loved it all! Will definitely return!

We came in here by chance but were pleasantly surprised. The food is pretty good, not to say excellent. If you like real Tzatziki with tons of garlic in there, that's the place for you! The service was quick and attentive.

Food was quick but came with onions which I requested not to have. They took it back and brushed some of them off and returned my plate. Was in a rush so just picked them off as I went. Bathrooms were closed off with caution tape, I didn't know it was legal to run a restaurant without washrooms. No spoons to stir coffee with, had to use a butter knife. If we weren't in such a rush to catch our bus we would not have stayed.

However, same attractive goth waitress we had was very patient with elderly woman in next booth who did not speak English or French; waitress took the time to explain different ways eggs were prepared to make sure customer got what she wanted. Our food was thrown at us on the run....maybe we were to sensitive, IDK. BUT the poutine was very good. Convenient location.

I had the big country breakfast, the food was pretty good. Sausages not so much, but I honestly haven't had a good sausage since I cam to Canada, so I can't really blam them. The service was great. The coffee is mediocre, tried ordering a latte. That was horrible.

We got fettuccine Alfredo which was delicious and salad but it didn't have much variety. But our waitress was the best!! She was very kind and helpful!! She was very talkative. She let us use her phone to call our families that were in the states. This place was clean and it had basketball on the tv and the food came out quick!

Very rude waitress not even a sorry after I told her I was not happy with the very small chicken burger or the wrong order she brought over and the drinks not being refilled or even offered to be. We waited a really long time to get anything even the attention of our waitress. Our food was cold and the coffee tasted old. We literally yelled excuse me 4 times to get our bill and she barely made eye contact with us ???? then gets mad she didn't get a tip. Dear waitress who worked the early afternoon of July 30,2021 Please treat all people like people, just because we looked poor it doesn't mean we don't have loving family n friends too. We drove a long way from Vancouver, not home yet and a good home cooked meal from a friendly face would have been amazing but no we didn't get that... it was a terrible experience.

Very disappointed if you value your health and not getting sick I would recommend not eating here. The only answer from staff when concerns were brought up was well everyone else loves it I didnt even take a bite as I knew it would make me sick. Zero interest in the customer and the server was rude and dirty

Went here with the family. We were a little nervous as we were literally the only people in the entire restaurant. But it was good. Service was fast and friendly. The food we got all tasted good. I had the California Club sandwich and it tasted homemade. My son had the honey garlic chicken wings and said they were the best he has very had (But he's 12 so take that with a grain of salt). For an affordable family restaurant we were quite happy.

I came up from Calgary and stayed at Jasper Hostel. I had the breakfast wrap, hashbrowns, and a side order or sausages. It was delicious and I am glad I came to this restaurant. The hashrowns were so good. Definitely a 5 star rating. The server was a wonderful human being. If you come to jasper hit this place up.

But being open minded gave it an chance the next day and I wish we did breakfast here both days cuz it was delish!!!! The food here was good. I like the fact that it was pretty reasonable in price. Very spacious for the interior and they can handle larger groups. Kids liked the lasagna and I thought the Donair plate was pretty good. Will come back again

When my family arrived at the parking lot it was empty. That should have been our first warning when all the other restaurants where near capacity... My husband and I ordered simple pasta dishes thinking " how can they mess up pasta." Apparently pretty easily. The food tasted as if they had left it in the freezer too long. They corrected by over seasoning and adding extra cheese. It didn't help. At almost 20 dollars a dish it was expensive for what it was. Save your money and get something from the gas station next door.

I recently spent 7 days in Jasper and desperately needed a go-to breakfast spot. Eggs and bacon at a hotel for $25 is not for me. That said, Bright Spot was recommended by a local, and they did not disappoint. Service was always prompt and friendly, and the food was simply awesome. Served piping hot and done right. If you happen to be in town and you're looking for a great, warm place for simple fare, Bright Spot is your place. Try their steak and eggs -- you will not be disappointed.

My dad and I go out of our way to come here anytime we are in Jasper. The shrimp salad is my dad's favorite, while I love the mushroom bacon deluxe burger. The burger itself filled me up and I still had fries left over (take into account I normally am still hungry after eating out). Very fast, always get our food in within 15-20 minutes yet still delicious! Amazing customer service, always trying to please and make sure we are happy! I recommend and think more people should eat here!

The omelet I ate was delicipus but the extremely negative reaction I received from the waitress when I asked if I could sub out my toast for ham ruined the morning. As a celiac I am used to restaurants not subbing out toast but i also expect my waitresses to be a little nicer about it when they tell me that. Our waitress just shut me down very harshly. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I ordered oatmeal and a vegetable omelette. The oatmeal was a strange consistency, but the omelette was very good. Decaf coffee appeared to be Sanka instant coffee; not very good, but does the job in a pinch. My husband had the peppercorn sirloin steak which he said was good.

We stopped here for breakfast before hitting the slopes... we ordered smoked salmon eggs Benedict and French toast. The salmon was greyish colour, the Holliday sauce was sour and the muffin was not toasted. The French toast was under cooked, mushy egg center. We had a few bites and called it a loss. We paid $35 for awful “food” we didn’t even eat. Please take this complaint and go anywhere else to enjoy a breakfast.

The food is always very good I believe the word is consistent and there is a large variety of items on the menu. I have no reservations on recommending this restaurant for its good service and food.

Try it Yesterday on our way Home.A bit dissapointing being serve by This Ribs meal was 17$ for half Ribs and pasta serve upside down but when i flip it seeing this much of meat into the Ribs (Dry and tough). Talk to the Server Good things she's really nice when i told her about this Ribs situation says its there ussual portion and servings but quick to suggest to change it with porkchops Thankful that she does. Willing to give it a try again when in Jasper.

I get that it’s in Jasper so you’re obviously going to be paying more but this place takes the biscuit. $65 for breakfast for two adults and a kid. The portions are tiny. I finished my breakfast in literally 1 minute. I’ve never seen such a tiny portion of hash browns. The beef dip is literally just beef. My partner had to ask for and pay extra for a slice of Swiss cheese and there was also no onions on it.

Our group of 11 stopped here for breakfast. Our food came out in reasonable time and everything was as ordered. All together we ordered a good variety of breakfast items and all were satisfying. The server was attentive, quick and helpful. This restaurant is easily accessible and has lots of parking. We had a miscommunication with the bill but that was easily resolved by the owner. Overall our experience was very good.

This was a great family restaurant that my partner and I decided to go after a long hike in Jasper. The waitress was super friendly and got to us right away. I had the bright spot special burger with a poutine and she had a traditional club house with a Caesar, you can’t go wrong with either of these options!

Had breakfast here on November 5, 2021. I've been to Jasper at least 50+ times and was married there - LOVE it. This was the worst breakfast experience I've had anywhere, ever. Had the eggs Benedict, as did my son. The waitress got the order wrong, brought it back ... cold. The Hollandaise was straight out of a can, the side fruit was dirty and rotten and the coffee was tasteless brown water. Every place can have an off-day, but omg what a huge disappointment/catastrophe.
