Mezza Café is a beautifully decorated, modern and impeccably clean spot for coffee, tea, smoothies, juice, and desserts. I'm always happy with both the service and quality of everything I order. A little bit on the pricier side for a Café, but you really do get what you pay for. This ain't your regular "double double at Tim's" kind of place. After asking wether the desserts were made in house or not, I was assured that everything was indeed made ifrom within the Café. After being reassured, I got the créme brulee which was then torched to order. I will definitely be returning as the quality of their drinks and food seem to be kept to a higher standard. If you're willing to dish a couple extra bucks for great atmosphere and an elevated product, I highly recommend Mezza.

I'm an espresso connoisseur. Their espresso is highly balanced - best espresso in Hamilton. Nice service and good atmosphere. Their deserts are enjoyable imported from Italy!

Really beautiful cafe, wonderful lighting and customer service, and a lovely tea service with tea pot, foamed milk and a timer. Note, there are no outlets for computer work. It is meant as an in-and-out cafe.

Came with my husband and we got 2 cakes, my personal opinion it's over rated and over priced. The box that they give you to go cakes does not match their price! And they made fun when we came with Tim Hortons cups ( witch is cheaper and better quality, and in Tim Hortons no one judges).

This is a great coffee shop. I ordered the mocha latte and I enjoyed it immensely. ???? I just wish they have more variety of drinks in their menu. When we came, I didn’t see much pastries and there’s pretty much nothing to get to eat. The ambiance, however, was very cozy. The cafe is super clean and inviting.

Great local coffee shop with it's unique and fancy atmosphere that has a great desert and drink selection. Edit: Entered the coffee shop with a Tim Hortons coffee to order some desert to go. As a joke the guy at the counter commented "why are you hurting yourself". I get it no offense, funny. They think they serve best things in the world, upscale experience on a local level. But when I got my two cakes ($15), I realized they they serve their to go pastry in very cheap containers that don't match their "high-quality" experience (picture attached). Quite funny to see that, any respectable cafe in the same price renge serve their pastry in branded boxes. If you can't provide proper packaging for the price at least don't make comments judging other companies. Taking one star off.

Sign says closed at 7pm. Google hours says closed at 7pm. Showed up before 7pm and you're already closed? Great since we spent 20 min trying to find a parking space just to come here because it was posted on the Hamilton tourism blog. Thankfully Relay coffee was there and the service was amazing. Would recommend them! They gave us free drink cards and we chatted with the baristas there afterwards and they were very nice.

Amazing coffee and great service. Their iced Cafe Americano is perfect for a hot day. Ask to have it made with sparkling water instead of still water for a nice, refreshing surprise!

Good espresso, and hot chocolate. I didn't see anyone ahead of us and it took us a while to get our drinks. The desserts have a lot of variety, so does the menu. Get charged extra for wanting milk in your Americano. I just wanted milk to pour in myself but she said "we do it for you" (didn't tell me it was an extra charge).

Open until 7:30 on week nights so was a great place to have a light supper before a concert - just 2 blocks from Hamilton Place. Had a great panini - fresh ingredients on lovely homemade panini bread. Finished with the most amazing specialty coffee. Wish i'd had time for dessert. The owner and his wife were very friendly. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Hamilton.

Finally a place that has Italian style breakfast food and drinks and a variety of sandwiches and gelato. Some people will complain about prices but considering you are getting quality espresso and in store made baked good/ice cream, it's worth the money. Definitely reminds me of the espresso bars in Italy, the ambience and variety. They even have a liquor license. Try an affogato for a coffee and ice cream fix

This place has good coffee and lots of choice for treats and drinks. Every time I get my coffee they steam the cream for it which gives it a nicer texture. They have tons of good looking sweets displayed as well as gelato. They offer juice that looks like its squeezed on site. The man I always deal with seems heart friendly always calls me his friend. Prices are a little on the tiger side but I'd say its better then star bucks.
