Bright and quaint little coffee shop with a great ambiance and very pleasant service. The drinks are well crafted and tasty and, although I have only gotten a croissant, the food items seem to be at the same level. Overall a super cute and nice spot to grab a good drink!

The Ville is like a home away from home. Jenna is the friendliest business owner I've met in a long time. All staff are friendly. The spot is adorable. And as a bonus, the coffee and sweets are delicious. You will not be disappointed. Warning: may cause strong cravings for their donuts.

Nice and simple espresso bar. A bit more room than Weird Harbor which makes sitting in really enjoyable - delicious coffee without the excessive noise you often get at a cafe. I had a triple shot caramel latte which was reaaaallly yum, kinda pricey but well worth it as a treat. They also have a super cool bathroom so don't be surprised if someone is in there for a seemingly long period of time (as shown in photos) ????????

The ville is the most unique and on trend coffee shop in halifax. The atmosphere is conducive to people watching, getting work done, or even just a friendly chat with the amazing staff that work there. The owner Jenna is very invested in excellent quality customer service, and the rest of her staff are equally as welcoming. Her little cheerleader (her puppy Quasi) is sometimes outside waiting to greet you, which always brightens my day. THE FOOD and BEVERAGES are sooooo goooood... I can’t begin to explain the euphoria I experience every time I order the soup and sandwich combo with their seasonal late. All in all, this place should be on your bucket list to visit before you die. #supportlocal #savelocal

Went here for the first time yesterday with a friend and decided to get a popular item recommended by the barrista, the maple latte. I must say this warm cup of happiness just made my afternoon! This hidden gem in Halifax is a must visit :) can't wait to return!

I'm not quite sure about my experience here today. It wasn't terrible or anything, just displeasing. I walked in for a to go order and once scanning the menu I asked for a macchiato. The barista explained that they did a traditional macchiato then explained what that entailed. Espresso topped with a bit of steamed milk. She ended off by letting me know that it didn't have any caramel sauce or mocha, "if that's what I actually wanted". I kindly nodded and confirmed that I wanted a macchiato. Once grabbing my dairy preference she made it no problem and before lidding it showed me my macchiato and said "This is what you want, right?". Yep, just a simple macchiato. I'm unaware of if she was attempting to create conversation but it really came off as patronizing. I'd encourage a suggestion-approach if she was trying to push the other options that the cafe offered. The macchiato was good but I may just head somewhere else next time.

I had the Sunrisers breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, made fresh and was delicious!! My drink was a latte made with coconut milk and was SO good to the last drop. Friendly service and cute little spot definitely recommend!

The Ville is my go to spot for coffee and a chat any day of the week! The coffee and food are to die for, and the staff are amazing always super happy to see you and always have a smile on their faces. Not to mention their little mascot Quasi who sometimes hangouts outside in his little house to greet you as you come in for your coffee! All in all The Ville is someplace you need to visit at least once in your lifetime even if you're just paying trough!

Love this place! The coffee is incredibly delicious. My personal favourite is the 'shock' coffee, which has 50% more caffeine than regular coffee. The service is also great, and the owner, Jenna, is so friendly whenever I come in. She really takes the time to get to know her guests and even memorizes drink orders. There's also a spot to tie up my pup outside when i go in for a coffee, and they give out dog treats too - so it's very dog-friendly. Couldn't recommend this spot highly enough!!
