I am stuck between a 2 star and a 3 star. The first time I ever went the vanilla latte I received was superb and I was so excited to return. I then went back for a birthday lunch with my family and we all ordered sandwiches but waited over 50 minutes for them to come out - it was not busy at all and the food is nothing to brag about. I went back my third and likely final time ordered another latte and got a breakfast sandwich but the latte was so watery it didn't even taste like it had any espresso. The breakfast sandwich had old lettuce and a very green and hard avocado. The staff certainly do not want to be waitresses - or so it seems - as they are very inattentive. It has been a hit but also very much a miss and the inconsistency has outweighed the good.

Very welcoming environment! Me and my 2 year old daughter stopped in to get a coffee and a cookie, both employees at front counter were very friendly and made my daughter part of the visit with me! The medium roast coffee was very good and enjoyed the options of raw sugar and the choice to add cinnamon to spice it up! I would highly recommend this place to sit and read or even have a networking event at! Curious to see what it's like for nightlife setting! Thank you Robusta Cafè!

Had a fantastic lunch on the patio at Robusta today! Great selection of hot and cold drinks, cocktails, beer and wine. Highly recommend the Caprese Flatbread, and you can't go wrong with a cinnamon bun for dessert! The best cinnamon bun I've ever had! Thanks Robusta staff!!

I've got to say my friend and I were very impressed with this place. We went there for coffee and lunch and the atmosphere was beautiful, the coffee looked and tasted amazing, and the food was pretty good. What was amazing was the customer service at this place. They accidentally made my friend's wrap incorrectly and quickly fixed the problem, as well as gave her the new one, on the house. We were not expecting that and we were both very pleased with this level of customer service! We will both be back to this place and because of the customer service, friendly servers, great atmosphere, delicious coffee, and good food, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a pleasant experience!!

Very quaint and the food is excellent. We ate there while waiting to see a show at River Run. It was the perfect place to kick back and relax while sipping on a cafe late and an out of this world salad. They provide free wifi and many of their patrons were taking advantage of it while we were there. If I had been alone, I would have felt comfortable there for hours.

The coffee was stale and the steamed milk in a late tasted scorched. The attempt at upscale elegance is undermined by TV screens showing CP24 and too loud music. There are better bars and better coffee houses within a few minutes walk. Skip it, you can do better

A first-time visit so sometimes the written descriptions (though very good on the menu) don't always match reality. Fantastic daily features, we've stopped in on 'Wine Wednesday' on several midweek occasions, enjoyed a $20 bottle of wine they regularly have on their menu for $50+. We enjoyed their summer patio, and the relaxed nature of the interior seating as well. I have yet to, but I would be open to meeting business colleagues there too. The giant pretzel is in fact giant, and the entree sized salads are a fantastic portion. Looking forward to going back.

The food was ok but the service was horrible! I mean yeah everyone was friendly. I met my mother for lunch @ 12:30pm I ordered a soup and salad. This took over an hour to get to my table, I ordered a glass of water and a coffee, I don't think the water ever came, the coffee came without cream or sugar so I politely asked for some! Needless to say my coffee was now warm at best when my creamer and sugar arrived. I had to return to work without having my lunch and coffee. But lovely location of you enjoy swatting at wasps and being forgotten about by you're waitstaff. So unfortunately if you are looking for a nice lunch in under an hour, Look elsewhere as you will not have time to eat and return to work on time. ????

I have been back another of times and enjoy the Outdoor Patio. A friend from Niagara Falls was very pleased with the service as well. In the End I met a new Friend 2 months ago having coffee there. We since have met for Coffee. Our Favorite Place. Today was my last visit as am Moving to Ottawa. I will Miss You All at Robusta!! ????

Great little gem. We stopped in for a quick drink on the patio and we're very surprised by the quality of the charcuterie board (including crackers made in house and local cheeses). We decided to try the rest of the menu and can say that this is the first time ever a restaurant has layered the cheese on nachos better than I can at home! The cocktails were tasty and refreshing and the food even better. We will be back as soon as we can make an excuse!

This is a great place to have coffee or a glass of wine and a delicious snack whether it be a sandwich or a yummy dessert. I've been twice and definitely will make this a favourite go-to retreat. The best part of it all is the amazing smells emanating from their kitchen - my first visit I couldn't resist a hot cinnamon roll fresh from the oven and my second visit the smell of bacon was very hard to resist. Yum!

I was very impressed with this outfit, from the size of the complex to the multitude of things they offered inside. We didn't have enough time to enjoy it all, but it was worth the visit!We saw at least two rinks (of course!), a sporting goods store, at least one restaurant, and also lots of wide open, brightly lit spaces. The service we got at this location was good. I would love it if we had the occasion to go back! A very nice place.

Robusta is a lovely little bistro that we visited last weekend. A very relaxing atmosphere with very friendly staff. We Did not feel rushed, we were looked after but left alone ..the staff was was attentive but not too invasive....just the right amount. And the chicken wraps we had were delicious! And just the right portions. Our server Charlotte was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience.

LOT'S OF SPACE. Warm atmosphere. Great views. Great Coffee! The service is good. The pace and atmosphere are great at making you slow down just enough... But not slow. I highly recommend visiting this spot for a coffee. One nice thing is that the larger space gives you the feeling that you can spread some books/computer out and not have anyone looking at what you're working on.

We have been there few times and it is just ok. I tried soup with mushrooms and boild egg it was good. Breaded pork chop was fine but nothing special.. My partner ordered some sort of goulash and the plenty of meat was too greasy.. but sauce and mashed potatoes was ok.. If you are around yes you can find something interesting.

Very pleasant cafe with a laid back atmosphere, nice music and friendly efficient staff. The ice coffee was good, and the warmed trail mix muffin with whipped butter was excellent as was the ham and cheese bagel. It's clean and has amazing old prints of Guelph on the walls. The decor is dark wood and scarlet chairs. There is a large patio in stone with lots of tables which overlooks the intersection, river and bridge. They need to add parasols to make it comfortable on hot summer mornings; I'm sure it's lovely at night.

Reluctant to rate, only because I don't want to share this place with other people! Beautiful location, great coffee, great service, no complaints. It's the perfect place to meet up and chat, or to bunker down and get a ton of work done. There is parking behind the building as well, if you're driving.

What a fabulous experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Cafe and it's owners/staff. The atmosphere and view is lovely! The food was delicious, I wanted to order the whole menu! My daughter said her avocado toast was "like heaven". Clean, friendly, great view, amazing food, great value...we will be back!

One of the more spacious cafes in Guelph. There is a good selection of food and drink. The wifi is fast and the power outlets are plentiful. This is one of the few coffee shops downtown that is open later. Great place for getting some work done.
