I have been to a number of cafes around the world and I say, without hesitation, these folks are among the best. Even in the hustle and bustle of a busy market, they are able to make you feel like a welcome friend. There is no need to ponder over what you want to get. Simply tell them what you are looking for and they will make you a warm cup of something wonderful. Your day will be better for it, I assure you. There is a selection of delicious accompaniments waiting to join your drink and they are always coming up with new ideas. The love, care, and passion for what they do can be experienced with every sip and bite.

A friend and I stumbled upon Guildmans Cafe this morning at the Farmers Market. We’re both so sad that this is only available to us on Saturdays! We had 2 delicious lattes with freshly grated Tonka Bean, so good! The baked goods looked incredible and we are already looking forward to visiting next weekend’s visit so that we can try some!

Polite, professional, friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable on the coffee including the processing of the coffee and other products they sold which were all from local vendor's. The sort of space that becomes not only your favourite but you know is improving the community as a whole. Well worth the trip and a good tip!

These carefully-crafted drinks are a MUST if you're heading to the Guelph Farmer's Market. I was impressed with the selection of quality coffee - and not coffee - drinks made right in front of us. My whole family was happy with our drinks and the service received. As a bonus, if you're looking for a not-too-sweet hot chocolate (who isn't?), this is the place to go!
