It can be hard to find a place downtown with reasonably priced beverages and food. Not only is the price decent, but the atmosphere is classy and relaxed. They also had gluten free macaroons and rice pudding available. Staff were polite and friendly, however, they do not take debit and one has to take out cash through the ATM next to the counter which charges $1.50. I will definitely come again, but I will be sure to bring money.

My wife and I went in to get two gyros to go and fries with two sides of gravey. First, they forgot the gravey for both orders, second the fries were just blanched and not cooked. I called them and told them, so hopefully the message was relayed since I spent $30 for nothing.

This little gem is located right under my office, and I am so glad I found it! They have some vegan friendly options, and their food is simple and delicious. The hummus is amazing, and their falafel is a flavour combo you can't beat. And the fresh cut fries are to-die-for! Can't beat the prices. They even have debit now, which makes it even more convenient (was cash only a while ago).

I was up early (6:00) and when walking around the downtown area, there did not seem to be any coffee shops open. I went into the Old Quebec Market and had to wait til 07:30am for Coco Latte to open. the coffee was greatm the bagel, sausage, cheese and omlette sandwich was okay, but nothing spectacular -- on the dry side as the sausage and egg had previously been made.

Son was craving an authentic shawarma which he finally got here. Had a crispy chicken pita which was huge and quite good. The poutine was yummy. Very helpful and patient lady at the counter, very friendly owner. Loved the quiet of the center. Neat location.

The food is decent but not worth the prices in my opinion. Customer service lacks. The staff used to be wonderful years ago, few times I've been in the past while has just been an unpleasant experience.

Great and helpful staff, delicious treats, good drink selection. A nice calm place to go for a treat before or after a doctor's appointment with my daughter ???????? They make great rice pudding. My daughter loves that they carry some of her favourite drink treats that most places in Guelph don't carry!

I liked this place until I noticed that they regularly steam milk for their espresso drinks, then leave the leftover milk sitting in the pitcher, only to re-steam it later for another customer. They also never seem to clean their espresso machine. They leave leftover grinds from the previous shot in the filter, making the next shot taste bitter. The staff here are friendly but the owner is rude and stingy. He actually charges customers a dollar for glasses of water from the sink. On the plus side, the food is good, but in general this place is a ripoff.

Having taken all of 7 minutes to traverse the area, we looked for a coffee shop and found Coco Latte. It had "outside" tables and chairs but we ventured inside to the cafe proper. We were amazed at the selection of treats and eats but as we would not be eating with our friends for another 5 hours we settled for a bagel and a chicken panini as an early light lunch. My partner said the bagel "with everything" was delicious and dripped with butter. My panini was first-rate.

I znx my daughter had coffee ,cheese cake and baklava. Cheese cake was not fresh at all and was frozen. We I asked to return it and refund, they said they can't refund anc will replace it with some thing equal price. I got a slice of chocolate cake and it was even worse. I gave both back and got nothing.it was treble experience for me and my daughter.

It's good service I find usually. Although it shocks me that they don't cook bacon very well. I remember the last time I got a bagel with bacon in how pink it was.. that's not good.
