If you said "yes", then run, don't walk to Whiskers Cat Cafe. It's a win-win for everyone! Your preferred beverage is included in the admission price and you can hang out, cuddle, play, or Instagram your face off with a wide assortment of four legged furballs.

Oh my God, I loved this place. We don't have anything like this in my part of BC so it was a novelty I had to try. I grew up with cats but haven't had one in years so the opportunity to play with cats and have coffee is something I jumped at. For 13$ You get you 2 hours with the cats and your choice of tasty drink, I had the caramel macchiato and it was sweet and creamy, perfect. They are have light bites. If you don't want to hang out with cats you don't have to, there is a main Cafe which is cat free. You can also adopt all of the cats there, spoiler alert...I put in an adoption form when I got back to my hotel room (go on a business trip and apply to adopt a cat). It really was a great place to relax and unwind, clean, bright, great drinks and a good cause, part of the $13 fee goes to the cats! A must try if you love cats! ????

Absolutely love visiting the cafe. The drinks are okay (not my favourite), haven't had any of the sweets they offer, but the cat room is perfect for the cats/kittens.

Whiskers does an amazing service for the community and all animal lovers. Thanks you for providing delicious drinks and snacks and kitty snuggles. I’m glad they’ve chosen to follow public health guidelines to keep their employees and patrons safe. Thank you again! Those leaving poor reviews because this business is following public health mandates need to give their heads a shake and buy a dictionary. Maybe even apply the smallest amount of reading comprehension to the Charter and Bill of Rights. Protected classes for discrimination are listed and easily available on the Canadian Human Rights Act website.

The staff is super friendly, it’s very clean, drinks were delicious and of course the cats were adorable! Was there for most of the afternoon with a friend and it is a very cozy place to hang out, never felt rushed, the cats are all very friendly and happy to play or be cuddled! You may even want to take one home with you! Will definitely be back !

We love Whiskers Cat Cafe. My 11 year old loves cats and since we don't have any of our own he is able to fill his cup here while I have the best chai tea latte in town. It's clean, friendly and so convenient. This is a must visit for all the cat lovers out there.

This place is amazing! Cats are very playful. Never imagined myself having a cat in our apartment but after our visit to their cafe, we are on our decision making to adopt a fur baby. I would definitely recommend them for people who loves fur and just wanted to unwind and relax, give them a visit and you will never regret on playing with this them. Some couple of cats are not too playful but hey I get it, proly because they are tired seeing a lot of people around them and just want to sleep on their comfy bed. We will sure be back again and again to this great Coffee Shop in town.

The most calm place to go. You get to hang out with beautiful and loving cats, there’s drinks, donuts, (I can’t remember but I think there was) cookies. The people that work there were so nice to me when I went about a year ago. I hope they are not closed anymore and wish your business the best!

A place I would go out of my way for, and not just for the cats! I'd say they have the best drinks in town, some of the friendliest staff who always make you feel so welcome...and of course the room of furry friends, which is the best de-stressing pass time I can think of. The cat room is impeccably clean, the cats are happy and healthy and you really get to see their personalities. We adopted a cat form there in March 2021 and another in September 2021, and they are the best cats. Whether you're looking for a new coffee spot, a stress-free environment to hang out or work, or to adopt, I cannot recommend this place enough. 6/5 stars!

In the 90s it was all about coffee and cigarettes. A mere thirty years later, and we now have coffee and kitty cats. What a time to be alive! Finally a coffee shop that sends me home with a smell that only angers my cats instead of my wife. The coffee was great but the real show stealer here was Kevin. I would take two Kevins if my cats would allow it.

Great in that your entry cost goes to homing orphan cats until they find their forever homes ???? Due to my food sensitivities, I wish they served a greater variety of dishes but it's a lovely place to go just for coffee and a quiet visit

We had a fantastic experience with about 15 cats at this cafe. Host was super friendly, made a great chai latte (included with admission..when have you ever seen that?) and her facility was one of the largest and cleanest we've seen. Great use of the space with plenty of cat rests and perches, sitting chairs, toys and excellent photos of cats. It was nice that the litter box area was not in the room with us. Had a great adoption wall of successful matches, and overall, a great experience for cats and us. We will be looking forward to returning at another time.

Whiskers cafe you are an amazing local company who put your heart and soul into this. What the government is doing to you is wrong! Don’t worry about these people giving you bad reviews they don’t know how much you do for these cats. They don’t realize that to be open with out carding, you cant be open. Take out only.. And now you’re forced to card to stay open. You are definitely in a tough situation. And I hope people will support you on this! We need this in Grande Prairie and to keep this open for the cats. Your doing the best you can. And lots of us appreciate you. Hugs!

Honestly one of the best places in Grande Prairie. Not only do they offer delicious coffee and snacks- but they help out an amazing cause. GP is over flowing with abandoned and stray cats. Whiskers joining up with Bandaged Paws has helped find so many animals loving forever homes. My 5 year old Nephew is a HUGE fan of this place, and I can't wait until I get to take him back!! The owner is also extremely friendly, and seems to LOVE all of the cats in her care. 10/10.

Good price with no time limit to get maximum snuggles with the kitties. I like the addition of board games. The drinks were tasty and the kitties live in a very clean area. I wish they had more benches like they have by the windows and tables to play games but that will likely come as they get busier.

Coffee was good, cats were very friendly and most of them rather cuddley with the exception of a couple who were a little turckered out.
