Other than the good spot of the restaurant, there's isn't much good to say about the establishment. The meals are overpriced for the quality it actually is and the table service is ok. There was a bug in my specialized coffee, instead of changing it to a new one the waitress just asked me what she should do about it "because she doesn't control what happens outside." It's very unprofessional and arrogant. She should have brought solutions instead of doing nothing. I do not recommend and won't go back.

The salad was not cut and the heart of the romaine was in the bottom of my bowl. It was far from appetizing. And despite the delicious taste of my friend's pizza crust, it could have been more cooked but all in all great service and a great meal. Having said that, I had kept a reserve for a future visit to see if the quality of the meal would be back to what I had experienced here in the past and it's done! Anyone can have a bad day and I believe in giving a second chance, to a reasonable extent of course! Having seen the quality of food and service many times before, I believed it was important to go back, I knew this was not the standard I had just seen and that I had to give them a chance. And they went above and beyond my expectations. I certainly recommend you stop by Café de la Brûlerie, if only for lunch or a delicious coffee and dessert on the way. The only downside: this pearl is not really accessible to people with reduced mobility. Someone who travels in a scooter can place his car on the bike rack but to enter the cafe there are some steps / obstacles and sometimes you have to go upstairs to find our table which implies good stairs. So, although a very charming and intimate place, it does not offer access to the entire population. (Original) J'aime tellement ce café avec son menu vraiment unique, ses saveurs les unes plus attirantes que les autres. Les employés nous donnent l'impression que l'on fait partie de la famille ou du groupe d'amis mais avec une très belle touche de respect. C'est une belle touche, fort appréciée! La présentation est toujours belle et offre une touche de créativité qui rehausse ce que nous avons le plaisir de découvrir et savourer dans notre assiette. ***Mise à jour (1 mai 2018) notre repas à été formidable, tout comme par le passé. Je retrouve le Café de la Brûlerie de toujours. Je ne regrette pas d'y être revenue. Cela dit, j'avais gardé une réserve pour une prochaine visite afin de voir si la qualité du repas serait de retour au niveau de ce que j'avais connu ici dans le passé et c'est chose faite! Tout le monde peut avoir une mauvaise journée et je crois qu'il est important de donner une seconde chance, dans une mesure raisonnable, bien sûr! Ayant vu la qualité des repas et du service de nombreuses fois auparavant, je croyais qu'il était important d'y retourner, je savais que ce n'était pas le standard que je venais de voir et que je devais leur donner une chance. Et ils sont allés au-delà de mes attentes. Je vous recommande certainement de passer au Café de la Brûlerie, ne serait-ce que pour déjeuner ou un délicieux café et un dessert en passant. Le seul bemol: cette perle n'est pas vraiment accessible aux gens à mobilité réduite. Quelqu'un qui se déplace en quadriporteur peut place son bolide au porte vélo mais pour entrer dans le café il y a quelques marches/obstacles et parfois il faut monter à l'étage pour trouver notre table ce qui implique de bons escaliers. Alors, bien qu'un endroit au cachet tout à fait coquet et intime, il n'offre pas l'accès à toute la population.

Been here a few times, each time left disappointed, decided to give it another try. Once again coffees were made poorly, watery and overly sweet. The burger I ordered tasted like it was frozen and re-heated in a microwave paired that with stale chips, not a very pleasant meal. Unfortunately since there's no real cafe's in Granby a lot of places like this just half arse there coffee since they don't have any competition anyway. Service was average again being ignored, coffee spilt by waiter with no acknowledgement, no cutlery or napkins were provided with meals. This place could be really good if they cared more.

There for brunch now; only about 3/4 full and the service is horrible. Waited about 15 minutes after being seated for a waitress to see us. When she did show, she looked like she would have rather been anywhere else. Ordered food...and now 50 minutes later, still waiting. Hey!! The meal was average, pricey although the portions were decent. We had a group dinner in the private room. No air circulation, the doors had to be left open but the location, right next to the bathroom and stairs, made for a lot of foot traffic and noise. So much for a private gathering. The terrace, which was closed, looked appealing but the food was sub-par so I won't be going back. A big disappointment.
