Delicious coffee and treats. Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. This is a gem of a cafe in a great location. Lots of room and fun reading nooks. Also has patio space which is a great alternative for those not comfortable with sitting indoors during the current pandemic. Definitely a place you can easily bring a book or laptop and spend a few hours very happily.

Tout ça pour un achat de 10$, et à une cliente qui achète son café et fréquente sa sandwicherie depuis une quinzaine d'années - et qui y acheté pour des milliers de dollars. "Si vous voulez avoir une mauvaise expérience de magasinage, assurez-vous de visiter cet endroit. Ils n'obtiendront pas ce que vous voulez, mais ils vous expliqueront ce que vous devez faire pour l'obtenir. Il est le propriétaire le plus avide et le moins utile que j'ai jamais vu de ma vie." Ceci est une citation d'un autre client qui a eu une expérience semblalble à la mienne. Je n'ai pas l'intention de retourner à La Brûlerie. Ni les nombreux amis à qui je racontrai cet incident.

I just started shopping there for coffee so I don't know all of their services & products but I just received my first online coffee order and I'm quite pleased. They texted me to make sure they prepared my order the way I wanted (whole beans, not ground) which distinguishes them as having great customer service. (I would've hated to get ground coffee when I grind it at home.) I like to buy quality products so I really appreciate it when the companies I buy from understand my order is important to me :) In store they have a wide selection of coffee beans and when the pandemic is over, I look forward to browsing. I think they roast their beans on site. Would be nice if they had more selection for online shopping but the beans I ordered taste just delicious!

I am starting to wonder if Yelp ratings are a little off in Quebec. This coffee shop has a 5 star rating and maybe it's because it's in a cool part of town and the inside is cool looking. However, my iced latte was the worst I've ever had in my life. My friend also said her iced coffee was the worst she'd ever had. It tasted like it was rotten (if coffee can even be rotten). It's so horrible!

As you walk in, it's unclear how things work. Seems you can either order specialty coffee or head to the back and serve yourself filter coffee. It's unclear how they know what you had since no one seems to be around. One type of mug, the kind that allows your coffee to get cold within ten minutes and mine tasted old. Don't recommend the filter coffee as it sits in the container for a while - from the taste is mine. Nice ambiance and setting otherwise.

À la place, on m'a servi un café hypersucré qui ne goûte pas le chocolat pour 4,25 petit format.
