Great place! As a member of the Skydive Gananoque staff, we don't even ask where we wanna go for dinner anymore, this is our new usual spot. Food is specialized (1 page, perfect amount!) and price are great! I have to go back to try something new! And I didn't know they made wings that big!!!! And even when the barmaid is alone, and the house is full, we got excellent service. You will see me and my friends a lot! Cheers!

It's one thing to come into a friendly smile everytime I grace the doorstep of this place but even more impressive to have Mr. Nappo serve you your drink himself. Always a class act. Small little place. One guy on bar. The bar itself was full. We sat at a booth and were seen in less than 2 mins. Ordered a few drinks, the BLT & Soup of the day and my hubby had the Chili burger with Onion rings. Everything was delicious and portion sizes were on point! ????????

Lots of screens. Booths have been reupholstered. Menus have been reprinted & updated. Bar stools a little too high for a shorty like me. Draft selection mostly domestic. Wish there was more local craft beer. Burgers are good, but toppings & sweet potato fries are great. Wings are the best in town.

Sept 30. Zero social distancing. No single serve items. No washroom maontenance even though bar had 15 people using facilities. Very loud and obnoxious guests. Bar full. Wings were horrible with no reduction on price.

Staff were awesome! They gave us our options for payment, the currency exchange (we're from NY) options a breeze. USD at par or credit card. The buffalo wings were outstanding! The large, HD TV's showing various games, were open to customer request. The vibe walking in like going to your neighborhood bar, everyone--patrons and staff were welcoming, friendly and having a good time.

To start, I'm an absolute sports addict. I've seen a lot of the world, traveling as an athlete myself, and I found myself driving back home towards the Niagara Region today and I decided to unwind from a long journey and stop by Nappo's to catch my NFL game and grab some lunch (I found Nappo's on Google Maps). I honestly have to say, I had an incredible experience here. Very welcoming staff, and I really enjoyed talking various sports with whom I presume was the owner, and also the head cook- great people. Very civilized enjoyable conversations across the bar with fellow patrons as we all enjoyed our football games. Wings were fantastic, I had the Jamaican Jerk. Some of the best wings I've ever had. Great vibe, Great Food, Very reasonable prices, and a very Neat town. I'd go as far as saying today was the most enjoyable experience I've ever had at a sports bar! Reccomend.

Ordered a pizza that came out burnt, we were told that a guy further down the bar had a pizza exactly the same so that's how they come. The server was very rude. We'd been in the day before and the food was brilliant and the service was great which we explained. We politely said that we weren't happy with the burnt pizza. We were eventually offered another pizza which we agreed to but still without an apology. The server made a point of asking the gentleman further down the bar if his pizza was ok because we had a problem with ours which was totally unnecessary. The chef made another but instead of the bbq base we ordered they put tobasco/hot chilli sauce on the base (we can handle spice but this was an intentional sabotage of our pizza) interestingly the waitress came to ask if we needed water. We didn't eat the pizza as who knows what else they did to it we complained and didn't have to pay for the pizza but I'm deeply saddened by this action. Never in my life has this happened to me and I feel upset that people would intentionally do this. What a way to behave. In response, I had 4 beers my partner had 6 over the course of several hours with water which you should have noticed from the video. So your insuation is incorrect and you clearly didn't watch the supposed video very closely. We ordered the same pizza the night before, we know what jalapenos taste like and did not at any point complain that it was too spicy in fact we mentioned that it was not the same pizza as the burnt one or the night before but the server argued that it was and that we shouldn't expect any pizza to ever taste the same despite ordering the same ingredients (not the service we have received from anywhere we have stayed in any part of Canada). We know the difference between jalapenos and tobasco. We requested the bbq base which we had on the burnt pizza this was not at all what we received on the remade pizza. My complaint was with the rudeness of this member of staff and the fact that our second pizza was not what we ordered. Clearly this member of staff has worked with you for sometime as instead of taking on board what happens in your bar when you aren't there you have tried to insult me personally which was totally uncalled for.

My wife ordered hot hamburger sandwich, meat was still half raw in center, the gravy was so thin, like beef stock rather than gravy. Waitress offered to fix it. Wife said no, dont want that anymore, settled for calzone. It was great, but I ate alone while wife sat there, then wife ate while I sat there. She never asked if we wanted anymore to drink. She took $5 off the bill, but still having dinner with wife was not the same.

Normally I dont write reviews but we found a real gem of a place and needed to share this everyone. We are from out of town and went to Ganonoque. We ordered pizza and wings from Nappo's and it was amazing. From the moment we called and were treated with a very pleasant man who went over all the different pizza combinations. We went and picked up the pizza and wings and the place was very friendly and welcoming. We took the pizza and wings back to our hotel and I have to say it was the best we have ever had. The pizza was delicious and the wings were huge. So much meat on them and the seasoning was perfect. Next time we are in Ganonoque we are definitely going back to Nappo's. Thank you for not only amazing service but amazing food too.

Elbow to elbow at the bar, come on were in a recovering stage. Even tho stage 3, they need some work to make this a safe place for customers to enjoy. Other than that all of our visits here have been good.
