Nasty people! These people have zero social skills and and even lesser business acumen. What are they thinking screaming at potential customers still waiting on the street? We realize that practical social distancing is necessary but to yell at people in line OUTSIDE their store to "stand back!" behind their chalk line is not only unnecessary but extremely rude. Then when inside the store, it gets worse. Don't ask about flavors. You are supposed to know. You should have read all the signs outside. Shame on you! One of the immature girls behind the counter talked to me in such a condescending manner that I walked out. Sell this business to someone who understand public relations. We went to Dairy Queen. The nice lady there was kind even when we didn't know for sure what we wanted.

The staff here are a breath of fresh air. always bubbly and happy to be at work it seems. Interac was added and a huge bonus because I forget cash all the time. The little chocolate rosebud they put on top of your ice cream is a welcome touch and a point of battle when my gf and I share. lol. Keep it up girls.

I was very happy when I arrived to this place driving from Ottawa to Toronto and it was the only open late ice cream shop, yet disappointed that they only serves Nestlé ice cream. But it did the job the ice cream should do, which is the enjoyment. Thank you guys and keep it up.

Great staff and massive portions! I'm satiated with just the kiddie come. Fantastic prices. Don't forget it's cash only. I do wish their hours were a bit more consistent and had some more information and accessibility options. Kind of tough to bring guests there only to have it randomly closed.

Disgusting establishment. Staff are not trained. Very unsanitary, employees use fingers to remove ice cream from scooper. Untied female hair hanging in the ice cream buckets. I saw rats in the back of the building and saw what I suspected were droppings on the floor. Will not be returning to this horrid place.

Lots of ice cream for me in the last 10 days . This place is a fave. Many flavours to choose from and the size of the scoops is decent. Good COVID prevention measures. This summer usually only one worker on duty but the line moves quickly. Giving Reid's Dairy in Kingston a run for its money.

Staff have zero social skills and zero manners. When I came in they were just coming out of the washroom together. Girl didn’t put hair up. Peanut butter cup on my vanilla, I am allergic. Will not visit again, do not recommend.

Good family option for ice cream. They stock a variety of flavors from Nestle. As per the other reviews the portions are very large. They didnt have soft serve for banana split but it came out surprisingly good with regular ice cream.

The staff is really nice. The ice cream is not overpriced and the scoops are generous. I tried a small maple walnut and it was amazing. the place was small and not exactly close to the beach, but none of us regretted the 10 minute walk. P.s. a sign on the fridge said they also have some selections of lactose free (although we didn't try it).

Prices are great compared to big cities. We usually share a banana split or brownie Sunday between two. The $2 kiddie cones are huge! Good ice cream and toppings like fudge sauce.

The staff here was more than friendly & helpful. I had ROLO, which was delicious, but I wasn’t sure if it had “coffee” in it. Whether it did, or not, it was fantastic!! The servings are almost too big, but who complains about too much ice cream!!
