I went to W restaurant for breakfast. I have a special dietary need where I am unable to eat certain foods. The kitchen staff were completely unwilling to accommodate my needs. We had to leave and go eat breakfast somewhere else.

Food is usually perfect, I like my hash Browns extremely crispy and sometimes that can't happen, but today was perfect. A couple years ago when I would say the hash browns aren't crispy they said they weren't able to make that happen that day, I would have been fine going without hash browns or being told when I ordered. Some restaurants if I'm sitting alone, I got no service other than welcome, here's your food here's your paycheck, cuz today to different servers stop to ask how my food was, which I loved.

Breakfast has always been amazing and service is great. I started exploring the lunch menu and it's just as good. One thing I appreciate about the restaurant is the open kitchen and that the TV's they do have are tuned in on the News rather then sports.

we went to W at 1:20. the server said we are closing our kitchen and then we had to come back without having breakfast. their sign says they are open till 2 but we were refused service at 1:20. i understand that kitchen needs time to close but we were there like 40 minutes before closing. really bad service...

Pretty disappointed in this place after everyone raved about it. The service was okay and the food came in a timely manner but the food was flavorless and pretty standard. The side of bacon was $4.50 and I received 3 thin strips of cheap bacon. The others that joined me for breakfast both had eggs benny and they both said there are better places in FSJ that serve similar food with bigger portions and tastier food. The hash browns were also not seasoned well and very disappointing. The interior of the place was very nice though. Overall, I will not be returning.

I have tons of paperwork to do there and the staff was amazing didn't get annoyed with me once. My coffee cup was never ending and the service was awesome and that was my very first time going I will be going back. And the breakfast was fantastic

Fantastic food and great service. Highly recommended. If you're staying at the Best Western, do yourself a favour and avoid Denny's like the plague. W doesn't deep fry their bacon or reheat breakfast sausages. And they know how to make an omelette properly. Well worth the short drive.

W's has amazing breakfast and the specials are always fantastix! The only complaint would be the wait time can be a bit long in the morning ( totally understandable ) and some of the staff is less friendly than others.
