Great Hang out area for little ones! Clean and just such a great play area! It would be nice if they would put staff behind the counter in the mini canteen to cook and manage that area & another staff to manage the entrance til & phone. The lady was overwhelmed when we were there, She was trying to cook & serve the orders, welcome the people who are scheduled to come in & take their payment and answer the phone all at the same time. Other that that, the experience was great for my little one.

Great facility! I can’t wait to use it this winter - was also a great option for this really hot weather. The owner was really friendly, great food and lots of seating for eating and watching your children play. Highly recommend this play, remember to bring your socks!

Place and equipment was clean on our visit, which is saying something. If you have children, you know how challenging it can be to keep a place clean with the little monsters present. The cafe is licensed so you can loosen up while your rug rats roam a safe environment.

Great spot to take the kids. It is safe, fun and easy to watch your younger kids. Due to it's popularity, seating is often at a premium.

Loved it, they had a fair selection of fun games and arcade style ones as well. The point system seems kinda steep and high priced for winnings of trading them in. How ever even thought it is priced high to enjoy more then half an hour it was a great experience.

Came with my almost 2 year old and 5 year old and they had lots of fun playing in the climbing equipment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered cheese pizza, natchos, pulled pork sandwich and a strawberry milkshake for lunch and it was good. There is a big meanie with lots of items to choose from. This place looks like a great venue for birthday parties also. I will come again! This is an asset to Fort Mac

Rip off, we were quoted for my son’s birthday party, at the time we had to pay, it was an extra 210$ more than what they quoted us, we ordered an extra fruit platter (32$) and two extra drink jugs (11$ each) and according to them that added up to the extra costs, never going back to that place, and also, while I wanted to through the items in the receipt she basically ignored me the whole time because she had a line up there even though it was my turn, and then basically told me that since I already had paid I had “agreed” to the charges, yeah I paid I know but still is not fair for them to jack up the bill like that. Such a shame to have these type of business here, guess going out of town still seems the best way to go, bad that we can’t support local businesses like these ones

Fort City Play World was a welcome surprise. Bring indoor footwear, but socks only on the apparatus. Small children can be let go on their own on this safe environment, always within sight and earshot. Plenty of activities for all, and smaller children are safe to try any of it, nice to see them overcome limitations. However, even with big accomplishments, they all seem to gravitate toward the areas they seem properly sized for. This seems to remove any feelings of being left out, successfully making their own choices really deals the deal here. Now let them go till they yawn. The food is great, I really shouldn't have a foot long chilly cheese dog, but boy it was good. All food is home made for you and is a welcome change from franchise food. Only the children pay admission, and consider the value of an oasis for parents and children alike.

Ridiculously expensive!!! And a pain to even get to. The food (also expensive!) looked like it been microwaved- the boneless chicken wings my daughter ordered and a hot dog. Would rather take them to the park. The owner, also, is absolutely rude. Would rather take my money elsewhere.

Clean, spacious and fun! It's a bonus to be able to sit and chat with friends while the kids play. The food is also great. We especially enjoy the hunts they do for every occasion. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Such an awesome place! The woman working was so sweet and pleasant, she made sure my 1 year old felt safe while playing and included her with the big kids to dance and play. The areas are clean and lots of toys. The price is so worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Kids attended their first no school Friday camp and had a blast. Everyone was so friendly and took great care of the kids. Would definitely recommend. Kids cant wait to go again.

The lady working when we went was amazing. She was nice to the kids and was very helpful. When my 1 year old spilled her drink, the employee was right there with paper towels to help. We went in the morning and the place had a few other visitors. It was great because my 1 year old could go at her own pace. The playground is sturdy, with lots of slides and tunnels to keep the kids entertained. I even went on the playground to play with my kids. The price was reasonable and we stayed for 3 hours so it was worth it. They have days that they offer discounts so check out their calendar. The food was great. I tried the soup and pull pork sandwich. Both were tasty. This was the best thing we did this week during our visit.

This place is similar to treehouse in edmonton excluding the arcade area. My daughter enjoyed the bouncy castle and slides. The place is a bit pricey though. I suppose its probably because their rent is high so they have to compensate somehow. They have a big menu so you can choose from lots if great food items. I will definitely take my daughter to Fort City Play World again! ????
